HADD customs is such a professional and wonderful company. My car was in pretty rough shape with rust on the roof and several other areas, the professionals over here did a more then amazing Jon on the repairs. I feel like I have a brand new car. The financing option they offer made it even easier to go ahead and get this work done. I can't thank them enough!

How can I sum up customer service perfection in a short review. Before you ve spent a dollar the level of service provided is unmatched. Questions are not a problem and HADD makes sure to understand your vision and bring it to life. They have done a chrome delete and new grill on my S63 and I ve been nothing but satisfied. They explained to me the process and advantages and disadvantages to doing things paint vs. wrap. The outcome was nothing short of amazing. Next I had bought an aftermarket grill that didn t end up being an exact match. Instead of saying it can t be done, they found a way to modify the grill and get it to fit perfectly.I also have an older 560SL they they did a paint refresh on and it came out fantastic. Hit a car show after pick up and people were impressed with the work.Finally next week I m taking the wife s care for headlight restoration and a trunk spoiler repaint.Out of all the places I spend money I always leave here feeling I got great work, fair price and amazing service. The paint from my bumper was scratched off from my brand new Model Y and I knew I had to find a great automotive company I could trust for repairs. HADD Customs did an amazing job at communicating, scheduling, and repairing the paint on my bumper. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I appreciate them picking up my car and went as far as delivering my car straight to LAZ airport shortly after I arrived from a trip. I am very happy with their incredible service!Service: Painting

I'm coming back just to continue to give this team their flowers. My car was wrapped by them THREE years ago and in this time, they've only been more and more remarkable. From clearly explaining the process, to providing wrap maintenance, to their SUPERB attention to detail--this team doesn't miss. It s never a good feeling when you wake up to see someone hit-and-run scraped your car. While growing & asking for quotes via Yelp, I came across HODD Customs where Aimee contacted me right away. She offered to wipe off the paint for me, which is what bothered me the most, & offered to look at the damage in case I was interested in getting the bumper replaced. She was attentive, professional, & accommodating to my questions plus inquiries. Would highly recommend & appreciate HODD customs!

Herbie and Aimee and their whole team is incredible. Unfortunately I had two separate incidents occur within the same two weeks, and Herbie was my first text/call. The work is absolutely wonderful, I got video updates a couple of times a day while they were fixing my car, AND they finished a day early. They have as many stars and good reviews as they do because their work is amazing, priced-right, and they will PICK UP AND DELIVER YOUR CAR BACK TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE. I absolutely recommend them, wholeheartedly.

These guys are total pros. Recently in a rear end accident and didn t think my tsla model three would look the same. Herbie and the crew are amazing. Drives perfect, aesthetically cannot even tell I was rear ended. Proof are in the pictures. Super grateful. Thank you HADD CUSTOMS

I've gotten my car wrapped here and also repaired and the team at HADD Customs has always been extremely professional and detailed in their work. I had a fantastic experience with HADD and Aimee and Herbie (the co-owners); I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their car.They were able to take in my car on very short notice, but moreover they added a lot of calm and organization to the process. One thing in particular they did was opened a group text thread with each member of the team repairing the car, and provided daily video progress updates as the car was being repaired. Another thing they did was provide rides to and from the shop to pick it up. If I ever had a question, they were incredibly quick to follow up.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I only trust HADD Customs with my car body work. They pay close attention to every little detail. I recently had someone rear-end my new Audi e-tron, so of course gave my car to HADD Customs to do the repair work. They worked directly with State Farm Insurance so I didn't have to waste my time with the correspondence. They picked up my car from my home and dropped it off for me when it was done, making it super convenient. They even went above and beyond by fixing some extra little scratches I had on my car. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and they kept me updated along the way. In the past, they have done repair work on my Maserati Ghibli and my Range Rover. They work on a lot of exotic luxury cars so you can rest assured they know how to take care of cars and you can tell they truly have a passion for all cars. The team at HADD Customs is the most professional and detail-oriented team...highly recommend them for any work on your car!Service: Auto body & trim repair

