Sergio has seen our cars a dozen times since we found him a couple of years ago. Very thorough, reliable, swift, and reasonably priced services. He also takes the time to educate me on the work he did or is about to do, and will show me under the car when needed. He's become our go-to car mechanics since we found him.

Love this mechanic!!!! He offers Great work, honest and friendly. This is the best shop for auto repair around! Highly recommend and by far my favorite guy to go to for all things related to auto. Great guy offers great work.

This auto repair shop is on the north side of Highway 210, next to the foot of the mountain. It is located on the first floor of the mall in Arcadia. It is at the back of the mall because it is a large shopping mall and there is Macy's, so there are many people, but because the repair shop is a bit remote at the back of the building, there are many people. I don't know it's not very convenient to go there, but there are many parking lots and parking is very convenient. The price of car repair here is not particularly cheap.

This place is great! Prices are fantastic and customer service is top notch. In addition, you're not stuck waiting in a small room with old magazines, you have the entire mall to go into! I took my family to the play area inside and it all worked out great! Highly recommend.

Came here for a simple smog check. Friendly and quick service.I will say thank you to Sergio, Alexis, and James for helping me out on a mishap on my part. They were very patient when I locked my keys in the car haha. Overall, I've been looking at different shops lately and I find myself returned back here in the future :)

Listen. If you need your vehicle done honest and know extras. Then talk with Omar and keep it real. I can't speak for everyone but I just got back to Cali, and needed car work done on few of my vehicles. I know enough of the basic but not entirely enough. I took my Father in law truck to several shops and even called the dealership. It was Purrfect Auto and Omar who kept it real and honest. I won't speck bad on the over shops.. But if your asking me. Yeah give them a try, and this is a real review not a paid one. Lol! I only do reviews sometimes. And my phone asked me for one. I can say also if your not satisfied. He will fixes the problem for you. Can't find that anymore.

Went for an oil change. Upon picking up the car, I was told the belt was in extremely poor condition and needed to be replaced immediately. The engine belt was fine, not a thing wrong with it, and it was replaced recently. So watch out for their repair suggestions!!!

TLDR: I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Purrfect Auto. Sergio runs a clean shop and was upfront with all repair costs and upcoming maintenance. The close proximity to the mall is a godsend for longer repairs and the lobby has good Wifi for work.My Experience: I first went to shop for an oil-change and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. After the change, Sergio notified me that the front struts on my Honda Fit needed to be replaced. He was upfront with costs and issues and did not try to upsell me on anything; in fact he told me the car could be driven for longer at the expenses of comfort. After some pricing research, I decided to get the suspension fixed and gave Sergio a call. Work was completed within the quoted time-frame and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I TOOK SERGIO'S ADVICE. The difference in comfort is night-and-day. I've driven 100+ miles on the repair and no longer fear right-corners or pot-holes. There was also a "check-engine" light that Sergio helped diagnose and clarify.I will definitely be recommending any friends and family to the shop for maintenance and auto-repairs. Purrfect Auto is great for anyone looking for a clean, reputable shop with a trustworthy mechanics. These guys are amazing! I've gone twice to get my engine checked and my brake pads changed. Sergio is always upfront and very thorough on what the car needs and steps forward, and the prices are reasonable as well. If you need a place to get your car fixed, look no further!

Brought my 2011 2SS Camaro in to get a smog check and oil change. After the oil change, they tried to close out my service without the smog check and with a dent on the quarter panel. Staff tried to argue that it wasn't them citing their poor quality cameras as proof. After I called my insurance in front of them, they quickly offered no charge to the oil change and quickly performed the smog check. I refused their free services and paid for the services rendered. I asked the mechanic if he could pop out the dent they caused as it was not that deep; figured they could correct their issue and ill be on my way. He said he could, but only on weekdays and that inwould have to come back in a week; I was there on a Friday. My car is inspected before every drive as it is a pleasure vehicle, not my daily driver. When I dropped it off, there was zero damages, but when i left, i have a dent; first area of damage on the car in 11 years. I will not come back to this location nor can I honestly refer them to friends and family. The staff have no accountability nor honor. My insurance is investigating the matter.

