They never answer the phone. The office is always closed when their business hours show that they should be open,(posted in their window). Super frustrating just to pay insurance every month.

They'll find you the best prices but sometimes it's hard to get ahold of them.

I was not satisfied the lady that was helping me told me she will get back to me in 10 minutes so I gave her 20 minutes and I didn't get a call back so then I called and told me to wait 10 more minutes... its been an hour an no response so I went to someone else.
