Anyone looking for a car should come to KarsNow. The gentlemen there are very nice and knowledgeable. They are truthful and that is one the most important qualities in a person today. A trustworthy place if thats what you re looking for! 10/10

The owner and his employee will play good cop bad cop. Make sure you get an independent mechanical inspection. The 30 day 1000 mi "warranty" doesn't cover anything. Oh and don't expect a return phone call. Go see the owner owner in person so he can put his hands up and shrug.

The saleman us an elderly man with a rude side . I was looking at a car and when I went to the back and came around he's just standing there, Didn't say "can I help you?" Just standing there watching me like I wasn't supposed to be there. I told the owner I'd pass, then all he did was defend his buddy that's been there 25 yr n the most loyal subject he's had. This place is content selling 1 car a month . They're more concerned about his buddies feeling then the customers business. Great business model

I highly recommend Kars Now. I live in NC and bought a vehicle from them "sight unseen." The salesman went out of his way to make sure I had all the information and photos that I needed and requested. Their responses were timely and professional. I was a bit worried about buying a vehicle I wasn't there to inspect myself but the vehicle was exactly what they promised when I received it here in NC. I would buy another car from them from all the way in NC.

Wonderful experience. Sadly I was unable to get the vehicle I wanted there but everyone looking for a used car should stop by here. Everyone we dealt with was warm, welcoming, and HONEST! This place is run by good decent people. They have quality used vehicles and they have excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Horrible costumer service. One man was very kind and professional the other was not and had no compassion. Before we sat down for 5 minutes he had something negative to say which should have been a red flag to run! He said "and that made me happy, which doesn't happen very often!". Wow! Not what i want to hear from a professional. He had no sympathy for a local family trying to get a vehicle. Didn't want to help in any way and hardly wanted to talk to us. It felt like we were just a waste of time to him. His vehicles are overpriced to begin with and expects everyone to have top notch credit to buy these overpriced and high mileage vehicles. Do not even come here and most definitely do not do business here!

Horrible experience made a decent offer on a truck. Instead of the guy talking to me about my offer he just yanked the keys from the truck and took off. Was very rude didnt even come out from inside until i was there for 5 mins. Thumbs down for this place. Do not go there spend money else where went to a dealership up the road and bought a 2019 for 16500.

Took good care of us in buying our truck.Now for the bad. We have barely put 3 to 4,000 miles on the f450 we bought. Its blown boost pipe off turbo at least 8 times. So I started looking into more then putting hose and clamps on it. Found turbo is blowing oil all in intercooler side. Called these guys up and he tells me to take it to a mechanic. We are a military family and by no means expected to buy a truck for mid $20,000s and already need to sink thousands into it. I warn anyone looking especially families and military members be very aware of this lot. Or have money to hire lawyers. Not sure on California lemon laws or carfax proof but we will be looking into all avenues along with USAA.

Discrimination is the last thing I expected when coming back from a test ride, the owner was confrontational when I parked. Went on to saying that banks wont finance me speeding and with a court case pending which I am fighting. On-top of discriminating youth, after vocalizing my need for reliable transportation, he picked out the worst cars on the lot (Rip offs) and backhandedly said those are cars for speeders. If you are enjoying your day, excited to look at a new vehicle, AVOID KARZNOW!

Stay away! Specially if you're a minority. Went today with my family, older white male was extremely hostile towards us when we had questions about the car! Who does that?? Took my family somewhere else! They lost a customer.

Went to kars now,were asking $5000 for a 2001 ford taurus wagon,was only listed on kelly blue book for $2300 and didnt try to work with us on price,were also extremely rude in person and on phone were rude.Dont waste your time.Everything is overpriced there and there crooks.Triple 777 auto is the best!!!