My brother recommended me here, he got a long scratched fixed on his type R and the work looked great! So after getting my bumper hit I knew I had to go to the same place, the bumper repair came out great! I had my 2023 Escalade ESV blacked out by HADD and would recommend them to anyone. The communication was great, pricing was fair and the work quality was solid. They did blackout, tint and rims and all were exactly as I had expected. They helped with the design and product selection and provided information any time I asked. Herby and the team over at HADD Customs were extremely helpful!! From picking up my car at very flexible hours to giving super helpful tips for dealing with the insurance, I felt like HADD truly had my best interests in mind. While my car ended up being a total loss, HADD provided very timely communication and explained every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend them!

Need help on car restoration? Grab that phone and call Herbie! He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. My best friend's car needed some repair work. Herbie came at once to assess the damage and was able to present a quote the next day. They offer financing too! Surely a gem! Plus, he looks like Will Smith or shall I say, Will Smith looks like him? :)

I got rear ended a few months back i was recommended to HADD Customs, not only do they go out of their way to pick up your vehicle, They kept me in the loop about everything going on, i got emails and texts daily from them. my experience with them couldn t have been easier, Will never use anybody else Not only was the body work great but they even matched my car which is silver paint to the exact color which apparently silver is the worst color to try and match. Several years ago, I used this business' services when they were mostly a detailing business, but they now they offer more services.At the time I used their service, I had an awful ant infestation in my car due to having inadvertently parked near a construction site that disturbed large ant colonies. They got into EVERYTHING, and even now, I shudder at the thought of it!I took the car to HADD Customs, and after several hours of meticulously steam cleaning the exterior, the interior and the engine area, I was able to drive away ant free!Subsequent services were always done professionally and with excellent customer service. People often remarked if I had gotten a new vehicle after using their service, that's how good the vehicle looked!I would highly recommend them!

By far the most hassle free work I have ever had to deal with. Dropped off my truck and was updated via text about everything. No worries, no stress, no mess. If you got a Tesla that needs fixing, whether it s damage or just paint needing touched up, HADD is the spot! Not only is their price by far better than anywhere around, they also do amazing work. Did I forget to mention, they will even come pick the car up from you and drop it off? Super convenient and helps saves on Lyfts/Ubers. Overall, the team is great and does amazing work. I dont usually leave google business reviews, but these guys have seriously got to be one of the best businesses I've ever interacted with.Not only did they consistently have the best prices around for repairing my car, they do an absolute bang up job, and are so darn nice too. They give me clear expectations of what needs to be done, gives me the various options that could make the cost cheaper, and are always SO nice about it during the whole process. I got into the stupidest car accident simply by sitting in a parking lot of a veterinarian s office. Some crazy lady slammed her car door into my car and caused a big dent along with scratching my paint. I even got a video recording of her because of how delusional she was. I was feeling overwhelmed after calling a bunch of places around who gave me the run around on estimates. Once I found Hadd customs , they made me feel more at ease because they were able to give me a pretty precise estimate on cost and time just from the photos and videos I sent them. They also helped me out with getting a getting renal car set up and essentially got me in and out of their shop. It felt like I was with friends because they are so knowledgeable and nice. I found out that not only do they do repairs , they can customize your car any way you want it ! Pink brake pads and blacked out tail lights here I come ! The top coat of my Fiat had prematurely peeled off and I suffered years of embarrassment until I reached out to HADD Customs. Not only did they give me an extremely competitive price to repair my paint, but they picked up and dropped off my car to my home. The entire job was finished in 2 days! The paint job looks even better than I did when I first purchased it in 2014. My only regret is not calling them sooner. Love these guys!Services: Painting, Paint repair

I am a returning customer. I had a large dent with paint scratched off on my driver side door in 2019, then had some paint fade on my fender, which Hebie fixed. Not only did he do a great job both times, with the color matching the rest of the paint but he educated me on what to do when the clear coat starts to fade in the future, so that i don t have to repaint.
