BEWARE OF ANTIOCH, CA. AUTOMOTIVE DEPT.If it was allowed, I would have posted without including any stars.I ordered a tire and scheduled an appointment twice to have them to install the tire. I received a message 2 hours before my appointment saying my appointment was being cancelled due to an item not arrivingboth times . I tried calling the automotive department and other departments even the the store operator but no one seemed to answer their phone. Finally, I phoned the corporate Walmart phone number. The guy I spoke to made up excuses for the automotive department. He also told me I had cancelled the appointments and that was the reason for the cancellations. He told me that I could pick up the tire at the store. I told the customer service representative it was the reason I purchased the tire through Walmart because of the installation service. I told the representative that I wanted to return the tire. He said he would be able to help me with that then said the tire would automatically be refunded in 2 days if I did not pick it up. I ended the call immediately.BEWARE of the AUTOMOTIVE Department at WALMART in ANTIOCH, CA.

I want to give a shout outs to Johnny! He's the one who accommodated me when I had flat tire. I was a walk-in and told one of the mechanics that one of my tires need to be repaired/ replaced. This mechanic told me, sorry I cannot help you. I told him that how can I drive my car home when it's flat. He left the counter, went outside and didn't say a word. Continued doing what he was doing. There comes Johnny who noticed that I was standing there outside. He asked about my situation and said that it can be done I just have to wait a while because there's another car who had an appointment.Johnny even apologizing for me waiting there. Very professional and very good work ethics. Unlike the other guys working with him that day. I really want to commend Johnny. If there's a manager reading this, he deserves a raise and very lucky to have an employee like Johnny.

The service personnel are rude and unprofessional. I came in with an appointment for my 2 tires to be put on. There were 2 employees in the bays having a conversation that wasn't about cars nor service. I waited patiently. I was walking towards a man wearing a blue uniform who had been in the work bays, tried to speak to him, and he said rudely, "I'm on my break!" He came back after a few minutes and asked what I needed. I said I'm here to drop off my car for tires. He left, got, paperwork, filled it out, took my keys, and said they'd call me my car was done. I'm disabled and hobbled to the front of the store to get a ride-on cart and do some shopping while I waited. They have 2 carts for the entire store! Ridiculous! I waited at the door for 2 hours and never got a cart. I had to hobble back to get my car. They had parked it so far away, I had to ask someone where it was. By the time I got to my car I was in so much pain, I couldn't wait to get home. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!

I purchased from them 4 new tires and have them replaced them on my minivan. I purchased full tire replacement package with TPMS service but after that did replaced and returned me the car, I noticed TPMS light came on dash and stays on. I brought back the car to them but they told me it takes time to reset and I would need to drive 20 to 30 mins to have it reset. So I drove for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I went back but this time they tells me I would need to drive at least a day and then if doesn't reset I could bring the car back to their store. I drove the car all day but still it didn't reset. I don't think these guys have the knowledge or skills to figure out and hoping the issue would get fixed by itself. Avoid Walmart and spend a little more money and go to a reputable tire store. Now I am stuck with this TPMS light on my car don't know what to do.

Horrible..I don't see how they stay in business. The worst customer service ever. Horrible communication among staff. Lots of rudeness. Ridiculous wait times. I wish I had time to go into detail. I went there more than once and received the same horrible service. Also it took more than one appointment just to replace 4 tires. Lots of waiting and wasting time.

Auto Center personal are the lazy guys , if you guys don't like to work just close the doors , I'll been there 3 times around 3 or 4 pm and don't want to work said it �re over work already. I had a flat tire ,

There may be a good Walmart tire center out there, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! impossible to reach by phone. I ordered four tires from the website, 2 of them were delayed for a week after they were supposed to arrive. Went in during my appointment time to get the two put on and my appointment was automatically cancelled. Four hours later my tires were put on and balanced incorrectly.Service: Tires

Cheap oil changes, but workers don't care about anything, almost 2 hrs to get 2 cars done... I was 2nd in line on a Sunday morning, as soon as they opened, yet still waited over 1.5 hours for my car.Bad attitude, poor service. Only decent price for full synthetic oil change.This is the new normal at Walmart and many other establishments now, most employees feel entitled and think everyone owes them.

They are good in their profession but while oil change and inspection they found one screw loose and they just informed and said nothing to worry but should be fixed. I didn t get chance to get that one screw fixed as its not simple even ( no one simply does just one screw) again I visited Walmart for oil change and they did same. I think just for one screw they simply tightened it. What s the purpose of inspection if they don t want to do the small things like this.Just for this small work, i had to spend simply 2-3 hours on calls, appointments and full inspection from other auto service and they did it free. My car is one person handed so all was okay.I will still go to Walmart for oil change but hopefully someone reviews this and take action.

Antioch Auto center is awesome! They really came through for me on Tires. The Manager called to notify that my online tire order was delayed. I was heading to Tahoe and needed 4 tires replaced urgently. He found a comparable tire in stock price matched them and was very reassuring through the whole process. Awesome team and service! Thank you.

