They literally would not help a lady traveling alone at night to check and add coolant. Bizarre. "There are only two of us here." Seriously? It takes like 2 minutes directly in front of your door. How may AutoZone employees does it take to help a lady check her coolant?

Robert P.Was such a Gentleman went out of his way to help me put in a fuse i did not know where exactly it went my husband would do all that he passed away so not only did Robert help it started to rain & he still continued till he got the fuse in for me what a refreshing and noble thing to do great employee ,great guy.

It was a busy day at the Barstow Autozone but the employees took time to charge and checkout the battery in my Nissan Versa Note. They got a new battery for my car, installed it and checked all of the appropriate sautems to make sure it would all work prperly. Thank you Autozone

Service is good had my battery charged they were very nice and helping me get it out of my back seat and when I picked it up they brought it out put it in my truck for me I'm kind of handicapped with my hands

I went today to get windshield replacements, and unfortunately they gave me the wrong ones. I went back to get the items exchanged, and I think her name was Amanda had the worst attitude. She made a comment that she didn't like working on Sundays and her overall behavior was disgruntled. I went to O'Reilly's and bought the right wipers and they even did the installation for free. AutoZone do better and Amanda if that's your name, get a different job or adjust your attitude towards your customers.

The best in the west. Their customer service was great. I bought a battery on Sunday. That was also at a good price.Then they put it in. The best Auto store. That I have been to.The store seem to be ran very well.Also I was far from home with my family. Thanks AutoZone

George needs to retire, I brought my battery for a charge but when I returned 3-4 hours later my battery was nowhere to be found. I also had it under warranty but they couldn t issue me a new one without having the battery (the one they just lost). The whole team was scrambling with their heads cut off except for 2 (I appreciate those 2 employees because they knew the least about my situation but provided the most help. I don t know their names but one was young man with glasses and curly hair and the other was mid-age balding man) I do want to give a special shoutout to 2 more employees that I got the name of and they were Amanda and Paul.

Not so good management concerning battery charging. A bad ticket was placed on a good battery that needed charging before they even put it on charge. We called and were told the battery was bad but we just bought it the day before from another store. We just needed a charge. They tried to get us to buy a new battery from them but we did not. We went back to the store we bought the battery from and it was working fine. Just needed a charge. Won't go back to this place. Maybe to just buy auto parts I may need.

I went into this Autozone after getting serviced at an auto repair shop nearby. The mechanics at the repair shop told me my coolant system was overheating due to a clogged radiator, and that I would need to get it fixed for about $800. In the Autozone, I was quickly helped by the salesmen who turned out to be honest and professional mechanics. DJ and Brian quickly realized that the problem was NOT the radiator, but the fact that the mechanic had drained coolant out of my car to force me to buy a new radiator. They helped me resolve all my issues with the car in no more than 20 minutes, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this Autozone and its employees for anybody passing through Barstow, CA with car problems. Go ask these guys for help first before going to ANY mechanic in town!!! Thanks again DJ and Brian you guys deserve a raise!!

It was terrible service. The men are absolutely no help. I need to get my check engine light checked. They gave me the machine and told me to do it myself. They can t touch the car went across the street to O Reilly. They checked it printed it out and I solve the problem, but the men at this AutoZone are no help if you re a woman

Pretty disappointed. The workers really didn t want to help. They were just standing around and talking to each other. It was 105 degrees outside and we needed help fixing a small thing. I walked in and heard the other employees telling one of the other employees not to help us. The only reason I m giving this store a 2 is because of an employee by the name of Ryan. He actually spent time trying to help us.

Horrible experience there with the store manager Roberto F. !! Very rude and disrespectful in all aspects act like he didn t want to do his job and cursing ! Told me to get out if I don t like how he s doing his job
