The first time that I came in. They did not want to put my tires on because it was raining. And the thing is, it was not even raining it stopped. It wasn't even sprinkling, they did not want to work that day. So all I asked him to do was my windshield. Wipers, and they couldn't even do that. And they had a horrible attitude. So the second time I came in for an oil change. The guy Matthew is horrible service he's constantly slamming things & treating people horribly. I do not like his attitude. The automotive service has gone down a lot this year.

Great customer service. Comparable or better prices than anywhere else. Got my oil changed in less than an hour.

Got 4 tires for my travel trailer installed. Installer was great however watch what your paying for. They added lifetime rotation and balance at $17/tire without my knowledge. I told her what's this? She stayed quiet and I asked her why would I need to rotate my trailer tires? Again stayed quiet. Had her remove this charge and she just started acting like I took her birthday away, lol Overall not horrible but just have to always watch and pay close attention.

I almost always choose Walmart Auto Center for routine car maintenance. Everything is fine here too.

Used to be one of the better places to get an oil change but they take anywhere from 30 to 35 minutes per vehicle to change the oil. I stopped in to get an oil change and asked how many people were in front of me and they said two, and that the wait would be an hour+. So I bought the oil and filter myself went home pulled the ramps out of my garage and had my own oil changed in 15 minutes, why is it taking 30 minutes per vehicle to change oil?

Prompt service. They replaced my flat tire within an hour which was completely broken. Price was also good.

10/31/22 3:30pm. Hit debris on the hwy. Popped one tire and bubbled the sidewall of the other. Was able to pull off and walk to Walmart where Luis had 2 tires in stock. Replaced them with Alfredo in a very timely manner. Was back on the road by 5:30 to drive 6 more hours home. These newer cars and rentals don't have full size spares. Luis spared us from adding another day+hotel onto our 7 day vacation. Thank you.Service: Tires

Tried to get an oil change and they wouldn t do it because they decided to close early. Service hour sign says 7am-7pm. I was there at 630pm and no cars being worked on or servicing. I was told they sometimes close/lock up tools as early as 530pm... Why have a hours posted if they will close early......

I go there for my oil change and I have ALWAYS been given fast and friendly service everytime I have gone there. Thank you for the great service to the men in automotive center. Great job!I was a little bit disappointed today after having my oil change (I got the full synthetic oil) with the service I chose, my car was supposed to get vacuum and windshield washed, neither one was done, yet on the work order they marked them as complete. Otherwise my service was great I was in and out by an hour! Thank you.

Candi is very knowledgeable, patient, and an expert at her job. I see her everytime I come in and she is fair and just to everyone; and knows how to set everyone up for the service they need.The staff members who work on the vehicles provide fast, good, and efficient work.Just take a leisure stroll around Walmart and your vehicle will be ready in no time.Also, it's great there are no appointments here, it's on a walk-in basis which is very fair.Prices are very good as well.

We made it in there just before they closed and they not only changed our tire on the rim they remounted the wheel to the car and put the spare back underneath which is in itself a feat!

Walmart auto service is absolutely wonderful. This morning I came for oil change and Sherry provided awesome customer service. Immediately every detail regarding the care of my high mileage Mitsubishi Lancer was attended too and I am very thankful; grateful for the care.Service attendant was very thorough and wonderful service today.Blessings this beautiful day.Victoria

Giving God all the glory even when times get rough. Picked up a flat going west on 58. Called AAA they dispatched a tow truck driver. Matt of AAA Tow. Was fast and super nice and courteous. Walmart tire crew did an excellent job!

Went to have my car seviced and battery replaced waited 2.5 hours to be told only battery was replaced.Guy said I didn't ask for engine service only battery service, I did not know they seviced batteries . Anyhow I was told I would have to wait for four more cars to get seviced before mine would be seviced. Never again. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere anywhere else..Service: General repairs & maintenance

I tried to get an oil change for the past 3 days. Every morning id be sure to get there as soon as it opened. The attendant would tell me it s a 4 -HOUR wait every time I d walk in. What!?..Mind you there was only 2 cars in the garage. Very unprofessional attitudes as well. But what do you expect from Walmart in Barstow. They continue to tell customers they are busy to make sure they have an easy day..If your wise enough you would pass this place up all together

Rude and considerate on what the tire warranty actually covers. I had various issues with the set that I bought less than a year ago and rather explaining what were more cost effective solutions, I am almost got rung up for paying for a whole new set. Despite the pro-rate you end up paying for the tires that are covered under warranty for thread wear, it's frankly ridiculous that there is a thread wear warranty because it means nothing. The service tech Teresa will also make a point she's a mechanic and she's knows better despite having no vehicle service history in front of her - sorry, just because you are one doesn't mean you're a good one.

the manager and people who wrote me up where very helpful and good....the service department understaffed slow 3.5 hr to do a 4 tire change but got it done in the time that I was quoted....all and all it was a good experience

Our wait was less than an hour, less than an hour to change 3 tires on our camp trailer. Customer service & tire tech very courteous & professional!!

I called around 4pm to see if walmart was doing oil changes still. The gentleman I spoke to said to come in today July 19th 2020 at 7am gor pil change and when I got here they said no I couldn't get it done. I am essential worker and Saturday is the only time I can get it which is why I made it for Saturday. Stop telling ppl they can get something done when they cant even open till 7p .

Very very slow service. Not enough staff. Seems like they have a skeleton crew for the front desk every time I go. Also the employees are not customer service oriented nor do they appear to be dress right dress & ready to work. Avoid this place if you don t have an abundance of patience.

Great prices and a quality service. Although I did just notice my low tire air pressure sensor came on as soon as I left the parking lot. Maybe not such a good deal

Extremely slow and apparently understaffed. Told 1hr for oil change but took 3hrs. Its supposed to be convenient while you shop but cost me way too much time and aggravation. Won't be back for this service
