I went in at 5:50 because my tire started going flat as I was driving from work and this was the nearest tire shop by me. As soon as I was asked what I needed the person who was there asked if I could leave my car overnight. I said I couldn t and she said this was a 30-40 min job and they were already closing. I explained that my car doesn t have a spare because of the model it is and the tires it comes with, and if she could check if it could be patched up or if I needed a replacement. I showed her the compressor I used, which has a salient and all she said there s no nail - which was not my question. I ve gotten a tire patched up in 15 min, and there were multiple employees there. I had to connect a compresor that I had in front of the shop and no one cared. Don t come here if there is a sudden need for service because you will be rejected even before closing. I ve worked in multiple locations that offer service and clients can be accepted up to closing time, even if it means staying over closing time. I know policies are different but she showed no interest in offering solutions or alternative about my situation. This is the second Firestone I go to and I have had multiple bad experiences with them.

Amazing experience and over the top service!Jesse (store manager) & Elena (sales) were completely helpful in aiding me repair and service my car due to an accident with my control arm they had my car ready same day! also gave me great offers on additional services and also had the option to pay in payments through their easy friendly credit card as well!! So you don t have to pay in full.Thank you to the team here at this location!!

I came here recently to change my engine oil instead of my usual place because I needed to change it and my usual place was too far. They weren't that polite, and it took slightly longer than expected and it was more expensive than usual. But, afterwards, I left the place, and the engine oil light came on again, which was strange because I had just changed it there. So, I went to my usual place to get my car checked up again, and it turned out that this place had forgotten to put the cap back onto my engine oil. So, not only did I have to pay more for a second checkup, but I also had to travel a further distance just to fix that mistake. I don't think I will ever come back to this place again.

We had a to replace a tire on New Year s Eve. Not only were they open but were very helpful especially Elena. Very prompt service. We were in and out in like 30-40 minutes! Thanks again!

Amazing customer service. I really felt heard and validated at this Firestone. As a woman it can be intimidating to go to a car place to receive services. The workers here are so kind and pleasant to speak to. There was no man-splaining. It was straight forward and I was presented options. Not to mention, the check out was amazing. The lady was so incredibly kind and patient. Thank you. I will be back.

Very convenient for Arcadia and TC residents. The sales advisors are pretty knowledgeable and the mechanics always fix the job right the first time. Been coming here with all my cars for 10 years now.

Booked an appointment online and we get there, wait 15 minutes in line for them to tell us the appointment has been denied and sometimes we call sometimes we don t . Disgraceful. Would never return.

These guys were very helpful and their prices were in line if not better than other options. They special ordered the tires I needed and had them within 24 hours. The service was professional and they did a great job and took care of my car.

A few years ago, I had to drop by to this location because of my tire that didn't get filled up with air. It turned out that I had a big nail. Good service and attention... I recommend getting the alignment package if you plan to keep your car for a few years... You pay once and you get unlimited alignment services at no charge just by making appointments and extend the life of your tires and vehicle... Save money on the long run

Biggest liars, thieves and bull.....ters! I had a small nail in my tire and losing air slowly. I made an appointment w Firestone Arcadia to patch it. Even though it's a 10-15 minute job, and even w my appointment, they said to wait 1.5 hours. I left and asked them to call me when done. After almost 2 hours they did not call me so I called them. They said they couldn't patch my tire because "it's too dangerous and not repairable" so they said I had no choice than to buy a brand new tire for $161 to replace mine, which was already new. I got angry and left. I took it to another tire place and they patched it in 15 minutes for just $32. This is the 3rd such case I had w Firestone and for the previous 2 tire-nails I believed them and replaced them w new ones. I will NEVER go to Firestone thieves again.

Very professional service. Kudos to Jesse. Price quotes are up front. Tires are ordered from their warehouse with next day service. The place is clean with a large waiting area. Walking distance to food and drinks, strip mall. Very convenient and open on Sundays.

I like Firestone for service, they are reasonable in price and I have not had a problem with anything that I have had repaired over the last 6 or 7 years. They do go through a lot of service mangers I don't think that I have ever had the same manager more than two or three times. I have the Van that I drive serviced every 4 thousand miles.

Took my son s car in for tires and alignment. They stated that the could not do the alignment because it needed the rack and pinion, because it was leaking oil; which they quoted me a price for over $2,000.00. I told them that it couldn t be that because the mechanic had just worked on the car a week prior and there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion. Advised them not to touch it.I then drove it over to my mechanic, and told him that Firestone had advised me to replace the rack and pinion. The mechanic checked the car thoroughly, and found that it was a broken seal, not the rack and pinion. They did the alignment, saved me over $2000.00 dollars.By the way, nice tires!

Long overdue detailed review. Took my car for a lifetime alignment after replacing the front suspension -always do with all cars I own- and they were happy to help me (and take my money).They finished, gave me my car back no problems but didn't make it 1 block away and the car felt shaky pulled hard to the side horribly worse than before.Went back and the guy that worked on my car said he couldn't do anything else it was already adjusted to the max. He blamed it on the new suspension work.My problem is that they sent me home with an unsafe car knowing it was worse than before. They just took my money and didn't say anything.They knew they screwed up so they were quick to refund my money when I went back and complained. That's the only positive and the reason why I didn't report them thenCan't give then a negative rating so 1 start it is.

I bought tires for my tbird. At the Firestone in Glendale For the past few days the LF tire was losing pressure so I added air and went to the Baldwin Ave. Firestone told the man my problem rather than take it in. He tells me to leave it and it will take1.5-2 hours before they can look at it!!So I went back to the Glendale Firestone and even though they had full bays they took it in immediately...That is great customer service... From now on I will make the drive to the Glendale Firestone... Thank you

The worst store ever to get your car serviced. Two times had issues with my wheel balancing there, when I got my tires rotated and wheel alignment done. Have no sense of how to rotate the car tires. only reason for me going there was because its close to my work, but I guess I had to find different store where I can get basic maintenance done. I have been firestone customer for 9 years and have not had any issue with them. This store have no clue of how to fix the cars. Dnt waste your time and money here and check reviews from other people as well, they had same issues. I am contacting their corporate office and area office because I believe they do it intentionally. Wish I had read the reviews before. They should have options of zero stars or negative rating. Dnt go here. Thney dont know how to deal with tires and alignment.
