I took my truck to here to get repaired and they did the repair in 1 week!. Actually 5 days. I turned it in on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I picked up my truck the following Friday! It was only a smashed bumper, but 1 week. Wow! No issues. Everyone was very nice and helpful and quick. They know what they are doing here. If you need a place to take your vehicle for auto body repair don't hesitate to go to this place. I hope I never need another body shop, but if I do, I will be using Cerritos Auto Body.

I was very pleased with Cerritos auto body. My car was hit on the freeway...it is a new 2023. Not many parts available....plus both of my rims were damaged...they assured me this could be fixed like new....I am telling you it is like a showroom vehicle ...

Our family has been using Cerritos Auto Body for many years without any disappointment . Best people with the best quality of work. They have helped fix my car couple of times and always do a great job. Very responsive and reliable .Their customer service is outstanding. The quality & value for the money can not be matched.

Good customer service. Took my car in to get the bumper fix through Progressive. They have a text system setup for updates on the progress. Car got fixed a few days ahead of schedule and received a call for pick up. They even washed the car too!

Marco was amazing! Got our car ready and out of the shop in a timely manner. Even when there a slight hiccup with the parts he made sure to keep us updated and informed, thankfully everything was teady as scheduled!

They never done any repairs on my car. They still waiting for the insurance advice; it's been a week already and the insurance never done anything just to towed my car in the repair shop. There is no problem with the repair shop, the problem is my insurance that doesn't answering my calls. Everytime I called I leave a message to call me back, so we could talk about the status of my claim. But they never call me back!

Quality work, great paint job on the fender bender on Lexus Rx330. On time delivery, super fast turn around as promised, no delay. Timely txt notifications on progress of work. Overall great experience and kudos to customer service. Strongly recommend this shop!!!

This is the worst mechanic I ve ever encountered. I took my car there after an accident to fix the bumper (on the back) when I picked it up the front side of my car was completely damaged. Per usual, they denied everything and refused to help me. They lied to my face and claimed it was prior damage, as if I would forget that there were burns/cracking/damaged paint on the front of my car. Makes no sense! Horrible service! Don t go here.

Marcos is AWESOME. I never thought I would find an honest mechanic, but here he is. I have no worries or concerns that he will tell me exactly what needs to be done and nothing more, nothing less. The ladies in the office are really good as well. They're always nice, professional, and very helpful.

Very friendly staff. I recommended to this shop from insurance (Allstate) I took my car in on Monday and by Thursday the car was ready. I am very happy with how it turned out they made sure to answer any questions I had. They also called enterprise to pick me up in order to get my car rental. Thank you for fixing my car so quickly and being attentive, will definitely be recommending.

Cerritos Autobody went above and beyond my expectations, I was not expecting such an amazing job. They were able to get my Honda in right away and in exactly 2 weeks my car was done.I forgot to ask for the gentlemans name who does the initial and final run down but THANK YOU he was efficient and answered all my questions, the receptionist is also very sweet and worked with my busy work schedule. I will definitely let my friends and family know about this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

The staff is friendly and goes over all the details of your repair. A daily text is received updating your repair. I got a phone call that my car was ready a day EARLY. The entire is washed and cleaned when you come to pick up your car. We have used them on two other occasions with excellent results. I will use them in the future if needed. The team at Cerritos Auto Body is the go to body shop !!!I was blown away by the professional service that they provided.From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked up the vehicle, they did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop with the time-line of when my vehicle would be ready.Once the vehicle was ready, couldn't believe how great my car looked....it honestly looked like a brand new car.Roger and his team made something that is so stressful into a very smooth experience.If you need any bodywork this is the place to take your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The works done was good and it was done a head of schedule. However it took seven months for them to get all the parts that were needed. I understand about supply issues, but I had to keep calling them to find out if the parts were in. They never once contacted me. I don't know when the last part came in, I called them and they said it was in and we could schedule the repairs. If they had called me when it came in, I could of had my car fixed a lot sooner.Service: Body & Trim

I high recommend this place. They are honest, professional, and did a great job with all the repairs. They communicated smoothly and coordinated the work between all involved parties, including the insurance company, and the rental services. I will be posting about this using two different experiences.I have visited this place about 9 months ago. My insurance (Progressive) set up an appointment here to take my car. When I walked in they were friendly and caring and asked if I was doing okay from the accident.They also work with Enterprise so someone from Enterprise was able to pick me up and take me back to the office to pick up my rental car.The work to the vehicle was beautifully done. I definitely recommend coming here. So much so, this Monday I was rear ended and will be bringing my car back here to be worked on.So far the other parties insurance sucks, (Infinity Auto Insurance) The insurance basically told me to take it wherever I wanted and they issued me a check to cover the costs of it (Though the body shop has not evaluated it) I called Cerritos Auto Body and made an appointment to bring in my car, and even setting up the reservation for my car rental. To me, this is going above and beyond since it has nothing to do with them. I appreciate this gesture.***Will update with more once my experience is complete.

Bad Service I took my car to get Fixed from an accident my hood was working properly before I took it when we picked up the car the hood wouldn't stay up Marcos the agent told us because my car was old my car is 2014 Q50 infinity it doesn't matter how old your car is. the hood was working that was part of the accident they put hands on the hood. Also he was judging my son saying if my son race his car who does that so unprofessional. I don't recommend this place especially if your car is old . They deserve no stars honestly the work they do is not professionalService: Body & Trim

The best service I've ever experienced with a body shop. First I called my insurance to report the accident sitting in my car in my driveway. Hung up from them walked 30 steps in my house & before I can close my door to lock it, once inside. This auto repair shop was calling me back, like wow. Excellent customer service from the phone to the body shop. To fast service in a matter of days. My car accident was minor of course. The look of the repairs was SUPERB! I'm definitely telling everyone you won't be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Cerritos Auto Body to anyone who needs work done on their car. The customer service was top notch and the desk was quick to contact me after I filed my claim. My car came out cleaner than when I brought it in with the sanitization process and the work was done within 2 days of filing my claim. It was much faster than I expected. Extremely professional and friendly. I will be back if I ever need work done on my car again.

Awesome customer service. Came in and got my quote. A few days later, the bumper was painted and ready to install.
