Brought two trucks in tonight first one was just a pm went good no issues. Second one was a pm, cab air bags, triple axle alignment, steer shocks. So waited for about 30 minutes to get the first one in and after that one was done we pulled the second one in. So we were impressed by how fast the service was. Then the second one got in. They had to check to see if they had the filters for a pm. Didn t have the filters and said they couldn t do my pm because I had a severe oil leak and bad oil leak from the plug (pictures shown). Then they had to check for steer shocks and of course didn t have those. I brought in two cab airbags to be replaced they said there tools and air compressor was broke so they couldn t replace them for me. And the alignment would have to wait until tomorrow morning. Stay away from this shop. Don t waste your time or money here.

Bad experience all workers on mobile i am here only tyar rpair in 5 hours waste here dont come here again

The customer service girl is very rude and always tries to justify herself. The treatment of customers is very bad and there are no employees.

At first they seam to like making puppies, if you know what I mean. But after meeting the technician that was working on my truck things changed. Calvin was very interested in solving my problem. I entered their facility with six fault codes showing on my unit. It took a while to sort things out and find the problem. 30 hours later I left the facility with all fault codes corrected and with a bill that I was satisfied with.I will definitely stop by if I ever need service again whether I do or not. I found the service desk to be very polite and understanding. I see that there are reviews saying otherwise.I was there and a customer got rude with the person at the service desk and of course rudeness was intern dealt with accordingly.

Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable. Had leaking battery and was able to get fixed within a couple of hours.

Worst management and team communication. I came in 7:30 morning for coolant change and regular pm and waited until 6 pm still not done oil change or inspection. Wasted my entire day and still not get the job done. I see a lot of mechanic around, but there's no management. Stop wasting people's time. I will never come back here for services

Armando is the man! What a great tech! He kept me apprised on every move, gave me options to keep me in line with my morning appointment. Can't say enough about him!!! Thank you Armando, and the rest of the guys. The kept a smile on my face!

The truck service is really great. They took 15 minutes to fix my trailer air leak even At 3 am . Mechanic john is really professional and helpful. Thanks to TA truck service.

3-21-2021 Two guys working today at 22:00 shift at their Fuel Desk (diesel) are the most professional, responsive and friendliest reps I have ever met at any truck stop. Thank you so much for your assistance You made my day

Save your time and find another placeOil change in 3hours, after 4h off waiting in line, also they put the wrong fuell filter and tried to start the truck for 30 min after no luck they found that they put the wrong oneAnd of course surprise at the end , the payment is a little bit higher with 60$ then the price wich was told from the beginning + taxesThe worst experience ever, for me

Came in because I needed a wheel retorque due to my tire being fixed the day prior. I was helped right away and to my surprise I wasn't charged for the service..I appreciate the fast service and helpful attitude from all the staff.If ever in Barstow this is the place to go

Third time here.if it just tires go to loves. They always say their busy and will drag out all the time they can.made a mistake last time trailor tire i will go to loves for tires from now on.ta always doing shift change.might as well aay your at a ta you be there at least a day no matter what

This place should get no stars it only takes 1 to 1.5 hours to do a mid trip and a pm 4 hours later still not done will never come here again one mechanic is so rude I'll keep him up past his bed time to the management get a fire under their buttons turn off the music and work that's what they are getting paid to do not stand around

The truck lane pumps are disgusting and not kep properly, I had to move the truck as the buttons of one of the pumps didn't work properly... Also, I was there by 11:45 pm and the pumps were closed for shift change, they only reopen it after midnight...

Don't burden them by bringing them business. they got mad for asking them if they could change a tire took them 20hr they have six employees there no workers 0.0000000 stars

T.A. is always wonderful!!! Any of our truck driver guest that stay at our motel usually use TA which we highly recommend

Lady on desk in service repair center is very rude.....she asked me to wait for an hour and it's almost 3.5 hours , and when I check again with her...she said she said wait more even there were no truck in bay area...

Pumps are easy to pull in and out of, restrooms are clean. Lots of selection on things to buy for snacks.

I drive a Volvo truck that was in need of a new water pump.Could not find the parts any where on the west coast.Found the parts in Virginia.Customer service and technicians were great.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. A single tire change or oil change will take an entire day.
