I was stuck going south on the 15 freeway due to a transmission problem and AAA sent Rob from Barstow Towing to the rescue. Really professional driver that knows his stuff and picked us up and our car in no time on a Sunday evening during Easter weekend.Thanks to Cindy on the dispatch side who answered all my questions.

Cameron saved me today after I got myself stuck in a ditch. I m beyond happy AAA sent this company out to help me. A lady called me to confirm that I needed service & my address, she was caring & professional. They arrived exactly as estimated which was about 30min. Cameron was cool, approachable and knew exactly what he was doing. And his uniform was very clean, I could smell his laundry detergent lol. He pulled my truck out in probably less that 5mins. Rob at Barstow Towing is an absolute saint. He went above and beyond. Not just towing my broken down car but helping me get repairs and parts on Christmas Eve so I could make it home for Christmas for the first time in 5 years. He was my miracle and I am so grateful

I recently had an experience with Barstow Towing Company that was far from satisfactory. The most striking issue was the customer service, specifically the demeanor of the staff member at the desk. Unfortunately, he was not friendly or welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience.The lack of courteous and professional interaction made the already stressful situation of requiring a tow more unpleasant. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, the level of unprofessionalism displayed was concerning and not what I expected from a customer-facing representative.Aside from this, the service was average. The towing process itself was completed without any issues, but the initial interaction set a negative tone for the entire experience.I hope this feedback helps Bestow Towing Company to improve their customer service training and ensures that future clients are greeted with the professionalism and friendliness they deserve

Driver Jeff showed up in LESS than 10 minutes. Unfortunately I didn t have my policy number on me, he helped me contact triple A to set me up and told me about their app. He had me hooked up and towed out quickly. Jeff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. His truck was VERY clean and comfortable. When someone enjoys their job it shows in their work. Thanks again y all.Service: Car towing

Called AAA Road side service to change my tire. Barstow towing dispatch was very helpful in letting me know when a driver would be on his way to help me out. When the driver arrived, he was very professional and had good customer service, and was able to change my tire quickly.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I was on my way home (Los Angeles) I was coming from Vegas when my car overheated stranded on the i15 fwy.I Called AAA being a gold member I m allowed a tow up to 100 miles. they dispatched BARSTOW towing. Which their tow yard is only 15 mins away from where I was. I But as soon as I hung up with AAA. I recieved a phone called from BARSTOW towing s dispatch stating that the supervisor had denied my tow. And if I wanted there services that I would have to pay!Money hungry savages. Didn t want to waste a driver taking me to LA 100 miles one way. on what they see as a free tow. WHY EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH AAA THEN IF YOUR GOING TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHO YOU WANT TO TOW

Left me and my 85 year old dad stranded for 4 days . Picked me up to tow to bakersfield and dropped me in Mohave because the boss didn't want his driver going over the pass that was open.. in the hotel that evening they had done this to two other travelers. They denied me due to the fact I was broke down for 5hrs on Saturday in Victorville and towing was denied Then because no one wanted to take the tow to Buena Park. I Had To Get tiwed Home In Barstow Ca They Came In 5mun. I Had To Reduce Another Tow Today Using Barstow Tiwing When I Called It Was Stated A Tow Will Be Here At 9:47, Then I Git A Call Stating That Its Unsure When I Will Get A Tiw, I Became Upset So The Dispatcher Cancel My Tiw Because She Felt I Had An Attitude. BUT WOULDN'T YOU..... Have Gotten The Run Around Since Saturday Had To Wait Till Today And I'm Without A vehicle For ..... Not Sorry Fir Being Human..... But Just Frustrated I

I have triple a. I just got a flat due to an accident today. Triple a dispatched them to my work, where the accident occurred. The driver was so nice. He changed my tire quickly and checked the pressure on the donut for me. I'm very thankful for there quick and friendly service.

AAA dispatched Barstow Towing after my Corolla broke down on I-15 in 114 degree heat. Andrew, our tow truck driver, arrived about 30 minutes after we requested our tow and had cold water and A/C ready for us when he arrived. He gave us repair tips and even helped us diagnose our battery/alternator issue once he towed us to Autozone. Thank you, Andrew, for being so kind and helpful!

