I have been coming to Richard for years now. He is a great mechanic & helps his customers as much as he possibly can. He does his best to fix your car in a timely fashion. I have never had to bring my car back for the same repair after he has repaired it. He has done some intense work on multiple cars that I have brought to him & I ve been satisfied every single time. I highly recommend him, from the most basic jobs to the more complex.

This is the go-to spot for suspension work. Richard responds timely and is extremely patient with any inquiries. Had a back and forth over the course of several months and he's always responded well.The staff there is fantastic and welcoming. I had an appt scheduled on a Saturday morning, dropped it off, and went across to Starbucks to chill.Lowered my car for a price beating any other shop and I got an alignment afterwards too. You can feel at ease leaving your car there as they don't mess around and are constantly working.Incredible value for the service provided. I cant recommend this place enough! I attached before photos before the springs settled and will update after they've fully dropped.

First time with RTMotorworks and needed my fog light bezel replaced. I was in contact with Richard and he was quick to respond. I was able to go in and get it inspected right away. His guys knew what was needed. Richard contacted me about pricing and ordered the part asap. Got the part in a couple days and was replaced the next day. Took less than an hour to get it fixed and they did a great job. I will now go to them when I need work on my car.

Rich is the best mechanic I ve ever had! I ve been going to him for years, with all of my cars. Old, new and even hybrids, Rich knows his way around them all. I trust his expertise, value is customer service and appreciate his level of professionalism. If I could give him more stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend Rich for all of your car needs!

Great little shop that offers all the auto services you need. I had my worn suspension replaced for a fraction of dealer cost. Drop off and pick up were smooth and estimates clear. Great communication. Highly recommended!

I searched high and low for a reliable Subaru mechanic for months with no luck! Fortunately, a friend of mine, referred me to Richard. Ever since then, I haven t looked back. He s not only my Subaru mechanic but overall I would use him for any of my vehicles. He s reliable, available, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. When no other mechanic, tell me what was wrong with my Subaru, Richard. I can t say enough. If you re looking for someone, reliable and honest . RTMotors is it!!!!

I decided to yelp a BMW specialist since I had yet to stick with one shop. When my BMW broke down I had it towed to RTMotorwoks. Richard, the owner immediately came out to retrieve the car and introduced himself. I new my car was in the right hands. Not only did Richard give me an extremely fair price, but diagnosed my car and repaired it without pointing out other issues, as many mechanics will do. I ve been going to him now for the last year and a half for service. He now services my mothers E350 Mercedes.Richard is the only technician I don t have to question when something goes wrong.There s a reason why his shop is slammed with customers.Finally, his crew of mechanics are just as exceptional. Friendly, professional and super informative.

I bring my Dinan Supercharged E36 M3 here all the way from Culver City because of how good their pricing is, and how well Richard runs the shop. Very professional, and available via text for efficient communication. Highly recommend.

I already wrote a review on my yelp page, but this man needs more acknowledgement, so I'll share the same review:I'll start by echoing what many others have stated here. Richard is punctual, reliable, honest, and communicative. Best part about all this, it is all at a great value.I was handed down a E90 3 series by a dear relative who took great care of it, and I wanted to continue said great care. I'll be at ease taking it to Richard for my future maintenance. He took care of oil change, brake flush, alignment, and brake/rotors change on my car so far. And wow...the car drives like new.

Third visit to RTMotorworks. Fantastic shop to work with. Richard did my E92 rod bearings, valve cover replacement, camber plates and shifter install. I drive well over an hour to get here. It s worth it.

My wife brought in her 2008 Lexus ES 350 in for a waterpump replacement. Not a conventional water pump replacement as this Toyota engine build is quite complex & due to the complexity of this install the repair can be very expensive. RTM quoted us a very reasonable price and completed the repairs in one day. Wow! Go see Richard for amazing customer service and honest mechanics. Conveniently located in the heart of Arcadia at the intersection of Santa Anita & Live Oak.

I would give Richard and his team at RM Motor 10 stars if I could.My 2015 Audi A3 hit 62,000 so I called Richard requesting quotes for spark plugs replacement, DSG transmission fluid and a water pump replacement; Richard was very patient and broke down the cost for each of the services. Booked me in for an appointment and off I went.I was impressed by:- Cleanliness of the shop- Quick turnaround time- Richard always pick up the phone and respond to my text promptly even though he is short staffed- Cleanliness of my vehicle upon delivered back to me (inside and out)Richard even took the time to give my car a wash before I picked it up. Interior of my car is perfectly clean and the vehicle runs like a dream.Honest and skilled mechanics like Richard are extremely rare and hard to find in LA.Thank you Richard and team!

I must say that this auto mechanic is the real deal!! Richard and his team are the most honest and humble at what they do, bringing great service and expertise at the same time. Simply one of the best shops to come to if you have an E92 M3 or any car to be honest. Not only is Richard professional, he's one of the honest shop owners I've met. Knowledgeable, professional, responsive. Other guys are also great and know what they're doing.
