This place does not prioritize customer service. It s just a sales mill to upsell a bunch of unnecessary and overpriced maintenance tasks. They re stingy with their loaners. They make you wait a lot even when you have an appointment. They don t communicate in advance how long a service will take. Just a very amateur operation for a place that routinely tries to slap a several thousand dollar invoice on people who aren t suspecting it.Update: my oil maintenance required soon light just came on. 1 day after I got my oil changed at Jim Falk Lexus. This is funny because when I got my car the light was still on and I had to find someone to reset it, which they did. So .

Recently acquired an RX 350, and it had an open recall when I purchased it. Took it in to have the recall taken care of and was assisted by Mario. Fantastic service, good communication, and they were able to provide me with a loaner car. Definitely top level Lexus service!

Allyson is the most professional, empathetic, and efficient advisor. She 100% deserves a raise / promotion.My oil change was also completed very quickly and they did a thorough inspection. Happy with my experience here and will be coming back.

Terrible service! you do absolutely don't want to take your car here for a service and here's why: first you make an appointment then you show up on time then nobody comes out to help you out, you have to go inside looking for someone. I took my car there for the first service, spoke to the guy name angel. They changed my oil and I headed to Palm springs, on the way back engine lights went off with the message that says oil level is low. I was scared to death because there was nothing around, I was in the middle of the desert. I pulled over and check the oil, there was like 5% oil in there, then I went back to the shop and spoke to Angel again. He told me that they forgot to tight enough the cap and just because the oil is new and clear you can't see, but there was like 50% oil in there, like I'm blind or something, or a 16 year old who just start driving. No apology from them, nothing. Now I know that the mistake could happen, but you don't accept such a thing from a certified dealership service. I'm so glad that I didn't buy my car from them even though I live literally mile away from them but I rather drive 10 miles to go to the valley or any other Lexus dealership then here. Bad eviews are there for reasons, just compare Beverly hills Lexus reviews with any other Lexus dealership! they have the lowest rate in the whole state.

I have been a Lexus owner for over 20 years and have owned 4 during that time. I m always impressed by either the cleanliness or the quickness of whatever procedure in which I m having my car serviced, etc., but my last visit was different. I was so impressed with the way I was treated. I came in for something relatively simple, but due to it being late in the day, I needed a loaner and would have to leave my car there. How amazing and synergistic everyone worked. While one was getting me my vehicle and making sure all was right there, someone else took my license and insurance card and got everything right there, and they were all so pleasant and professional. I will be purchasing another car soon and while I am always perusing the car market to perhaps learn something new that might be better for me, I always revert to Lexus. And it s because of people like this. But When something is pretty trivial, but you are given service and a level of courtesy that you remember for days afterward, it means something. Thank you for not only excellent service, but I couldn t let this opportunity pass without letting you know how outstanding your staff is. Please give my regards and best wishes to Daniel. Had the engine light along with VSC lights all came on after a recall service when I picked up the car and they did not even bother to check my car. I inspected the car myself and it turns out the rear tire abs speed sensor cable was snapped when the car was in for recall service/inspection. Horrible customer service!

Overall it was clear my service rep was overwhelmed, and paid little attention to detail(s) in communicating or offering me the high standard of customer service to me. Being a lexus owner for over 15 years, it is consistently disappointing that each time i try to trust in Lexus service center, I am met with above market prices and low standards of customer service during the experience.

The person who checked me in, Mario, was away for a long time without notice, I even sent him a text message, but there was no reply. So, Eddy at the desk next to Mario helped me.I feel very disappointed waiting over 3 hours just to get oilchange. And on top of that I couldn't even get my car washed because the machine was out of order.

I contacted this dealership to buy a car and deliver it to somewhere else. They are very professional. Heidi is very knowledgeable, competent and responsive. Unfortunately, I didn t end up getting my car from them, but I would definitely use them next time I purchase a car. I will recommend them to all my friends.

It's understandable to run an hour behind schedule for our appointment even after promised it would be less than an hr, also understand it takes 6+ months to get the second key to our car due to delay. Getting a text saying they weren't done when they were was also ok. Didnt make a fuss. However no sorries or accomodations made.saw cars that got in after me get the coveted car wash spot, had to leave to make it to work. When purchasing over a 85k car upfront in cash also service was lackluster. They couldn't care less. So sad for the Japanese brand.

