My boss called a tow truck for me at 5am, they told him it was going to be 2 hours. He was sent a payment text at 7am and I was called by a tow truck driver only to learn it was gonna be more 2 more hours. I m in Hinkley broke down at a customers house. It s freezing cold outside my truck won t start. And the dispatcher Robert just laughs and hangs up the phone. Likes it s funny he lied, took our money and I have to freeze out here. Hands down the worst tow service I ve dealt with in my entire life. That dispatcher Robert needs two lose his job. Whoever he may be. Idk how he gets away with speaking to customers the way he does. But $1000 is a lot for a tow. But then make me wait for 4 hours. Wow. Just wow

My name is John Wable. I had a breakdown emergency today in my Tractor trailer. I got stranded in the desert with no A/C. The thermometer on my dash said 121� and I needed help fast. I was amazed to see the Panorama tow truck show up in less than an hour and a half. The driver "Clinton" jumped out of the truck with a cold bottle of water for me. He really saved me. I was on the verge of heat stroke and was under the trailer trying to stay as cool as I could. I don't know how long I would've lasted. Thank you Clinton and Panorama Towing. You don't know how pleased I was with your service.

Sent a driver here to have a PTO looked at, the mechanic at this location, Derrick, spent maybe 15 minutes looking at it to tell us he couldn't do anything. He then proceeded to charge us $550 for that. $275 an hour assess and advise with a 2 hour minimum. The mechanic then told us it was an after hours price because it was a Saturday. However, their hours for this location say 24 hours 7 days. I don't know about their work, so I can't say to avoid this place, but buyer beware. I will say one negative thing about this place, and it's in regards to the manager. Whatever she had going on that day, she needed to leave it at home. There was no need to be as rude to my driver as she was being. Take the stick out and relax, please.

Had my car break down in barstow so I contacted my insurance to get a tow. We had Clinton (our driver) pick us up within 30 min of calling, which as you know, never happens! He was very polite, informative and helped us get to where we needed to go. Would highly recommend!

This is not a reputable company!We had a Semi breakdown, due to tractor engine problems, 10 miles south of Barstow, CA. We contacted Panorama to have a mobile mechanic dispatched to our location as they had a location in Barstow. We were informed that the computer diagnostic charge would be $300 and that the service fee was $175/hour with a two hour minimum. Once the mechanic arrived (over an hour later), he ran the computer diagnostics, where it was determined that we could not drive the tractor, but it would need to be towed in for repair. When we received the online bill for the service provided by Panorama, the charge for the diagnostic was noted as $350, not $300. There was an additional charge of $2/mile for 'port-to-port' service that we had not originally been informed about and they charged the mileage at 65 miles vs. the accurate 35 miles. In addition, they charged an addition $36 for the 'convenience' of paying the invoice online when they do not allow payment in any other way.I had an unpleasant conversation with the billing department about the over billed charges and they did reduce the diagnostic charge to $300 and changed the mileage to the accurate amount. They would not remove or reduce the 'convenience' fee for payment.This is a company that will overcharge with the hope that you will not notice and just pay the amount they put on the invoice. The fees they added and tried to overcharge may not have been huge, but when you own your own business, every dollar counts. And, companies like Panorama, that will try to overcharge, hoping you don't notice, are not the kind of company that I want to do business with. There are good, honest companies out there, this is not one of them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We called for emergency roadside repairs. We were told that they would respond immediately.....after we supplied them with a credit card they decided (without telling us) to re-route the responding tech to a CHP call. After hours of waiting, the tech showed up and apologized for being so tardy. We stated that we waited for so long that we actually had to hire another company. He apologized again and said that they were wrong and wouldn't bill us. These scumbags did bill us and they wouldn't refund the money that they charged. BEST ADVICE......Do NOT call or use this business.Service: General repairs

This is the worst company on earth. They trick and prey on the fact that you in a situation to take advantage of you. They charged me 26 hours for a trip from Lancaster CA to French Camp CA which included a 10 hour break for driver which was never agreed upon when I contracted them. A trip that should take no more than 12 hours Port to Port. I am a truck driver myself, nobody charges a customer for driver's 10 hr DOT break when he is off duty! They threatened to tow my truck back to pick up and impound it if I did not pay up immediately.It was the worst experience of my life. The Boss of the place Jessica was so rude, arrogant and lacked any form of human empathy. You definitely don't want to have anything to do with these cruel people. My God will take vengeance for me from these cheats.BE WARNED, DON'T CONTRACT THIS TOW COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY.JOHNService: Car towing

The guy was nice and came and helped us as fast as he could. We were out there calling tow companies for 4 hours and he was the only one who came and got us and didn't cancel or disappear. He towed us to a place to get tires and he put the tires on himself then told us what was wrong with our tires, the guy's name was Clinton. Great service, couldn't ask for anything better.

The driver said he was the new manager of Panorama towing. He was Polite, quick to get there, had a clean professional rigHe expressed his intention to give great serviceAnd he did just that!He was quick to load up my truck with only 3 wheels carefully to minimize damage to the truck undercarriageHe unloaded it with careI may have forgotten his name... Clint? But I will not forget his great service and I really appreciate him.