This is located at the mall strategically to take advantage of women. Sergios prices were all over the place. It was listed on the wall a/c 89 but he changed it to 120 to diagnose my problem. Dont worry it will go toward the bill of repair in which he started throwing out numbers 350 for labor and 350 for parts then when he could tell that wasnt going to work labor went down.230 labor. If I were male he wouldnt play those games.. he is going to charge you like you at the dealer might as well go.

This is an excellent shop, and amazing service. Got all my brakes and rotors replaced and will be going back for some more work soon. Very happy with the whole experience.

Simply honest and professional There s always a mechanic right around the corner, but I m always apprehensive when it comes to $$$ and what I think needs to be fixed vs. what they claim needs work . Sergio and the team took the stress out of seeing a check engine light. I was already aware of 2 problems and they called it exactly, so I trusted them on the 3rd recommendation. I m no car guru, but when the engine stops screeching, the transmission starts to shift like butter and the steering wheel stops pulling hard right . I felt like I drove away in a new car.While I came in just wanting to pass smog, I think $700 was well worth the potential future issues and more importantly, the stress relief.I found my new mechanic.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair

This is Best Service and repair shop I ve ever experienced. The staff and the quality of work is amazing ! I live 70 miles away and still won t take my car anywhere else . I know I can trust the work done and feel confident every time I go to start my engine and drive down the road that I am safe and will get to my destination. The prices they charge you can t compare they are GREAT!!

I highly recommend this Mechanic Shop and let me share why. I was visiting family and my sister needed service on her vehicle and we had a Family Mechanic . I deliberately put that is quotations. I had never met this so called family mechanic and spoke to him briefly on the phone to schedule an appointment while I was in town helping my sister and he was rude and high priced. I immediately googled local mechanic shops and found this gem! John answered the phone and he was so kind, courteous and genuine and fair. I instantly knew I wanted to work with him. I like to reward my business to people who stand for something and understand at the end of the day it s not a transaction but we are all people and humans. John got us in ASAP literally got off the phone drove there in 5 minutes and was assisted on the spot and had the car ready in no time. He made a connection and built rapport and cared for my family which means everything to me in life. John was so flexible and easy to work with and positive! He even let me know they had checked and made sure other items were up to par and really went above and beyond as if his own sister was picking up the car and he wanted her to be safe and taken care of. There are a few places like Dr. s, Dentists and Mechanics that you need to be able to trust the place you do business with and here is where you can say you have a true Family Mechanic that sincerely cares and does the right thing everytime. Thank you John for helping me take care of the thing that matters most to me my family Sir as if it was your own Family. I look forward to continuing to work with you over the years to come and have the rest of my family that lives there come and see you too because I can rest assured they are in great hands. Well, they open on Saturdays, which is a plus right now since some shops have decided to close that day due to the pandemic. I really needed a patch, so I was super grateful that not only were they open, they were so close that it took probably two minutes from my house to get there.They're located at Westfield Santa Anita mall, on the opposite side of The Cheesecake Factory. No appointment needed, I just came in after I gave them a call. The guy manning the front desk was awesome, super friendly and communicative. He told me that it would be a flat $25 if the tire was patchable.There were other customers ahead of me, so there was going to be a little bit of a wait. So the front desk guy told me to help myself to the complimentary refreshments and snacks they had available. I don't know why I didn't take any photos but wow-- they had a rack full of chips and things to munch on as well as a Keurig, so many pod choices in addition to green tea bags, instant Vietnamese coffee (I think? Can't recall exactly now), different creamers and all kinds of sweeteners, including honey sticks. Seriously, blown away by the thoughtfulness of the customer service.The waiting area was modernly decorated with large enough to socially distance, the seating accommodations were all comfortable and there was a huge flat panel television with the documentary, "The Social Dilemma" playing. In other words, I was kosher as I waited for my tire to get done.I'm not hoping I need another patch anytime soon but if I do, you can bet I'm going to come here again. I have been following Rich for over15 years. He has always stood by his work. I drive nearly 2 hours away. I trust Purrfect Auto. Rich always makes sure I get the best prices and always takes time to help me understand what s needed and what s being done to my vehicle. Also appreciate the friendly customer service I get in return.