I came in for a simple oil change.. declined other services.. sales advisor seemed aggressive after I declined. I asked for an accommodation of a loaner car because I had a baby with me and that was rejected because I wasn t getting any other services done $$. Even after scheduling an appointment a day before and filing complimentary loaner requested.I ve been to other Lexus service center and they accommodate me with a loaner car. No questions asked. (Glendale, Thousand Oaks, and Woodland Hills.)You would think Beverly Hills will have better service.. but no.I had to walk out after being 45 minutes in the lobby and my car hadn t been started on. Will not be returning. It s not worth mentioning the service advisor s name. He must not have kids of his own to know he should accommodate a mother and a baby from sitting in a lobby wasting precious time. I don t feel like they value customers here.Once he noticed I was leaving and asking for my car back with my baby he FINALLY wanted to give me a loaner car. Too late. I took my business else where.Do not recommend this location.Service: Oil change

My windshield got damaged by a flying pebble. I called JF Lexus and spoke with Angie and Luis. They were TERRIFIC and had my windshield replaced efficiently and at a FANTASTIC price!! Angie wasAMAZING!! They are both professional, knowledgeable and really do their best to help their customers. I am so appreciative for their EXCELLENT SERVICE. The BEST car service I have ever had!! Thanks so much to Angie and Luis for handling my service needs the way they did! They are awesome!

Came for checkup but car was released to customer with a nick on the paint afterwards which was only noticed after driving off.I'm sure whoever bumped a tool or something on it must've been aware it was done, but did not bother to bring it up.It would've been better if they brought it up right there and offered to rectify it. But they did not...Left a really bad taste.I can't recommend other Lexus owners go here for service as it stands.

I have dealt with a lot of Lexus service centers. My favorite ones on in the Valley. Every time I ve taken them to those locations, never had a problem to get a shuttle or Uber to the mall nearby (within a 11-20 mi radius usually). Even if it s a simple check up. Not this dealership! They will ask 100 questions and make you stand for 45 mins before they let your car get into service. Plus on top of that, they will push the full point inspection worst than the LV sales associate (they don t even push you!). I get that if you don t come decked out in designer that they don t give 2ish, but let s be real - I left my Birkins at home. Why the hell would I bring it to a dealership! If they can t even give a car service for a mile to rodeo drive while the ones in the valley will give a 20mi radius, that s embarrassing and a typical move in terms of pretentious BH. AND normal wait time is 2 HOURS! At least have amazon level of customer service! I ve never even had this service when I ve gone to Hermes dressed casually. I was nice to give an extra star, but they really didn t even deserve that with the attitude lol!

First time here dissapointed called for a quote on an oil change they said $65 on the phone I figured it's for being a new customer I set an appointment arrive then they say it's $128 plus tax I knew it was too good to be true then I mentioned how they told me over the phone another price then they say oh that's if you get the full package of extra service which was not mentioned over the phone and not what I asked for just needed a simple oil change couldn't even get a loaner car they said they don't offer them for just an oil change guess I didn't spend enough money for it. Lobby is small TV is off you just look out the window no complimentary water or coffee guessing due to covid this place is false advertisement they tell you one price then change it up updating my review because I gave this place another try ended up disappointed even more...the porter that drove my car abused my car I could hear him reving it and then I could hear how he put my car in sport mode as he drove out of the lot must be fun to abuse other people's property that they worked hard for. I mentioned it to a service advisor there nothing was done I'm sure they treat everyone's cars like this. On top of it the wash they did on the car was terrible still showed up with dirt looks like they hosed it down and dried it with the dirt still on it. Won't be coming here again

Service was just alright. I went in to pick up my car and wasn t greeted by anyone, even though I said excuse me can you help me? . It s also disappointing to know that this place doesn t offer complimentary car washes. A place like Mazda where my husband goes offers car washes. I guess I had high expectations from from this Lexus service center. You re better off going to a jiffy lube for a lot less if you re not getting a car wash out of it to begin with.

I've been going to Jim Falk for a few years because it was convenient! However, this time, when I asked if I could get a loan car for my 5000-mile service, I was refused and told I wasn't spending enough money. I contacted Longo Lexus, and they gladly accommodated my request. I remembered my first encounterwith Jim Falk/ Beverly Hills Lexus to make the purchase of the car and how they made me feel , completely ignored and disrespected! I went to Longo Lexus and made the purchase. After a few years, I went back to Jim Faulk for service, and I thought things had changed. NEVER again!!!!

Let me start off by saying I actually use to work for Jim Falk Lexus, I have driven 3 lexus vehicles, & this was by far a very unsettling experience. My advisor was Stacy Ramirez. I pay monthly for a service called Tire & Wheel protection. Which covers my tires with no limit, as long as it's structural or road damage. My boyfriend brought in our vehicle & it has experienced damage from a pothole which is covered & I should instantly get a new tire. We had experienced a pot about 6 weeks prior. Ms. Ramirez took it upon herself to rudely question why we were back so soon, implying we had damaged the tire ourselves. I had explained to her that these damages occur and thats why I got the service & it was my 3rd tire replacement & she said "I know that's why I'm investigating it with Lexus" again implying we were doing this on purpose. I believe she was profiling & questioning soMething thaT she had no right to do. I pay for a service & that's what I came for, for her to investigate because I I've experienced 2 pot wholes within 2 months is very rude, when I PAY MONEY to get them replaced. Enough tO get all 4 tires replaced at the same time if I wanted to. Stay away from her. Now Jennifer? Ask for her. She was so nice when we come & she had helped us before & helped us & was so sweet.Service: Tires