Wow...so this is how our one star experience went down. Our driver called the Barstow location with a blown tire about 12 miles away at about 4am. He was told the cost of a new tire would be $450 (very high, but not uncommon for over the road in remote locations) and was also told the hourly rate would be portal to portal. Four hours later, the mechanic arrives, changes the tire, and hands over a bill for $1059. We challenged their reasoning for a bill that high which was since they did not have the common trailer tire in inventory, and the local truck stops did not have them, they had to drive 65+ RT miles to get the tire, all eating into the portal to portal time. Our contention was they never called us 1) to say they would be delayed arriving and 2) to give us the chance to approve the higher cost of getting the tire. Over the phone they would not accept any responsibilities and were not interested in coming up with a mutually acceptable resolution. The answer was simply we will have your commercial truck and trailer towed if you don't pay the full amount. We stood our ground and called CHP. Eventually, they took the tire off the trailer (and took our rim as well) and we called a second company who replaced the tire and the rim for less than half Panorama's bill in a quarter of the time. My personality is one that extends the benefit of doubt to people. This group of people exhausted any benefit of doubt I can give them. Stay away!

This company was very professional and displayed quick service with a great attitude. Clinton arrived sooner than expected and was loaded up and on the road in a matter of minutes. Even gave me a ride to my house after dropping vehicle at the garage. He took extra care with my vehicle to ensure it was safely and efficiently loaded. You could tell that this company takes pride in their work.Thanks the great service

This is the worst towing company. They have on call drivers that are drunk and corporate knows about it. When we complained about their driver blocking our driveway and was drunk they hung up and did nothing about it. We had to call the police department to have the driver move his truck. The police department came verified the driver was drunk . I would would not recommend this company to anyone.

Clinton from Panorama was EXTREMELY helpful. My 2018 Kia Optima out of the blue shuddered with a pop then began flashing the check engine light. After finding a safe place to park and calling my insurance company USAA who contacted Agero, Clinton was dispatched. He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning.I highly recommend Clinton. He is a kind, honest, and hard worker. He will give you an honest assessment, and strives to do what is right. Plus, he is quick and efficient at towing cars.

I had the pleasure to meet a Mr. Clinton who went out of his way to help me change my flat tire that I received right outside of his company building. There boss really has time to respond to bad reviews because their hourly rate is ridiculously high. If you disagree with their price, they will tow your truck. And the price is increasing exponentially! ! We have many choices in this city, but if you choose them, congratulations, you won the prize! Although they have good reviews, it is because there is no chance to cheat you! Believe me, you will be happier away from them! !Hello boss, waiting for your defense!

Called to see if the mechanic had a part to fix my truck and to get a quote on price and how long it would take. Young lady was very rude on the phone and hung up on me. Wouldn t take my money here if they were the only ones in town

I was stranded at a gas station en route to Las Vegas and Clinton stopped and helped me in his personal vehicle. He took the time out of his day to make sure my car was in good working order for the remainder of my trip. I would not use this service. We took our truck to their location during typical business hours. I asked for a quote to put our spare tire on. They said they would call me back with a quote. Read all the reviews about this place before calling. . STAY AWAY THEY ARE PREDATORY!!!! They are charging us $15,000 dollars for a 150 mile tow of a 53 foot TRL. That's not going to happen. These people make up prices as they go along and they are breaking about 5 different towing laws. KEEP AWAY KEEP AWAY KEEP AWAY!!!!!! Read their excuses its almost funny. They claim they are charging by the hour. Even if that was true they would be charging $1,250 per hour!!!! for a 12 hour job. That price is more than the trailer is worth.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Had a 53 dry van trailer broken down with 8 pallets inside, called them up and talked to KEN supposedly the boss they said $250 /hour to transload pallets from one trailer onto another, even at that price it s super expensive but I agreed since it was late at night, brought both trailers to their dock, these pallets were heavy yes and they had 2 other so called employees help us move them NOT ONCE WAS I NOR MY DRIVERS MENTIONED OF ANY EXTRA EXPENSES and pretty much my drivers did most of the work! , after all work was done they came up with a $2500 bill for not even 2 hours of work which should have been a max $500-$800 job INSANE!!! THEY EVEN CLOSED THE GATE AND BLOCKED MY TRUCK IN WITH THEIR VEHICLE so we were unable to leave, In the end KEN straight up lied that we discussed any extra prices, even had local cops involved no one was willing to help... INSANE TOTAL SCAM DO NOT US THEM!!!

Clinton came to initially tow us after our tire blew. Our tire was corroded and we couldn t get it off. He helped remove the tire and he put our donut on for us. Very helpful, efficient and kind. Thank you!David&DemiServices: Tires, Tire change

On a move to jacksonville from california and the rental truck was leaking and all board lights on. Clinton from panorama towing Barstow was very professional and offered great service. Will use again if needed. Request Clinton if in need of service.

Great place to get work done and have great people to talk to! Went there to have brakes replaced on my 53 ft trailer as a walk in and it was done that day! Coffee is hot and the company even better, thank you very much! Will deginately keep then in mind for the next time i am in the area.

Great service manager was my driver deserves way more then 5 stars great service helpful friendly saved me from the freeway and he even helped change my tires at the shop so i didnt have to wait longer if you need a tow i definitely recommended clinton

Would never call this company to tow anything. Witness them on the side of the road with there big wrecker lunging at passing cars. Unsafe. Unprofessional. Doo better would you.
