A-maz-ing !!! Walked out of the nearby Valvoline on Foothill in Pasadena after being ignored whilst the techs there were playing some shouting game instead of helping customers, so I left and drove over to this nearby Jiffy Lube at the corner of Santa Anita and Huntington in Arcadia. I was immediately greeted by the tech Wanda, super nice, experienced and professional. She went over the different options (even told me about the coupons, $12 to $20 off depending on the type of oil), did an inspection of my vehicle (free) and let me know my tail light was out. After about 10 minutes, my car was ready, Wanda drove it around to the waiting area and even opened the car door for me. Total VIP fast, efficient and friendly service at a budget price (about $20 less than the Valvoline quote). Drop by and yup, ask for Wanda. Trust this; you won't get better or faster service anywhere else.Service: Oil change

Had my oil changed here, first time! Very pleasant employees!!! And it didn't take long at all,.. I think it took longer for the car to cool down and after that maybe 20 minutes to change the filter and oil! I was pleased and satisfied with their work!!!

Everyone who was working on Saturday April 6th at around 4-5 pm was amazing. My car was experiencing problems unrelated to the service I got that day and they helped every way they could. They all deserve a raise.

Went for a routine oil change. Technician spotted a worn thread that must've been there for years. Normally, I get an oil change at my mechanic - but really glad I went to this location today. There's always coupons available, just check online. Super happy they caught something no one else had and service was great - quick and easy, no line!

The gentlemen that helped me Gerardo and staff offered excellent customer service from the beginning. He worked on my car and offered recommendations that I accepted due to his knowledge and expertise. He was quick efficient and professional. I will be back for more services! Very impressed!

Absolutely incredible and fast service! Changed my oil and reviewed to see if any else needed to be topped off. They also let me know that if I needed two quarts later one, that any of the their shops could help me out in a jiffy, free of charge. Will keep coming back here for my maintenance. Great job to the team for their efficient and friendly service.

Wanda was wan-da-ful . She explained each oil change options and quickly got our car oil changed. In no time we were out of there. It was a pleasant and friendly experience. My family and I will continue to have our oil changes there. Location is great and close to home. Much thanks Jiffy Lube.

I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it was to have my oil change there. I went to the Arcadia location this timeand years ago I went to a Glendale location which wasn't the same. These guys are wonderful and my car is performing better after the oil change!

I'm very unhappy regarding my recommend services. I think your advisors need better training. They recommend transmission and brake fluids need replaced. I just had a major service on my car at Sierra Honda in September. Those it's were taken care of and for your staff to try and get more money out of me is sad.I use to trust you all with my car but I would never come there again.I am also gou to make sure I write a YELP and a GOOGLE review.The bad part is I went to another place prior to coming to you all and the service was horrible. I will stick to the HONDA dealership.

I am very pleased with Wong , she was busy but she didn t mind to squeeze me in . It was short staff 2 employees there . I called Firestone in Arcadia the automated operator lady said they are fully booked , then I said I could walk in then she said sure but when i got there that lady said u spoke with the operator not me, I don t except walk in , I could schedule u oh I said when , Tuesday .? huh .? I can t .!T&M is closed for Sunday .!It s really hard to find a place on a sunday to do oil change .!!!!I was hesitant to go to jiffy lube since long time ago was problem with reset or the light goes on for my VOlkswagon ..But as a nail tech , I was desperate.!My place usually charges $100 . this place $112 not bad at all ! I didn t need to redo the system or call the person .!If Daniel or Wong reading this Please hire more ppl on Sunday and really good selling on Sunday since lots of places aren t open .!!! Sundays .!!!Thanks again Daniel ..please have a tip when i could add or a tip jar .. I didn t c that .!!!

This place had pretty fast service and lots of options to add on other than just an oil change. The staff were knowledgeable and went right down to business. Everything was done electronically including the payments. They seem to be able to accommodate cars of varying sizes and had a lot of different oil options. The only thing I didn't really like was they pushed a lot of extra services. So I'm not a fan of upselling but I guess it is good that they let you know what is available beyond the oil change.

I had my oil changed here the other day. It was a great experience. I was able to stay in my car during the service which was nice. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and I thought it was a great experience.
