Excellent tow company very nice people. My car had been impounded by highway patrol for having expired tags. I couldn t afford to get it out. So I went and got my belongings from the car. The tow truck driver was very helpful with grate customer service. Was glad to see my wallet, cell phone and all my belongings were there in the car where I left them. 100% honest and trustworthy people that operate this business.

We were driving the highway towing our rv when our pickup truck died.After our insurance send us twice the wrong size towing truck, the police called Barstow automotive and towing for us, they came quickly, got us of the highway easily, helped us get our car to the shop.They are super nice and helpful!

Scam artists stole my personal property out of my vehicle even my clothes and laundry!?!? They never legally did anything correct for a legal 60 day hold. They also are closed on weekends. Never do business with these crooks. The boss looks like he's on crack. They will be investigated for sure! If I could give them a zero I would.

I recently called because my car wasn't boosting right, come to find out a vacuum hose came loose. When the tow truck got there I asked Tony, the driver if there was anyway he could help me get it back on. Without hesitation he had it on the jack. He even put on a new clamp to help it stay on. Before I could blink I was back on the road. Got to say good genuine people and great customer service don't come often. Tony made my day way better than what it would've been. Thanks again

THESE PEOPLE ARE HWY GRAVEROBBERS AND THIEVES!!!!+++++!!!@+!!!! We were in semi truck accident ,they sent a driver ,he was ok, but we called the next day to see if we could get our things; no, we're not open on weekends you'll have to wait till Monday. Needless to say all of our things were stolen, they ransacked(went through everything). They even tore up the floor to steal the power inverter!!!! Yeah,lmao, very professional, you need to be closed!!!!! So plz be very careful around Barstow,Ca. Wouldnt want call a tow company!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible place they towed my school bus 5 miles away from thier yard charged over 1000 dollars highway robbery, it was a horrible experience and I would never advise someone to use any of thier services, they will rip you off big time, very bad experience horrible business ethics

I truly think that is I was over charged for a tow Wich was charged as class A tow when it should have been a regular class B tow
