Experienced staff and quick turn around that doesn't make you feel like it's a rushed job. Very upfront pricing and explanation of what is, and more importantly isn't, needed. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! I have to wait for my car and in the many years I've taken my car here, they are very fast. Friendly staff and fair prices. Try them! They put the little sticker in the upper corner of your car window that tells you when the next service is. Jeff is friendly, helpful, and competent! He knows Toyota s and Honda s. He uses high quality parts and offers a fair price and knowledgeable advice. So glad I found a good mechanic!

This is a very good place to have your Honda or Toyota serviced, the prices are fair and the work is as good or better than the dealership.

First time customer at Arcadia Ultimate Automotive. The owner is friendly and he is able to address and correct the issues my car was having. They use genuine parts. I am surprised the final bill was about the same I got quote from a Honda dealer. BUT, you can't get customer service like this from a Honda dealer. I will be a return customer.

I brought my 1st Honda to Arcadia Ultimate Auto for years. I recently purchased a used car only because i had the confidence that I had someone I could trust to bring my car to. Jeff doesn't put cheap parts on your car and he doesn't mind explaining why. Great knowledge, service, and you won't need to worry about what services are being provided because they won't waste your money. I recommend this shop to all my friends.

Been coming here for 30 years. If you care about how your Honda is maintained, you should come here. Close to the Goldline Train Station, In-N-Out Burger, and Goldstein's Bagels.

Arcadia Ultimate Automotive is a great alternative to the dealer experience. I have found that their expertise (10+ years of service on our Acrura MDX and Honda Ridgeline ) is above that of the the typical dealer. They take the time to explain (and show you) any problems with your vehicle so you can see first hand that there is an issue. I really like that they do not try to pressure you into doing repairs that are not critical unless they are safety related. I have always believed you "get what you pay for" so I can give Arcadia Ultimate my full recommendation.