I brought my car in for service on Saturday morning (01/15/2022 ) and i was helped by Mr. Angel Vasquez who offered an exceptional customer service and gave me really helpful information on my vehicles needs. I did have to borrow a loaner because i had a few errands to run, i wasn t charged any fees since i did return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when i got the vehicle. i had no issues/inconvenience throughout this whole process. I used to take my vehicle to Lexus of Glendale but i will be taking my vehicle to this location moving forward. Thank you so much Mr. Angel for all your help and for your amazing costumer service and i would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for service on their Lexus based on my personal experience.Service: Oil change

RIP OFF is the best way to describe this place. They overcharge and if you don t haggle or try different service agents you can get quite the bill. I live about 10 minutes away and was given a loaner. I went straight home and two hours later received a call that my car was ready. I went straight back, I made a note of the gas and it had gone down about half a millimeter! I asked the Agent if someone was going to inspect the car or if I needed to sign any paperwork for the loaner (so I d be in the clear). I was told, nope your good here s your car bye. About a day or two later I m seeing an additional credit charge of $17.15 (not much for some) from Lexus. I assume a gas charge. Suddenly they put you hold can t connect you to the right person but if it s about getting your money good lord they couldn t be quicker. Be very careful when you return their car, make sure you take photos and get someone to inspect the car, then get some form of paper. Next time I could get a call about a scratch or dent and get charged without any warning. I may spend thousands on watches and vacations but it doesn t mean you have to let everyone rip you off.

I leased a Lexus NX 250 ,2023 for almost 2 months and this car has already given me 2 times ( the same type of an issue). I had problems with the Battery recently, not only they checked and replaced, they inspected the whole engine. I had to come and leave a review! Today was my first time at this Lexus dealership for scheduled maintenance. I was previously going to the Lexus in Santa Monica and after experiencing repugnant customer service at the SM Lexus, I decided to switch to Jim Falk and I am so pleased that I did! Eddy Chavarria was my service advisor today and he was wonderful! He was helpful, kind, and communicative; overall excellent customer service by him. Additionally, the young woman that set me up with a loaner was also excellent! I only wish I had been coming to this Lexus the whole time. If you live in Los Angeles, and aren't sure which Lexus to go to, I highly recommend this one (Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills).Service: Oil change

I have been using this location for my service for my RX350. I have never had an issue. I purchased my vehicle used from another dealer and JFL covered a very costly repair. Of course service can be expensive but lets face it, we are driving Lexus'. Angel although he was only my service advisor one time, remembered who I was every single time I brought my car in for service. He assisted me today and is always helpful, informative and genuinely cares for the customer.I don't think I would ever go anywhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I took my car in for a bunch of recalls. I scheduled to drop off my car and received a loaner. The process was smooth and fast. I was told that my car would be ready the next day. I ended up picking up the car after two days and after I called three times to make sure that the car was ready. Aside from the delay, the service was fast and the personnel was courteous. If needed, I would go back to this service location.

Really not pleased with the experience I had at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. After over a week of email correspondence to try and find myself a car, I finally scheduled a meeting with the lady I had been emailing to test drive and crunch the numbers for my options. We had to wait 15 minutes for her to finally come and greet us in the showroom and another 20 minutes while she "spoke to her boss" (she was in the corner of the room visibly not speaking to anyone).After telling her of another appointment we had, I asked her to please email me all of the options we were discussing along with the photos of the vehicles, the specs, and all final pricing. She agreed to do so before end of day... I never heard from her. I also reached out via email a day later to check in and have still yet to hear from her.Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to another dealership.UPDATE: I called the dealership to express my grievances and had the most disrespectful and tasteless conversation with their manager, Mary. She told me they had no proof of my follow up email, that we were rude, and not serious about our purchase. Not only do I have proof of the email, I offered to forward it to her. I expressed how my interest in the Lexus diminished only after the service we experienced. I am absolutely appalled with the disregard for people's time.

Angel Vasquez was very nice and respectful with my decisions! They washed and vacuumed my car, which wasn t expected Thank you for your great service! If you are Korean, look for Angel. , There were very flexible with my awful schedule and politely professional. Waiting area is very modern and simply elegant. Has bathroom for both women & men and wifi. I enjoy coming this place! I was allowed to bring my pups (but they are friendly and quiet)!If you are afraid of the price, tell them you only need certain services and you ll take care of others later. They respect your decision. No push!
