My transmission has had so many problems and after countless trips to a terrible dealership near my home I found Mojave auto group. If you need service I would highly recommend Mojave auto. Caleb is wonderful he fought for my warranty to fix the issues and kept me updated throughout the whole process. This was the best experience I have had with a dealership/service department.

Outstanding Toyota dealership! Our salesperson Oralia was super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The same was true of their finance manager Kenn. We could not be happier with our deal on a new Toyota SUV. We drove 130 miles to make the purchase, and it was well worth it. Thank you, Oralia and Kenn!

Very nice people at the parts department. They're always talkative and friendly. I've found, many OEM parts are cheaper than aftermarket. They had a great deal on a battery I got, with like an 8 year warranty. I wouldn't recommend the service unless you're okay with waiting many days. They're usually pretty booked and their service specials aren't great. They kinda feel like a mom and pop dealer as it's pretty small, usually not too busy inside which is nice. As of almost Feb 2024, the lot was full of vehicles, great selection of Toyota and other vehicles. Nice spot to have in the city of Barstow, will definitely return!

Pretty good place with good people. They took care of my car in a timely fashion, and looked into the stuff I asked them to. They cost a bit more then some other places sure, but you get more bang for buck here in terms of services rendered and friendly staff.

Our best experience so far with an auto dealer! Our salesman Mr. V was excellent at his job. Finance was a breeze. The only auto dealer with lifetime warranty on mechanical parts and repair!!!!

I had a great buying experience with Kristie S. at Mojave Auto Group. I was in the market for a car that was in high demand and had low availability, so you can imagine how many dealerships I ve contacted and tried to work with. None of them were as easy going, straightforward, and great as Mojave in Barstow. I told Kristie what I was what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and she got me my car within a week and delivered to my house in a day. No games, no back and forth, and no worries at all. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend their great service.

Excellent service as always! I own 2 Toyota that I purchased there and my new 23 Tundra needed it s first service. We live busy lives so Caleb quickly solved my problem with shuttle service to get my daughter to her doctors appointment. When I called to be picked up they were there in less than 5 minutes to take me back to my vehicle already done and washed, looking better than when I showed up. Barbra (the cashier) is a ray of sunshine to deal with too. Super easy, convenient and really caring people.Kudos to Mojave Auto Group!Thank you muchJon

Excellent service at this car dealership. After having a mechanical problem with my Chrysler Voyager on the road to Los Angeles, I stopped at this garage. The repair was completed in 2 hours. Very friendly and professional staff. The french guy

THIS IS VERNON..HAVE U EVER BOUGHT A CAR AND NOT TEST DROVE IT? THEN GOT THE CAR AND WAS SUPER HAPPY? WELL I HAVE...I WAS CHILLING IN VEGAS AND SAID LET ME CHECK AND SEE IF ITS GOOD DEALERSHIPS IN BARSTOW WITH GREAT DEALS AND MOJAVE POPPED UP. I CALLED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. GAVE ME A FULL WARRANTY ON THE POWERTRAIN AND TRANS COAST TO COAST ANNNNND THEY WAS PATIENT WITH ME AS WE FIGURED OUT THE PERFECT CAR. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON DODGE CHARGER SXT WHITE BLACKTOP WITH 34 MILES THEN DAVE JUMPED IN THE CAR AND DROVE THE CAR TO ME FREE OF CHARGE. I THOUGHT HE WAS LYING WHEN HE SAID DELIVERY WAS FREE BUT NOPE. HE SHOWED UP WITH THE CAR I SIGNED AND GAVE THEM MY TRADE IN OF WHICH THEY GAVE ME WAYYYYYYY MORE THAN ANYBODY ELSE WOULD ON THE TRADE IN. THANKS TO MJOAVE MANAGERS AND DAVE I GOT A BRAND NEW DODGE CHARGER SXT AND OUT OF MY OLD LOAN. GOD IS GREAT!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 19 STARS I WOULD CAUSE THATS MY LUCKY NUMBER 19 OF WHICH I RECEIVED THE CAR ON 191 MILES CAUSE THEY HAD TO DELIVER BUT I WASNT MAD CAUSE IT WAS MY LUCKY NUMBER STEERING ME RIGHT IN MY FACE!!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my Toyota experience. Despite owning a brand new 2022 Tacoma, I discovered that my Toyota Care package and warranty aren't valid in California. The manager at the service center refused to honor my warranty during an oil change, explaining that Toyota USA doesn't cover vehicles purchased in Hawaii. Apparently, Hawaii is not considered part of America by Toyota, leaving me with no warranty coverage for defects. This lack of communication and discriminatory policy has left me dissatisfied and frustrated as a customer.I owned a 2007 Toyota, and back then, my warranty was valid, providing coverage for service on defects. However, I find it perplexing that my brand new 2022 Tacoma doesn't have the same coverage. Despite having a valid warranty in the past, I am left without coverage for defects on my new vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with this disparity and urge Toyota in Japan to contact me. I am seeking clarity from the CEO regarding the absence of coverage for my vehicle in certain states and expect a valid explanation as well as clear instructions on how to rectify this situation.

I have come to rely exclusively on Mojave Toyota of Barstow. A review is quite subjective but I just realized that I have always been treated with kindness by service employees and my vehicles have always been serviced/repaired competently. There are always follow-up calls to make sure that I am satisfied with the services provided. Businesses like Mojave Auto Group make it easy to stay in town for my automotive needs.

My granddaughters car broke down on the 15 freeway going to San Diego we had it towed to Barstow Toyota , Caleb from the service dept called me the minute the tow truck arrived and kept me updated on the diagnostics & repairs as well as contacting our extended warranty insurance company. Best customer service hands down

Horrible service. Had my truck for a month and didn t even start teardown or diagnostics. Service department kept saying one truck ahead of mine. Called every week several times, rarely do people answer phones or respond to voicemails.

We went in knowing what we wanted and Mark was very helpful. He explained everything to us and was honest about all scenarios for us. We did end up leaving the first time with no vehicle but eventually came back once we saw what we liked and again he was very informative and respectful of our time and what we wanted. In the end we highly recommend not just the dealership but Mr Mark!

Customer friendly and are truly concerned about their customers. My 2019 Tacoma paint was peeling on the back driver side back window below the window seal. Robert the service manger took charge and helped me get my door painted NO Charge to me. Thank you Robert and Mojave Toyota!!!

So I show up with an 08:00 appt. And there is 3 stations for service that I can see, I look in all 3 and no one in any of them. I turn and start walking to parts and I hear a voice saying, " over here" and I still don't see anybody. I finally can see him, and I say I'm your 08:00, and he replies, "yes it is"... I'm used to pulling up to service and someone greeting me like good morning or something like that, I couldn't figure out if he was sarcastic, or what was going on. I still don't know his name. The cashier was very nice and welcoming. When I take my other car for service there is coffee, water, pastrys, hot chocolate, and a TV to watch while you wait, not here... and we bought this car here, with a $ 5000 dollar surcharge! Live and learn...

Mojave Auto Group of Barstow was outstanding during my recent service appointment for two recalls on my 2021 Ram truck. They made an appointment when other dealers would not, they scheduled me an appointment that I could wait for the work to be completed (I live over 40 miles away), the work was completed faster then they expected and the staff was friendly especially Calib my service advisor. Based on my experience with Mojave Auto Group of Barstow I will return for future service work and would recommend them to friends and family. Jim
