This was the third tow company our roadside assistance called to move our Chevy 2500 pickup truck and 36 foot 5th wheel travel trailer off of I15 after my engine blew. These guys not only got the truck on a lift, they brought along a pickup with the correct hitches for our trailer, took us to an rv park and helped me get my trailer set up and ready to go and gave us the name of a mechanic.Awesome, Awesome service!

WORST SERVICE EVER! If you are looking for a reliable tow service please choose another company. My accident took place at 6:18pm and my insurance company USAA dispatched ARC towing to assist. After waiting several hours we called USAA who then contacted ARC yet again, At 9:22 pm we get a text from ARC saying the driver was 30-60 minutes out so we wait. After the hour had passed we began calling the number that was provided in the text but no one answered for several hours. USAA also called several times but no answer. By this time its freezing outside. Shortly after 11: 30 pm, I called the number and left a pretty harsh message informing ARC I would be filing a complaint for gross negligence. a few minutes later I get a call back from a gentleman who sounded drunk or under the influence for something. He proceeds to tell me he is not in route because he is waiting on email conformation of payment from USAA. When I asked why he sent the text 2 1/2 hours earlier stating he was 30 to 60 minutes out, he had no reply so I asked if he had called USAA and he said NO he had not! SERIOUSLY!!! You left a man stranded on the side of the road in a disabled vehicle with not shelter for the elements for hours! Why send text stating you are 30-60 minutes out if you had a problem with USAA's payment? Why didn't you contact USAA or the costumer with this issue? Your driver failed to do these thing because as I said when he finally returned our called hours later he appeared to be under the influence of something. ARC appears to have decent reviews and may generally provide a fair and honest services however this was not what we experienced and ARC Towing should investigate the matter further as ARC TOWING HAS A SERIOUS INTERNAL PROBLEM!Service: Car towing

Over and beyond helpful. My Tesla completely died, they not only towed me to the nearest super charge, they sat with me until we were able to jump it, to get it to charged. Definitely recommend!Services: Car towing, BatteryServices: Car towing, Battery

ARC Towing really came through during a difficult situation for me. When I called, an actual person answered and she was professional, polite, and helpful. She listened to my situation, which was not just a simple broken down vehicle, and worked up a quote. We were stranded on the side of the road miles away from anything, and we needed a flatbed to pick up a boat on a trailer which had lost a wheel, and we were about 170 miles from where we were trying to get to. So the quote was definitely pricey, but we called several other places and found that ARC was providing the best price. In addition, they were the most helpful and pleasant to work with. Once we called them back and asked them to come get us (we spent hours in frustration trying to get our insurance company s roadside assistance program to help us, which was a total nightmare) ARC dispatched a driver immediately and arrived at our location as promised. In addition, they were considerate in giving us updates about ETA and responding to all my calls and text messages. I m sure I was a bit annoying since we were in a very uncomfortable situation and had become frustrated with the insurance company. In the end, we convinced the insurance company to call ARC and to work with them. Which, by the way, saved the insurance company a lot of money over the awful vendor they were trying to send out to us.When the driver, Timothy, arrived at our location, he was well prepared, super kind to us, and he went right to work. He was totally amazing. Getting that one-wheeled trailer with a boat on it up onto the flatbed was like nothing I d ever seen before. He worked every angle methodically to load it carefully and without causing more damage to the trailer. I could hardly believe how skillful he was. Then he drove all the way to our destination, 170 miles away, by this time in the middle of the night, and arrived only about 30 minutes behind us. He proceeded to unload the boat and trailer with the same care and precision into a really tight spot in my driveway with not a single complaint about the situation, what I was asking for, or anything else. He was even extra careful to make sure that my driveway didn t get scuffed.I can t say enough good things about ARC Towing. They helped us out of a really tough situation and showed that they were a company made up of caring people.Service: Special vehicle towing

These guys tried to take advantage of a desperate situation knowing there were a couple of elder women, one traveling for days that had blown out tire and the other one that was paying and trying to get her help. They couldn t figure out where she was and didn t want to put any extra effort in. It was going to be an outrageous price with that being the minimum so we all know that means when it s said and done it would cost even more... I told my mom not to go forward with it, I felt uneasy and didn t want my aunt in a bad situation. So I contacted Fast Trac towing and they were soooo amazing, located her right away and assured us they would be there shortly which was the best news since it was getting late, she was lost, exhausted in an unfamiliar place all alone. They were sympathetic, assuring and took such great care of her! Also less than half the price of what these guys said the minimum would be! I recommend Fast Trac!!

Called this company at 10am today to pick up a vehicle I had recovered that was stolen from me. I gave them $500 cash, got a receipt and was told my vehicle would be at my house within 2 hours. It s now 4:20pm. My vehicle is still not here. Both guys on the phone are behind rude. no one will tell me where my van is. Except the tech had an emergency and had to postpone the $500 tow I paid for at 10am with no phone calls at all. And they are getting mad that I m threatening to call the police for not doing the job I paid for. Do yourself a favor and call the tow company down the street.

They helped me out big time. Had a boat trailer blow a tire out on the interstate at midnight. The driver Timothy Tio did a great job. And after the job he actually foiled a burglary of my truck at the hotel I was Staying as it was parked outside and I was In checking in. He went way above and beyond on this night. Forever grateful and thankful.Service: Tire change

So thankful we used ARC Towing! They were so pleasant to deal with, responded very quickly with minimal wait time, handled our car with great care, and got us dropped off at a dealership for needed repairs. The driver, Nacho, was wonderful! I definitely recommend their service!

My car engine was dead about 4-5 miles south of Barstow early in the morning. I called them and was answered by a nice lady while most other towing companies were not open yet. She sent a truck quickly. Everything went well for me and the price was reasonable in my opinion.

Tim and Marcus went out of their way to help me get my car (with an emergency unauthorized type of repair) back on the road so I could get home. This company was dispatched to assist me roadside after I used my Amex benefit. Nacho arrived early, got the job done quick, was professional, and made a frustrating situation as good as it could be. Highly recommended.

These people are low lives. Got in a car wreck had to get my car towed from the freeway. Had stuff stolen from my car. These people took advantage of one of the most traumatic times in my life and stole from me and my family.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was stuck in the desert sand in the middle of nowhere, literally many many miles from any main road and Nacho really came through and saved my life!!!Amazing towing service really, many would have given up finding in the middle of the mojave...
