After the sudden closure of H&B, I took my car in for service to Bavarian and could not have had a better experience. Marta was wonderfully communicative, thoroughly explaining everything that was being done, and a timeline for all that was recommended.I appreciate it having a loaner for the day, and I loved coming back to my car, sparkling, clean inside and out! My much loved BMW and I have a new auto mechanic!

I wouldn't trust anyone but this shop to touch my vehicle. The service is white glove and the staff is a library of knowledge. But what really sold me was the loaner carrying over 200,000 miles and driving like it just came off the lot. Honest, direct and fair, I know I can trust the advice and direction given by The Bavarian Professionals. I simply have fallen in love. Bavarian Pro's approach, letting me know what i need to do now and what can wait. My car runs beautiful. I will never take my car anywhere else. The extra touch was over the top. They have loaner cars --- who does that these days? They washed my car!!! I love the experience. Thank you Marta

My experience was excellent again . My car had an incident that it had to be towed to Bavarian in the middle of stressful family illness. Nino was so wonderful and efficient. Thank you for your service and ability to repair my vehicle so timely.

First time using Bavarian Professionals. Very impressed overall. Easy to make an appt, easy drop off. Super fast to communicate their diagnosis and options to proceed. Ongoing communication from them the whole time. This is my 4th BMW, and they clearly know these cars, everyone I talked to were so well informed.

I will be bringing my M4 here exclusively after my first interaction with Bavarian Professionals. They did some Dinan upgrades. They got me in quickly, got the work done quickly, and it is too notch. They advise and recommend changes based on what you are looking for, but do not try to up sell anything. They are extremely knowledgeable about BMW and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend, their prices are also a lot better than the dealer, and you get a loaner too.

I took in my 2004 BMW 330xi for an inspection and a power steering hose replacement. Eric and Nino were very knowledgeable and helpful, service was excellent, and drop off and pickup were convenient (they keep you updated through text about what they find during inspection, what services you need, and when your car is ready for pickup). A car wash was also included in my service free of charge. Definitely an exceptional place to service your BMW!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are fantastic! Eric is so professional and communicates with you every step of the way. Put a new (used) engine in a 2011 BMW 5 series. This was a very stressful situation for me and Bavarian Professionals took all the stress away! Highly recommend them!

I am reluctant to take my car to any service shop. However, one of my friends, recommended the Beverian professionals and I was impressed with Eric s friendly approach. I asked price quote for a deferred air filter, spark plugs, and micro filter for my M3. He quoted me a fair price. I immediately decided to use their service. They service my car on the same day. I highly recommend this company. They have earned a customer for life.

Super easy to work with, dropped my x5 off late to the shop and I still got it back within 6 hours. Very professional, told me exactly what I was paying for and which problems I had/could fix if I wanted to. I will be going back here if I have any more problems.

For the past several years, I have trusted Bavarian Professionals to take care of my 328i convertible, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their service. The team at Bavarian Professionals is extremely professional, friendly, and flexible, and they always provide me with various options when it comes to expensive repairs. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, rather than just pushing me towards the most expensive one.One thing that really sets Bavarian Professionals apart is their attention to customer service. They offer a complimentary ride to the closest BART station, which makes dropping off and picking up my car a breeze. And I have to say, the complimentary car wash that they provide after each service is a really nice touch - it's even better than the paid car washes that I've received elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend Bavarian Professionals to anyone in need of BMW repair and maintenance services.

Just wow. Lady on phone very knowledgeable and gave me all information I needed to schedule appointment. Quick dropoff of my X3 and quickly got loaner that I booked complimentary. Service done same day for upfront quoted price as promised. And they kept store open for 15min longer to give me time to sort out my credit card issue. They secured us as customers for anything in the future. Thanks again, for a great experience!

I had my BMW i3 serviced here recently to address multiple service indicator lights. After my experience here, I will not be going to another place.What I loved most:- Completely transparent about pricing, and prices are reasonable- Exceptional customer service. Great people, great work, and as friendly as can be. Got a tune and spark plug change to go along with it. Waiting for the ecru to get fully adapted to the tune but can already can feel the extra torque which is significant. It's refreshing to see nothing but BMW's in their shop.Puts me at ease knowing that my car isn't a learning tool. Plus they gave my car a great wash when they finished their service! Definitely going for any future needs for my car and I suggest the same to anyone else

My friend referred me to Bavarian Pros recently so I made an appointment online on Memorial Day and was responded I was told by Eric. So I brought my car in two days later and Nino helped check in my 323ci 2000 car. I wished I knew about this BMW car service place years ago because the workers and the service is first class! They determined my misfires and my faulty gas cap immediately by calling me within a hour or so. Not only that, when my car was driven out for pick-up, my car was washed! I already made an appointment to bring my other car for this Friday. I am one happy customer with Bavarian Professionals!For my 2001 e46 wagon, Bavarian Pros pretty much brought my car back to life. I thought the engine had to be totally rebuilt but that wasn t the case. Eric explained everything in detail and trusted him and the team to do the repairs. The crew at Bavarian Professionals do great work and work well as a team. Fast, efficient, good communication, professional, friendly, and always treats me well and fairly. My car always drives noticeably better after being serviced here. Bonus: My car always gets returned cleaner than it was too.I ve been scammed and overcharged at other places but I don t have to worry about that when I bring my car here. I ve been working with the team at Bavarian Professionals for over twenty years across two cars and trust them completely. They are honest and know their stuff, recommending when things need to be done and when things can wait or be deferred.Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned I was smelling fuel when I filled the car up. Their inspection revealed a leak from the tank which they said was extremely rare with BMWs. They would need to remove the tank to troubleshoot further (requiring several hours of labor). I needed the car back, so we scheduled to do this at a later time. The next day they called to tell me they had researched the problem for me and discovered that this was likely an issue covered by a special warranty extension for my car. They recommended taking it to BMW and even counseled me on the best service advisor to use there. Turns out, BMW replaced the gas tank at no expense. Bavarian Professionals saved me thousands of dollars by doing this research that they didn t need to do for me. Thank you to Marta, who is both so knowledgeable and kind!

The finished product was very high quality. I used to take my car to an official BMW repair service for repairs, but it was very expensive and required many repairs. So this time I chose Bavarian Professionals because of the high reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am an international student and my English is not very good yet. I also do not have much knowledge about cars. However, they taught me slowly and carefully, using gestures, and I am very satisfied. While they were working on my car, they constantly emailed me about the progress and the status of the repair. When I asked questions, I received very thorough answers, which made me feel very comfortable. I was very surprised that the total cost was less than I expected. I was also very excited when I got in the car, as the exterior and interior of the car were very clean and well maintained. (This is like a brand new car!) I recommend Bavarian Professionals to everyone if you are wondering where to send your repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
