I arrived to my 8:00 appointment, and was told that I couldn t be helped until 8:30, and that there was only 1 individual I could speak with regarding my appointment which was the person I was waiting for anyway. Then after I told the front desk person that I would take care of my own rental, she proceeded to call their affiliated rental company on my behalf. My vehicle was returned a day early, but the bumper that was replaced had small dings in the paint job. Everyone was pleasant, but lacking in professionalism. The first impression really left a bad impression on me.

Great experience using Caliber Collision they went above and beyond and their staff was amazing. My personal go to would have to be Eddie he took care of us and had outstanding communication with us throughout our process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!! Great service overall.

My truck ended up getting vandalized and my auto insurance recommended this company. They were very smoothe and fast with the work and I was very happy with the results. I was able to get back on the road as if nothing ever happened.

I came here for an inspection due to rats chewing my wires. My insurance was going to cover it and send it to Toyota after their third parry inspection. The service advisor at caliber collision while doing a walk-around my vehicle told me they would would have to send it to a third party place to do mechanical repairs. I told her that I don't want repairs done anywhere but Toyota. She said if I want to wait longer to get my vehicle that's fine and I said that's ok because I don't want my manufacturer warranty voided because it's new. Then while I was signing the last of the paperwork I caught them saying that after repairs are done I'm going to pay my deductible there. The lady at the front desk was telling me no I had to get the repairs there. I told her what the service advisor stated and my insurance. The service advisor lady came out and went back on what she said and lied to me. I called her out on it and told her what she stated and that she even agreed with me. Her and the front desk lady told me that it's USAAs problem. The service advisor then retreated to another room. I know they were just trying to collect insurance money in the end but its the lies they told me that pushed me over the edge. I reported these guys to USAA. I will never go to any caliber collision just a bunch of liars.

I picked up the vehicle when the tech called. The vehicle was dirty and the paint work had fish eyes, hair, dust and looked as though they did not polish after color sanding. Upon further inspection the dent was still fairly visible and the body line did not line up. the plastic molding was falling off from the driver door. I pointed out all the flaws to the employee who told me they would need to redo all the body work. I then agreed to leave the vehicle with them to complete the repairs. I was called the next day to pick up the vehicle and the dent is still very visible and the paint is wavy. I would recommend going somewhere else for body work as they do not stand behind their work and the quality control is absurd.Service: Body & Trim

Brian, Andrea and Eddie were so great to work with. I had to get 2 vehicles fixed within a weeks time and they did a great job on both! I chose them originally because they were listed as one of the companies through my insurance and I m very glad I did. They were both complete before the completion date and the cars both looked like new again. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicles here. My 2001 Toyota got rear ended front and back. They were very accommodating. Worked well with the insurance company. They're communication was excellent. I'm very satisfied with their work. Highly rated. I definitely recommend the Apple Valley branch of caliber collision.

My car was stolen and vandalized, my insurance recommended Caliber. The work was done faster than expected date, customer service is friendly, when you can get a hold of them. When I was inspecting my vehicle I noticed A LOT of work that was claimed to have been done wasn't,missing parts, unfinished work etcetera. The car is filthy l spoke to the customer service representative I am hoping that the situation is rectified, bit at this point I am not holding my breath.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

I chose Caliber for my car repairs after my accident, solely because it was close in case I had to walk home from the shop. My insurance has them listed as one of the preferred body shops to use. The office is very clean and the personnel were very pleasant. The gentleman that was in charge of my claim thoroughly explained the process and when I would get updates on the status of my vehicle. The only downside was that my car was promised on one day and no one called me to let me know it wasn't going to be ready. I ended up calling right before they closed to check on it. Even though I had to wait an extra couple of days, it was worth seeing my car as good as new. They also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior before I picked up my vehicle, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend. Hopefully there are no more accidents in my future to need more repairs, but if I do, I definitely would be choosing them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife owns a 2014 Mitsuhashi Outlander and we decided to get the car painted with our income tax money. Caliber Collision did an excellent job and address any concerns that my wife and I had. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the repairs. Inspect the area of repair inside and out. Get under the vehicle with a flashlight. Open the hood. Look at all door jambs. Make sure everything works. Check that your spare tire or air pump is still in place. Make sure your battery or any other parts have not been switched out. If you have nice floor liners (WeatherTech) make sure they are still in the vehicle. Be sure to remove everything that can be removed from your vehicle, including all paperwork about your vehicle. Claudia and Ashley are the reasons why we keep coming back to Caliber. Lucky for you guys we are frequent crashers ;) but honestly these girls are absolute professionals. Honesty and integrity are the words that come to mind. Our cars were taken car of as if they were their own. I suppose credit goes to the people in the shop as well but without Claudia and her team in the office setting the tone and correct expectations the whole company would suffer. Thank you on a job again well done and good to know there is no question where our business will go on the next issue we have. Thank you again!!

Caliber collision in Apple Valley is amazing. Everyone was extremely professional, and provided excellent quality, Loyalty, and honesty throughout the whole process. They really respect their customers and have an excellent way of showing it, I really appreciate that. I felt my car was in excellent hands And it was! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that was done on my car and will not hesitate to use them again, as well as recommend them for quality assistance and care on your car. Had this vehicle painted for years ago 2013 and I when I pulled it out of the shop it it appeared to look fine and it was perfect until five months ago I noticed something wasn't right come to find out there was no primer used it was just buffed and painted over the original paint and the paint is chipping off down to the metal as you see in this picture all over the cab to as well and the tinting on the windows is bubbling and peeling off as well beware!!!! Everyone before going this caliber collision on Highway 18 in Apple Valley California.

From the time I first walked in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were great! Really nice people who seemed to take pride in their work. Everyone that I encountered was absolutely helpful and friendly! I Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! if I have any vehicle repairs to be done in the future I will definitely come here first! I couldn t be happier, and I have already started spreading the word about how great you all are! Thank you!!

Took 1 month to get the simple repairs done (bumper replacement and plastic inserts) communication was not very good and was inaccurate. I was told that the car was ready, then received a call that it was not ready. 2 weeks later the car was finally done. Repair technician forgot to connect my AC fans so no AC in 110 degree weather, also missing a handful of retaining pins for the bumper.I will never bring my car here again.

Great experience using Caliber Collision in Apple Valley. Car was delivered back to us ahead of schedule. We were kept informed of the repair progress often. I highly recommend this body shop.
