I had bought a Porsche Design fountain pen online with warranty for $550. The fountain Pen was defective and it practically fell apart into parts after 8 months of sporadic use. I took it to the store to find away to fix it or get partial credit for this defective pen.They claimed since the pen was not purchased from the store they can t service it and they can give me 64.50 credit the purchase of another 645 pen. Total fail. No attempt was done to send the pen to the manufacturer as suggested In the warranty.In my opinion they should have honored the warranty and repair or have at least 50% credit for new pen.

I was a long-time customer of the store. I usually stop in when I visit the BH area.I purchased a pair of very expensive sunglasses here in April of this year. Sadly, they fell out of my pocket and the lenses were damaged. I contacted the store to see if I could pay for repairs or new lenses (I was not trying to get warranty coverage, I was willing to pay to get them fixed since it was my fault.)I called them and the very nice guy who I spoke to was not sure, but he made some inquiries and called me back to let me know they could not be repaired. He did offer to sell me another pair.I find it astonishing that this store, and Porsche Design by extension, sell products that can't be repaired. I cannot express my disappointment with this experience.I did follow up with the store, and with Porsche Design, and Rodenstock by email, but have not heard back from them.

Matt helped me pick out a few watches for my uncle. I love Porsche watches and the Automatic movements are very superb. Mission complete and my uncles are all matching wrists. Thank you Matt. Amazing experience!

I had an awesome experience today when contacting The Porsche Design Store on Rodeo Drive in Costa Mesa. I was lucky enough to have my inquiry call answered by Matt Caputo who excels in Customer Service. He could not have been any more helpful, courteous, efficient, or kind in helping me today. My questions were answered "lightning fast" and my Online experience was explained clearly to me. You are very fortunate to employ such an exemplary gentleman!

This place was amazing. I am a huge car enthusiast, and I was pleased to see all of the Porsche Design products. We're were greeted by a very friendly salesman, who walked us through many products and explained the inspiration for each one. He even gave us a demonstration of the 911 Sound Bar, which was quite an interesting product. This place has a wonderful environment and was an amazing experience.

I bought an expensive pair of shoes (amongst a whole bunch of other things) and the shoes squeak. I've contacted your head office to try and find out how to get them repaired / replaced as I live overseas. They eventually replied over a month later after a reminder and then they've gone all quiet again. Do you stand by your products - they're not cheap and the customer service is appalling. The service in your store was perfect but now leaving a sour taste

Great experience driven store. The space is well designed, and the crew piloting it are helpful without being pushy. They provide information when you need it, and help you make decisions should you be buying a gift for someone who knows more about Porsche than you do. If you are a Porsche fan, than you've got to check this place out. Not only are the designs beautiful, but the care, history and materials are top notch. It's hard to go in here without picking up something!Pro tip - if you don't know Porsche history, ask about it. The staff have deep knowledge about Porsche, Porsche products and it's automative history.

Definitely worthy of the 5-star rating, and not just because it's located on Rodeo Drive with other 5-star caliber stores. I've shopped here only a couple times so far, but both times the staff were very friendly, inviting, and helpful. They'll be getting my business again and again in the future.

We visited your store back in August 2017 and met a lovely guy called Kevin who spent time with my 12 year old son showing him all the gadgets you have. My son thoroughly enjoyed himself and we d like to say a big THANK YOU to Kevin for being so kind - sorry it s taken so long!

Lovely store - purchased numerous things including a beautiful watch. The watch was subsequent stolen by a contractor renovating my kitchen - not the store s fault :)

I called just for a quick question to see if they had what I wanted in stock and the lady that picked up was so rude. She acted as if she was the richest person on the planet. Would not go to this location.

Your porch fan this is the store for you terrific setting everyone is nice very polite and courteous a go to help everything's a professional setting brightly lit and organized very clean if you're in enthusiast like I am you'll definitely toss out the big bucks for this store.
