Superb service by true bikers. We had a puncture whilst on a U.S. tour. We were pretty desperate but Alex stepped in and changed my Dads front tire and kept us rolling. If you re on Route 66 and need a bike repair, this is the place. Thanks a million Alex!

I spent the night in Barstow before heading into Joshua Tree NP and woke up at my motel with a flat rear tire (a stupid nail). Alex plugged it for me promptly and 3 days later it is at the same psi as when he fixed it. I appreciate the speedy repair. Thanks Alex!

He has .y Honda spree for over a year and hasn't fixed it just needed tune up wiring nice kid owner but screwed me he still has my bike and I gave him 200 Dollars a year ago up front over charged now waiting to see what else he wants after all this time geez I give this shop failure this a small town make it right

Came here for to ride for the weekend and of course got a flat tire. Don't get me wrong, I'm a guy who can put in the work but when you camp and travel etc it's nice to have some service and these guys can put it down. Got a new tire and tube for my DRZ and got back in the trails in no time! Best and only bike shop in town! Definitely adding their shop to my favorites list!

Do not recommend this shop, they had my Coleman ct200 for a warranty claim for four months, couldn t figure out the problem, they left my bike out in the rain and sun. Would never do business again.

Alex is the man! A1 is the best moto/bmx shop Barstow has had in a long time. Being able to even stay afloat in such a worthless town speaks volumes in itself. But on top Alex and his staff have GREAT customer service with VERY reasonable prices. And on the BMX side I have gone in several times and mentioned parts I d like to see on the shelves and by the next time I visited THERE IT WAS. ALEX IS THE MAN! Appreciate what he is offering in this town and doing it honest.

Dude was nice, they had everything in stock that I needed. Best part was I didn't have to wait 30 minutes for a Walmart employee to open a cage . I'll be coming here for all my bicycle needs from now on.

Alex opened up after hours to get us a rear wheel on our Harley. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were fair, especially for all the trouble we put him through. Highly recommended.

All the positive comments may be from in house employees. They had my bike for 2 months and all they had to do was a carb clean. When they finally got to it, they said they had to order parts which I paid but my bike ran as bad as ever. Turned out nothing was done

This is a small family owned shop. The staff works hard to meet their promised delivery dates and delivered 5 of 6 bikes right on time (less than 2 weeks). The 6th one was a challenge that required research. Alex and his team are willing to put in the time to learn what they don't know and, if you're willing to listen, will explain the issue and the corrective action so you can be sure it was done right. Their prices are fair and they do have good customer service.

very polite owner, always has what we've needed for repairs and hours are clearly visible. I've been giving this place my business since they were on Williams Rd and suggest that all locals do the same. Prices are great and the owner is very knowledgeable too!

Most parts and supply's are readily available... If not they can usually order it and have it shipped within 5 days ! Friendly customer service always !

Great family owned style shop. Alex caters to his customers. I got my oils there and I asked about getting gallon bottles also. My next service was due and there was my oil I requested in stock.

So ticked off. Had a friend stop on the way out to Rasor to pick up a spark plug for our Polaris Phoenix. She had the sense to buy two. It s a good thing as one was clearly used! It was fouled and the end was bent!!!! The other one was brand new and worked like a charm but not sure if it was because she was a girl or because they new she was from out of town but what a disappointment!!! Check your parts before you leave!

This place needs to be closed, just to put A vile stem in to of my motorcycle tire thay won't to change me $20 per tire plus $2.99. But I'll never go there for nothing. Is I went to victorville ca and got each tire done for $20. Barstow you are losing customers.

Terrible experience. Just wanted a good carb cleaning. After $200 and months of nonsense conversations with owner and "mechanic", I rolled my bike and a box of parts out of there. We cleaned it ourselves and bought a little starter battery. That's all it needed.

I brought my 1979 cb750k here not long agoThe bike was in real bad shape. Breaks were gone tires dry rotted exuast was no good and much more. When I got the bike back I was in awe, for the work and time they put into my bike.it was worth much more than they charged me they new I was on a budget and helped me out a lot. These gents really are A One. If you want quality work,honesty this is the place. I highly recommended you all give them a chance you will become a customer for life. Thanks you A One

Cool MX shop in Barstow.. Kinda crazy that since we live in the desert, basically dirtbike riders don't have many options when it comes to parts for MX bikes or street bikes. Bit it has some basic necessities, and what you cant find in the shop they will gladly order for you. Customer service is good, prices on some parts are pricey but on average they are ok. If you factor in time spent driving to source the part, gas used to get there it plays out about even.. I for one would like to see more of a selection for pitbikes(since I own a few for the kids). But anyhow its a cool local shop that I like to give my business to help support my local area shops..

This place is pretty awesome lots of cool stuff in there if you bicycle and some stuff for us off-road junkies but make sure whatever you buy is going to work because they do not do returns.

Had my bike for three days, and Alex tried to charge me over $200 and hold my bike hostage for work they didn't/couldn't do (change handlebars), and scratched/gouged my bike in several places without saying so, and left my wires exposed without replacing the shrink wrap after I pointed it out! In addition, Alex (owner) failed to notify me of changes or difficulties and told me I was in the top 5 "pain in the a**" customers he has. Hope you are not the other four!!!

Pricey but customer service is a plus. They recommended a bunch of stuff for my bycicle and even showed me what was wrong with my bike. Thumbs up to this place.
