The owner of this store stands behind the Firestone Tires it sells. Let me explain to clarify the situation. I purchased a set of Firestone AS two years ago from this vendor. I had a right rear tire go flat and it was found that the inner side wall was punctured. They also found that the tire was showing signs of dry rot. The owner assumed that this dry rot condition was most likely occurring on the other three tires. He confirmed this by visually inspecting the other tires. He ordered four new tires and replace all four at no charge to me. This act alone is what customer service is all about.

We stopped in to get some help with our air shocks. They filled them up quickly and didn't didn't even charge us. We were in and out in 5 minutes and they wished us a safe drive on the rest of our trip. I highly recommend these guys!

They do great work & are honest. My old car (more than 273000 mi) hasn't been warning light free in MANY years, but they found the problem and its now fixed and running great.

Check engine light went on L.A. to Vegas 7:am Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Askeda few questions. Did a free diagnosis. Replaced spark plug.And then we were on our way. That fast. They were friendly and quick.

I went there to get a smog check on my mom's car. I didn't have an appointment and they tested the car anyway. Everyone there was helpful and professional. They were cheerful even though they were busy. I will return there and recommend them to others.

Very quick and friendly. Didn't try to force a bunch of other work needed on my car. Only reason I didn't say 5 stars was cause they didn't include a alignment with the tire purchase.

We were passing through in a Penske truck ..fully loaded, pulling a trailer. Rear passenger tire got a hole in the sidewall. Pulled in and they led us through the process of notification, and fixed the tire in under an hour...all late on a Friday afternoon! What could have turned into a huge inconvenience instead reaffirmed our belief that God puts amazing people in our path! Thank you so much!

These guys take care of our vehicles. And have for years. Honesty is just how these guys roll. And they always do their best which means I have my car fixed or new tires and I'm on the road again in no time.

If you break down in Barstow this is the place to go!!!!!!! My radiator failed while on vacation in Calico. John and Darrel did their best to get me and my daughter on the road before our vacation was over. The price they charged was fantastic and work was first rate. Wish I lived closer they would be my first choice for mechanical work.

They got right down to my vehicle. I seen a few drops of oil and they put it up on the "rack" and checked it out. Which put my mind at ease. Checked all my fluids and tire pressures before letting me get back on the road. Everyone there was very friendly and answered all questions and concerns. I recommend them and will go back.

TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!! went to get some work done on a older car I had .. guy tried to tell me a plastic 4 dollar gas cap was 20 bucks and I couldn't drive out without it.. LOL JOHN THE MECHANIC IS THE BEST THO!!!

While traveling in our RV, we had tire trouble about 20 miles east of Barstow. We called Firestone Tires in Barstow and they said they had 6 tires if we needed them. We weren't sure what was wrong but by driving very slowly, we were able to get there without getting a flat tire. When they looked at our tires they determined that only one was bad. We really appreciated their honesty their helpfulness and excellent service. They quickly replaced the bad tire and had us on our way. Thanks for a job well done.

FORT IRWIN FIRE STONE I Justin Fichter brought in his 2010 jeep wrangler JK Sport Unlimited to firestone at 0800 on 08 March 2017 with no prior issues in the steering; the only thing I wanted was to get an alignment done before his vacation trip to Oregon. While the 2010 jeep wrangler JK Sport Unlimited was in care of Firestone employees they proceeded to do the alignment, after the alignment was complete at 1530 the manager took the jeep for a test drive to make sure the alignment was good the manager drove down the street took a series of turns then towards the end of the test drive the manager was unable to turn left and was stuck in the street. After getting the jeep off the street the manager came to get me from the waiting room and told him something is wrong with the jeep he followed me out and the manager showed me the steering issue we got it into the bay and lifted it up and begin looking for the issue. The manager told me that I think it is the gear box The manager said that they will cover the cost of labor but not the part. I strongly disagreed with that and said it is firestones fault you are the ones working with the steering and took it for a test drive down a crappie road with lots of bumps I have no idea what you did with it but you are going to fix it and cover the cost of shipping it to jeep the part and the labor the manager said fine ill call jeep and make the arrangements. About an hour later I called the manager and the manager told him that firestone was going to do it in house and the part will be there in 2 to 3 days. I than asked him if he would cover a rental car so my family would not be impacted from this inconvenience. The manager told me NO there is no way I am going to get you a rental. A day later the manager called me and told me the part was on back order and won t be there for 5 to 7 days, because the manager wanted to go the cheaper way and buy a used remanufactured power steering gear box rather than the newer one that jeep had in stock. Then on the 5th day I called the manager he said it was not in yet. On the 6th day I called and the manager said it was not in yet. On the 7th day I called and yet again the manager said the part was not in. on the 8th day I called and the manager said it was not in yet but hopefully it will be in tomorrow. I asked him once firestone gets the part how long with it take to replace the power steering box. The manager stated he did not know because he has never replaced one before, I asked then why are you doing it to my jeep if you don t know how, the manager said what could happen I am taking out a part and putting a new one in, I stated if you don t know how to do it you shouldn t be doing it you should have shipped it to jeep like we first agreed to, the manager proceeded to stay well I didn t want to pay the extra money to ship it to jeep. So I is writing this to make sure if anything happens to the jeep wrangler due to the improper mechanic work that is done with the power steering gear box that firestone will be held responsible to fix it and anything that it breaks.

These guys are very honest and very courteous. My trailer needed a swap with my spare and these guys did it super quick and cheap. I recommend these guys.