The customer service is awful here. No one offered a greeting or anything. I pulled up, waited in the car as the sign says. I waited 15 minutes and the oil guys just kept looking at me. I finally got out the car and went to ask could I be helped. Still No greeting or can I help you. ERICK, the guy that works at that checks you out had the worse customer service EVER! He saw me standing at the register ready to check out after he finished with another Customer. He still didn't walk over and attempt to greet me or ask what help I needed. I finally said "Sir can I check out and get my car." He immediately it's probably not ready....when I had just recieved a phone call saying it was ready. He finally got me to pay. No thank you or anything.These people need more training on customer service!Service: Tires

Can get through on the phone. No matter what department you call. You can schedule on the walmart app or online for car appointments unless you buy a tire

Excellent service! Kevin helped me out a couple times already and has been consistent and upbeat! Real happy with the service! Everyone there is professional! Fast service on oil change too! Come a little early to beat the line :) oh also! Great prices! Thank you guys <3

Very efficient and courteous. I arrived at 6:45 am on a Sunday morning. 3 cars ahead of me. They got to all of us quickly. Waiting area clean. I enjoyed the service. Customer satisfaction expectations were met.

Came day before my service... encounted a two hour wait. Attendant said they open at 7am everyday. Sign on the building said 7am everyday. Went before work at 7am the next day... they did get any cars in the garage until 8:10am. Total BS.

The "shift change" times are very unmanaged. Customers have no idea what to do. Takes up an extra 30-45 mins for no reason.

Horrible!! I got here around 8:30 because I needed a simple oil change. There were only two cars in front of me who also needed oil changes. I decided to do some shopping while I waited. It s now almost 11 and my oil change is still not finished!! By far the worst time management ever. It doesn t take 2.5 hours to do an oil change! They have changed management several times and clearly, nothing has changed.So frustrating!! If you don t mind waiting forever to get simple car maintenance done then don t bother coming to this location.

Great price on oil change ( full synthetic), but tech push sit back to much and I had a metal basket that was behind the sit wich got bend and also rip the back of my driver sit.. not a very good visit.. I didn't put a complain since damage was already done and doesn't affect the performance of the car. But maybe I should have, to raise awareness and caution to the techs when they move inside other people's cars..

Went there on a Sunday to patch a tire and they closed it at 1:30 pm even though the hours clearly say from 7am til 4pm. The attendant just shrugged and said they weren't taking any more vehicles in. You will be waiting all day. We waited for an hour and left the battery to charge only to be told the battery was no good. Supposedly, we should've known that within 15 minutes of testing the battery. Another woman and her family waited two hours for basic stuff, she requested to cancel and get her car back.

Very understaffed !! The associates were friendly, but were VERY busy. I needed to buy 4 tires and have them mounted and balanced. The tire shop was so understaffed that they didn't know how long it would take to get the job done. I ended up just purchasing the tires and had them mounted somewhere else. Great price on the tires though !!...

Poor service! I called to confirm availability of tires, dates/time I could get service. I called a couple of times, but I didn't an answer. I tried again, later that evening and the next day. I was never able to get anyone in the service center to answer the phone. I took the first Saturday morning to visit the store. As I stood in line at the service center, I called the service center, via the options selection from the store. I waited as two employees helped a customer get a copy of a key. I noticed the phone rang, continously and neither person took the call. I watched as one employee departed the counter, as the phone rang and customers stood in a line. I decided to leave and try another service center. That's not a place that can address my questions or provide support after service, is not for me.

I change oil to them and after 1 month while I m driving I heard noise every time I push the gas trying to stop and out in the highway my car stop in the road and tow and bringing in the shop. They told me oil is empty and oil filter is missing. Might fell off while driving so now the whole engine is not working anymore I tried to call Walmart and the girl told me the manager will call me. But nothing. I want to file in small claim because of their negligence.

They work hard and they are inexpensive but they lost our key and we had to wait a long time. Only game in town Sunday afternoon. Following up two days later an assistant manager paid us the cost of the replacing the key at the dealer since our car is leased and the dealer requires two original name brand keys on return, nearly $500. Problem solved but took quite a bit of time and trouble. We provided a written estimate from the car dealer. Walmart assistant manager gave us a $20 store card for our time and gas.

Took car in at 7am to install 2 new tires (bought at same Walmart). 12 cars were taken in before ours was, even though we were 3rd in line. Mechanic told us the "tire technician" had come in late. In total, it took 4 hours for installation of 2 tires!

If I could give them no stars I would they advertise 8 am opening only to have walk into the store to find out from a manager by the way they sometimes open 8am most times at 10am ? I guess they get to decide when they want to open ? Went back at 10 waitibg another 30 minutes ? No one to answer the phone or no way to leave a a message ? Btw the way the sign on the wall i noticed said 12pm to 6pm open ? So I would definitely call to confirm they are open or you will have wasted about 3 hrs of your day for nothing like I did.
