I was in need of a jump start in a very rural area on a holiday weekend evening and without hesitation Cory said he can help and getter done no problem!! After researching other places on pricing Cory's pricing beat other competitors as well as great customer service! I highly do and would recommend this company for any jobs needed to be done in the automotive industry hands down!! They didn't let me down!

I had called Cory late Saturday night and recemended I get it towed from baker to Barstow and we had agreed on getting my vehicle fixed up Sunday morning at 730am. I drive a 2020 highlander hybrid and it displayed a bunch of malfunctions. Cory was able to diagnose the issues get the new parts and install the parts all within about a hour. Luckily I just had a faulty spark plug and nothing major. I was 100% satisfied with the services and knowledge Cory had. Thanks to Cory we continued driving to Santa Ana. Being from Nebraska and driving to Santa Ana I'm super glad we had called him and I would highly recemend! Very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and honest. We can't thank you enough!

My wife and I were driving to Las Vegas when our serpentine belt snapped. We were left stranded in Baker, CA.Active Automotive was the only mechanic to respond. The mechanic is reachable by phone or text.He came out to us, which saved us from a hefty tow expense. He was quick and knowledgeable.He saved our weekend. Thank you so much.

I have always used Cory for all my vehicles as well I send anyone else in need of automotive service. His knowledge and experience is the best I have ever seen. I have never seen a mechanic with such Integrity and honesty who stands by his work. For example I took my 1500 Gmc in for loss of power Cory performed a smoke test on the truck and found out the intake gasket was bad. As he explained this to me he said it would be wise to also replace my knock sensors too and a few other things while replacing my head gasket to prevent further issues due to the high mileage on my truck. I agreed and that truck ran for years with no problems. Cory really cares about with quality and customers and wants what is best for them which in the long saves you so much money and hassle if you listen to his advice. His goal is to keep you on the road and not sitting in his shop. I wouldn t take my cars to anyone else he is the best!

Cory went above and beyond the call of duty. I was stranded with a hub assembly out in Newberry springs and could not find one person to come there. I spoke with a couple of tow companies and they wanted 6-700 dollars to tow me 20 miles to Barstow. I got Cory s number and called him and he dropped what he was doing and was able to come to the rescue. Not only did he not have to do like the other 6 or 8 mobile companies I talked to but he came out fixed the hub assembly and there was another messed up part do to what happened when the hub went out, he chased parts down until almost 5pm and STILL came out and got me fixed up. I do hotshot work across the United States and I can tell you, you don t find em like Cory very often. If I could give 50 stars for what he did for me I d do it. Top notch dude!!!!! Extremely and highly recommended.

Active Automotive saved me a lot of trouble. I have a 1989 Ford Tioga (e350 van) with a new rebuilt Jasper 460 engine and developed an oil leak in the oil cooler on the front grill in front of the radiator. The exact replacement cooler is no longer made so a close replacement had to be bought and holes drilled to make it fit in the housing and it works excellent. No more leaks. I suspect it would have been difficult for many normal shops to 'think outside the box' like this and would have likely been more than a month waiting in a hotel. This oil cooler mod took all of just a few hours in a parking lot and it was done, Already driven 200 more miles and no leaks, works perfect now. As a bonus it was even worth it to learn the heater was connected to the vacuum PCV which came loose and now that's fixed as well.Highly recommended mechanic
