Sanchez Auto y'all owe me a Envoy transmission plus over 1 year of waiting.I know there's a new manager and so as a new name. I have no issue with the new manager but Miguel Sanchez you owe me.

I went here for my BMW, because my radiator was cracked and thermostat was bad. The car was overheating fast. The owners and his guy fixed the car, I had no issues!! Their customer service was amazing and they keep you updated about the car. Miguel always available to make your day smooth. I took my Tundra 2019 to get installed the Shield protector for the 4 catalytic and he did in last than 30 minutes. I called him one day later to change the oil in my Camry TRD 2020 without problem he did the next day. Call him or stop by to see him if you run into problem with your car. 100% Reliable.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Heck of a place to get some work done at your car. Miguel helped me put with breaks on my camry that was making so much noise, I could wake up an entire neigborhood. After these guys were done, not a single squeak. Not even pepboys do bettet than these guys. Affordable and nice guys. Unos tipazos.

Hello everyone, I was traveling on Route 66 when my vehicle started over heating and the power steering failed. I was referred to Prime Auto where I meet Miguel such a awesome dude. He was able to repair the issues and had me back on the road in couple hours. Fantastic work

BEST MECHANIC IVE EVER SEEN!I was driving from LA to Salt Lake City, Utah when my Jeep started to overheat bad. I was very close to Barstow, California. I limped my way to Prime Auto Repair to find my radiator had a crack. I had little hope they could fix my car same day so I could be on the road again. BOY I WAS MISTAKEN. They got the parts in a few minutes from the local auto parts store. Carlos the mechanic did a full radiator swap IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES BY HIMSELF. CARLOS, AND THE RECEPTIONIST RAQUEL STAYED LATER THAN CLOSING TIME TO FIX MY CAR TOO.Price was phenomenal, service incredible, quality exceptional. If your car is busted up take it to Carlos and Raquel at Prime Auto Repair. If I lived closer they would have my business 100% of the time. This shop saved my day yesterday! I was driving down I-40 from Needles when my car started overheating 50 miles outside of Barstow. I called Prime to see if they could see my car right away if I could make it there and she said yes. After driving in 15 minute intervals to let my car cool down I finally made it and the mechanic was able to look at my car right away. I was desperate and they could have charged me an arm and a leg to fix my car, instead they found a simple solution, got the part right away, and I was on the road again quickly and without having to spend a ton of money. I really felt like they took such good care of me in my time of need. I highly recommend this place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst company in Barstow for sure I had my 2000 bmw 323i At towed in on the 28th just needed cv axel done the same day they lost my key my windows were and still are left down I called them on the 29th they informed me that they haven t found it I said please let me know ASAP when u find my key the prime auto closed early on the 30th I was calling and my phone went to voice mail like they blocked me I called from my mom phone it rang called from my phone no ring so I was clearly blocked at this point I m wondering if my car is being touched by strangers or if they found my key so 2 days go passed I call no answer call no answer they were closed on the 4th so I called today they didn t answer I had a friend call and as soon as they answer I got phone told them I m calling about the bmw they lost the key too they said I can come get my car they can t fix it too much problems then the key being lost isn t on them I just need help this is sad I worked at Midas well never do our customers so wrong to lose there key then act like we can t fix the repairs Barstow prime is a very sad placeService: Steering & suspension repair

Poor Service very disrespectful women at the counterAnd the police were called because they gave me my car back in pieces but it's okay I will be seeing you guys in court No threats were made just saying i'm reporting you to the Better business bureau and fyi the customer is alway RIGHT I HAVE VIDEOS OF BEFORE WHEN I DROVE MY CAR IN THERE AND HOW I HAD TO PUSH IT HOME VERY POOR SERVICE I DONT Recommend anyone to come here

Took are car in to get fix and they gave it back to me in pieces we drove it in and cant drive it home i have videos of before on how my car was running when i took it in and how i had to push it home very rude and disrespectful this is not the only car that went in there runni g the car they were working on before ours the people said they toom there car in running and now its not and they charge them 1500 to get it fix there new management is all messed up And threatWe did not threatenWe said we were going to call the Better Business Bureau and the police and the police were calledBecause they gave me my car in pieces