I worked with Joseph from Purrfect Auto and he is very kind and honest. I have an Audi and those things get quite expensive but he gave me a great deal on oxygen sensors, rotors and brakes! He seemed knowledgeable and friendly and is always willing to work with the customer to make them happy. Highly recommend going there and looking for Joseph.

Went to visit a friend at the mall and saw this spot. I was in desperate need of getting an oil/filter change and when we decided to go watch a movie, I figured why not get all the work done while we were inside. Saw the yelp reviews, so I was a little hesitant- but the price was good, location was convenient and the guy in the front made me feel very comfortable. Got my car worked on and it was ready and waiting by the time I walked out of the theaters.I don't live anywhere near the area, but I wish my local mall/theatre had a convenient car service spot located near by!

This place is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Great prices, honest, and fast! They fixed my ac in the middle of summer and with most places that would cost an arm and a leg but not here. They had my car back to me in 30 mins ac ice cold! After that visit I brought in two other cars both with reoccurring ac problems, no other mechanic could figure out why the ac in these cars kept breaking. Purrfect Auto got to the heart of the problem in no time at all, were clear in their explanation, and beat all the other mechanics prices. Sounds too good to be true I know but all 3 cars have been working wonderfully for the past 9 months! Absolutely no problems at all!

Kelley(manager) met me on entering the shop greeted me warmly accepted coupon for oil change and expeditiously performed the task and the requested tire rotation. A short walk (mall) to McDonalds for a coffee and pastry while waiting (less than an hour ) A review of future auto services needed will be sure to return there in timely fashion.Couldn't be more pleased with the service providedHenry

I have been to this auto repair shop twice and have friends who have gone here a few times. Every time I went to this shop something bad happened to my car. Now I am no car expert but I do know when I am being taken advantage of. I went for a simple tune up on my Infiniti and once I took my car home it had engine problems. The spark plugs were not firing correctly. When I returned it, they kept my car for over 4 hours and still couldn't fix it, instead they proceeded to tell me some other part of the engine was acting up. Needless to say both of my experiences resulted in me going in for one minor problem and them telling there is another problem. So I assumed they were just trying to find something else for me to pay for. Highly disappointed in this auto shop. But I will say if you need someone to look at your car quickly by all means go here, but be prepared for a laundry list of "problems"

I had tried this place a few years ago and was not satisfied... But I heard there was new ownership so I thought I would give it another try because of the convenient location. I'm glad I did because the new owner was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions honestly (which a lot of shops won't do) and did not try to rip me off. My car was fixed while I shopped in the mall next door - easy and painless. Definitely would come back.

My female client came in for an oil change and was told that she needed a gas filter as well. She was quoted $20 for the part. What she was not told that there were labor charges to install the part which added significantly to the part. Little did Purrfect know that their client works on the air with a major radio station in Los Angeles. Purrfect Auto is getting serious bad press for "inadvertently" not telling the entire truth and quote the entire price. It is not that this lady is defenseless, but I believe that she was taken advantage of simply and purely because she was female. That, by the way, is what she is telling her listening audience as well.

Not honest. I go in for an oil change & they say I need a new axel, I didn't purchase it because I was in a hurry, I had to bring my car back the following day because it was uncontrollably leaking oil (didn't seal up the oil change properly) and another mechanic says oh no, you don't need an axel, however your brakes are bad. If I would have bought the axel the previous day, it would have been a complete WASTE of money $200+ down the drain. What happened to honest mechanics? Don't waste your $$ here