Gustavo was amazing! I had a one car accident in Barstow on my way to Colorado (from LA), and Gustavo was able to explain what needed fixing, created a temporary fix, and was able to get me back on the road! He was kind, helpful, and a joy to work with. Forever appreciative of him and his work. Thank you!!

My car left me by Food4less today and AAA sent out Barstow Towing to the rescue. The driver name was Tony! Very nice and professional guy, very helpful. After giving me a jump he followed me to a near by shop to make sure I made it safe. Truly appreciate that! 5 stars for sure!

Driver (Cody) was quick and friendly and made us feel safe while things were a bit scary. Once we made it home, we called the tow company with a few questions about billing. Daniel the owner took the call. He seemed to lack compassionate and was very rude to us in a moment where we were trying to understand the billing situation. In a business such as this I feel that the owner should practice professionalism and help his customers feel at ease. I understand that the customer isn't always right. But customer service is so important to me and after getting off the phone with Daniel I felt as if he was belittling me and like my concerns were a joke to him. Which was really hurtful and unappreciated.

It was my 66th birthday, I has a tire separation in the middle of the California desert between needles and barstow, at the hottest part of the day. (113�) after realizing I didnt have the tools to fix, I called aaa, and they hook me up with barstow towing. The driver drove the 88 miles to save me in record time. He had me back on the road before I knew it. Hr disarmed my stressful situation with assuring humor, and sympathy. I am, and will always be greatful. Thank you barstow towing

I ran out of gas 11 miles out from Barstow. They Quoted me $148 to bring me a little gas . . an hour and a half later no help from them. I called twice and was assured the driver was on his way. A good Samaritan stopped for me and gave me what he had in his spare can . . for the amount of time I waited for Barstow Towing who didn't show . . I could have easily hitched back into town, bought a can and hitched back . . high priced . . lip service . . no service

I pulled over due to overheat warnings just north of Barstow and immediately called the nearest tow truck company. Although I was quoted an hour for the driver to reach me 20 miles away, I was met within 30 minutes and immediately towed to Barstow Tire & Brake. The driver was kind and courteous, and even offered me water, which was very kind in the 100+ degree heat. Excellent customer service, clean tow trucks, and average cost.

My trailer blew a tire south of Lenwood on the 15 (and the other was about to shred!), and I did not have a spare... I called, and in *less* than one hour, they brought 2 tires out, and installed them, and I was back on the road. Yes, I paid a bit more, but what do you expect... It was on the side of the highway! It was quicker and easier than any other set of tires I've bought :)Thank you -

Who ever the rude lady is that answers the phone that hung up while screaming and cursing at me needs to be fired bad for business, after all the bad reviews why is she still working there She is so rude it is crazy who hired this women, I see why she works for a tow trucking company, she s not corporate enough to succeed in a corporate environment period and whoever the owner is must like how she is I ve seen too many bad reviews for her to still be there just being honest.(Innovative towing) is the best in barstow hands down

They came fast and I needed them to. I didn't want to get harassed by the police so I quickly called them to pick up my truck for a local tow. It was like $$75.00 I only had to go back to my house 1/2 mile.

They are the worst and most disrespectful to deal with. They didn't allow me to even get my belongings out of my vehicle. Belonging that were worth over 2,000$ including my birth certificate.

On vacation 1000 miles from home and got in a collision. Barstow towing came to the rescue. Very friendly and went the extra mile to get us to the repair center quickly and give us local info on how to make things work better for us!

Horrible customer service!! Rude dispatcher and tow truck driver!! Very shady people!! My son's car needed to be towed from New Berry Springs to Phelan. We called AAA and they sent them out! Once the driver arrived he said he was unable to tow it because of no license plate. The license plate had came off the car when my son had his 2 blow outs! He explained that he had it at home and can send proof. But that was unacceptable! We complained to AAA and they tried to send other towing companies out but to find out Kim from barstow towing called the surrounding companies telling them not to tow us! Kim called us saying they will only tow us if we paid them cash!! It's a good thing we were able to find an honest tow company A-1 to tow us home! So for those of you that need towing take this review in consideration!!!

Gustavo was really nice. It took them awhile to arrive due to a mix up with the CHP but super polite and compassionate. When you have an accident out of town this is what you hope they will send. Thank you

This place is reasonably priced highly professional made feel safe when I was stuck on the highway and the driver I forget his name was really cool nice guy I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I will tell anyone to use Barstow towing
