There was a problem with the turn signals on the trailer. The TA service couldn't fix it and charged $70. Good mechanics here did everything in half an hour and $75. Thanks.

Clutch replacement on an automatic Volvo about $1500.00 higher than a dealer cost said one day to replace took three days. And won t give the core money back until they receive the money back from the distributor. The scams on the road are just never ending. There s a reason why they have a 3.5 rating. Save yourself a headache and go to the dealer cheaper faster warranty everywhere you go and oh GET YOUR CORE MONEY BACK.

1st of all, Very nice and freindly staff. The work was good and very fast. It's california, it's expensive. But they are fair priced and do not price Guage you like the truckstops. I would definetly come back here if I had another issue with a truck. However, I hope I don't have any more issues.

Was there 12/22,23/23 for DEF system issues. They put on that they could take care of it doing service on DPF filter and etc. Paid the $3,200 bill and on my way. Night of 23rd got check engine message and quickly turned to STOP ENGINE IMMEDIATELY which was same message I got when I went to their shop. This was 380 mile from Barstow east of Flagstaff. Road tech came 12/24 06:00 did a forced regen that took almost 2 hours. He said diagnostic said extreme high soot level which is what Inn and Out was supposed to fix. Currently sitting just into NM doing another regen. Dont know if I will make it home for Christmas.Point is they ripped me off. Dont go there.

Do not recommend. Off the top, bad customer service. The secretaries act like they re doing u a favor. Way over priced. Only use in an emergency. Labor is thru the roof. They will definitely upsell you. $200 parts run lol, I thought they were kidding.

Not recommended.. worst mechanic I ever saw they don t know how to talk with customers very rude. Over over charged for flat tire and they just open shop for taking advantage for who need service at night. Please stay away from this location Thankyou

Truck drivers do not go here they re here to steal your money I had problem with regen they give a estimate of 1600$ when I go to pay she printed a bill of 2200& I told the lady respectfully that my estimate was 1600$ she was really mad and rude to me then she make a call and printed me a bill of 2600$ after I complained she asked me many time to leave the office i was shocked I told her are you serious she told me you didn t accept the first one I was like whattt it s my right to tell you my estimate was something else then the manager come and told me if you do not pay this amount go to hotel we not let you to pick your truck, although after paying them 2600$ still my problem didn t solve I still have the same issue, they re here to make money and steal truck drivers money even if you have small issue with your truck they make to show you like it s a big problem they re nice to you before check in and after you sign the paper to start working on your truck you see the other face of them my fellow truck drivers do not go there they re such a thief s

Loves, TA, and Flying J are fine and all but nothing compares to this place. I literally have only been here 27 minutes and they're already finished replacing 2 tires on my 5th axle. The customer service is amazing too. All around great people here. I Definitely recommend this shop

They changed my trailer s hub seal but didn t tight the bolts enough and even one the bolt fell-of very unprofessional..

Don t come to this place they will try to rip you off . I call them and and asked them how much it s will cast me to do refer oil change. They said $380 but when I got here they made the invoice for $685 and it was not included oil . They close 11 pm but if you show up after 9pm they will charge you $250 after fee and $180 after hour labor. The girl in the office is very rude. He goes crazy if you tell her that I have been told over the phone will cost $380 for oil change but she said I don t care it will be what I m telling you . Just avoid this place. They are not friendly at all. I wish I could give the. Negative 5 stars.Edit.. I also got Freon for my refer . They change me $573 and told me they filled it up fully. But next day when I was done with my load and I opened my refer and saw my Freon tank was just half . They didn t filed up all the way up they just did half but they charged me for full . So just be careful if you go there.

responded quickly to my APU issue I was in and out. Thanks, I highly recommend them for Carrier APU repairs when Carrier is not available!. The even had parts.

i lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. i asked her do you have mud flap with braket for trailer she told yes we have again i asked her i have wasbash trailer she told me we have for all trailer and she told me to wait for 2 hour after 3 hours she called me to go to bay 5 when i backed up there the mechanic said we don't have that part when i tried to called the lady one gentleman picked up the phone telling me you have to make sure everything before checking in. i'm suggesting you please don't go there . they are totally unprofessional and they don't respect about you and your time please avoid these people there are many shops nearby thanks

Blew a clutch Saturday morning 9am and drove over to there shop. 6pm same day I picked it up fixed. Couldn t be happier with price and service. Thanks for getting me rolling.

This shop is one of the worst place to get anything get fixed on truck or trailer. On my 2016 cascadia the fan belt was broken so that s the only shop was close by in Barstow,ca. they charge me 860$ just to put new belts n new pully for it. U ask for estimate they have simple excuse oh we have to look first. Then they open up everything n give u prices. They know u can t go nowhere without getting ur problem fixed. Then they take advantage of u being stuck there.They will never tell u how many hours of labor they charging u. I called the dealership parts were only less than 200$. So they do mark up 200% on parts n will charge u labor for crazy amount even that work could be done in 10-15 mins. Straight up thieves from Barstow,ca. I m gonna report them to business bureau with proof how they ripping off truckers. Ppl like them shouldn t be in business.

I came in because my reefer went down due to a bad fuel filter. The two guys worked as a team and knocked a PM Service out on my 22 ThermoKing c600. I couldn t find a single truck stop or Speedco that would do a reefer service on my unit. This place was awesome! I was In & Out just like their name, in about 1 1/2 hours. Great place, and highly recommended.

Overcharge I replaced my tire valve drive axle outside & greased fifth wheel spend 20-25 minutes they charged me $ 142.48 just labor $ 137.00 crazy don t go there kind this work

Big mistake on my end not to read the reviews before coming.Called them before to schedule a dpf cleaning, should have gotten the red flag once he told me he doesn t give estimates over the phone, i insisted and he told me its s 1251$. We agreed verbally, came from ontario in the shop, the new estimate was 1950$. 2 hours in between estimates and a price increase of 50%. What bothered me the most was the fact that the bossman Rialdo or whatever his name is, wouldn t talk to me anymore and would just make his gatekeeper assistants deal with me. Apparently he didn t remember giving me that estimate over the phone. Naturally i Picked up my truck and left.
