I appreciated the space on the lot for us travellers. I just thought it was a bit strange that as I walked in, all the waitresses passed by me while waiting to be seated and said nothing. So I had to grab their attention to be serviced. When I asked the waitress to hold a table while I went to my car to get a computer, when I returned she gave my table to someone else. Not very happy about it. The place itself has a good atmosphere

Small store. Decent prices. Ok service.They would not let my disabled husband use the restroom. He was shot over 7 times by criminals and is a veteran and I understand it's not a public restroom but sometimes people make an exception but not here.

They didn't have my part, and I had to look for someone to help me. They were all in the back of the store chatting, and I had to interrupt to get some help

I needed a battery for my car and the two gentlemen who helped me were very friendly and professional. I was in and out of the store very quickly with my battery installed and the price was much better than many other places in town. Great service, no wait, lower price, happy customer. :-)

They always go out of their way to double check to find what I need in the stock room or out front if I didn't find it myself

Extremely helpful. A kind young man solved my problem for me without charge. I did, however, give him a tip for getting his hands and knees dirty solving the problem.

Completely unhelpful staff. They never have inventory . Just a total waste of time save yourself the headache!

Went to pick up a part that I ordered online they wanted me to pay a freight charge for $18.00 because they had to order it from the Los Angeles Distribution Center. Way to pass the extra cost to customers NAPA. I called O'Reilly's after leaving NAPA they ordered the same product and had it the same day after 4 p.m. So NAPA sits on inventory because they wouldn't waive $18 makes business sense.

Lazy, rude. They told me they don't stock oil that is at the top of their flyer on the front page and on the window when you walk in as the big sale item.

Fantastic staff, able to get the parts needed quickly, a great thing if you are broken down.Nothing more important than getting back on track, they get you there!

Eh, I like Napa quality, but the staff here seems uninterested in their work so save money and shop CT Sales instead.

I was driving a Freightliner FL60 to Vegas I happen to get pulled over at the scales said I needed a few items before I could go over State-line they had everything in stock
