Excellent shop! I have brought my car in a handful of times to get work done and they have always been great. Bill is really kind and patient in explaining all of the work that has been done and/or needs to get done to a non-car expert like myself. I really trust what Bill says which is really important.

TRUSTWOTHY: We took a family member here to get her tires checked because one of them was losing air, and he checked them and repaired only one and made sure all the rest were in good shape. It was only $35, and he never tried to upsell or make it more expensive than it needed to be.I really appreciate the good quality work they do here and honesty. I will definitely take all of my business here. 10 stars!!!

I have a 2015 corvette with huge run flats. I used to go to Big O which always had problems mounting my tires. I mean real problems and massive complaints. They finally scratched the heck out of my rims the last time. Took all subsequent tires to Bill and no complaints at all. Said no big deal if you know what you are doing. Reasonable prices, great service. Highly recommended plus supporting a small local business. And you can get supplies at the oak barrel next store while you are there. Also great pho restaurant across the street while you wait.

Great deals on tires and alignments. The owner Bill is a really nice and most important honest man. If he says your car needs something you can trust it really does. Its nice to find a shop that you can trust.

Incredible tire store. Bill is the most knowledgeable and HONEST auto person I've ever dealt with. I wont do anything under my car without checking with Bill first. I've used auto options for over 25 years.

Good folks with honest rates, helpful in determining problems with my car and fixing them. They were patient with me in trying to explain and as I tried to understand. They were also friendly to my dogs. I highly recommend Auto Options.

Bill is always helpful and has worked on all of my cars. Because of the great work the shop has done, I just reached 250000 miles on my 91 Geo.

Tires were 20 dollars per tire more expensive than tire rack, inexperienced mechanics that could not balance the wheels and tires after 3 attempts, took it to my usual mechanic and found excessive weights used and improper balance. Attempted to get me to pay for diagnostic and labor hours on a claimed steering wheel play that I could not feel despite failing to resolve balance issues.

Bill has taken great care us for over a decade. You can get your tires from a discount house, but you don't get the advice and professional skill you get from Auto Options.

Auto options has worked on a few different cars for me and has always done good work and given me very detailed information on what my options are for repair. The mechanics here are really capable of doing jobs big and small, which keeps me coming back.
