Friendly and knowledgeable Sales associates, best customer service and great prices, if you are looking for these few things when buying a Car, Toyota Antioch is a place to go to. I had a wonderful experience while getting BZ4 for Lease. This location also works with state and county rebates and EV initiatives. At one point my lease funding gets a hold for 2 weeks but Jim Benham not only works with me but hold the car for 2 weeks and make sure I will get it. Once my funding was made, Jim calls me and said, visit dealership and GH will help you out. Once I visited the dealership, Giancarlo Horna helps us out and we are out in one hour after paperwork. It was very smooth transition. I will definitely buy my next car from this dealership.

Bought my Prius from here. Jim and Anne were great. They gave me a clear timeline on when the vehicle would be delivered, and had all the paperwork ready when it showed up. Anne walked me through getting everything set up while Finance was getting prepped. Extremely smooth process all around. If you re in the market for a Toyota, definitely worth going through them!

I visited Antioch Toyota the morning of 12/26 with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Toyota Corolla or Camry. Robert in sales seemed nice at first. He was very personable and we test drove a Corolla SE and a Camry LE. I noticed during the Camry test drive that his true colors started to show. He asked me about down payment and what I was looking to pay a month. I told him I could put down $7,000 and was hoping for a monthly range of $200-$300 (like my 2018 Corolla purchase). To that he replied with Oh no. That s not gonna happen. Your monthly will be no less than $600. I get it. They start off high and you have to work your way down but this was just the beginning. He was impatient with me trying to carefully park the vehicle back into place. He then told me of the only way I would get close to $300 when comparing me to another customer. He said a guy came in to buy a truck and put down $25,000 to get a monthly payment of $300. We started walking back to the building when I told him You know what? I don t want to waste any of your time if you can t go lower than $600 a month. You can give me your business card and I ll check out other places. To this he replied with You can go across the street, over to Nissan, Honda, they re all gonna tell you the same thing. He didn t even give me his card or anything. Just shook my hand and we went out separate ways. I have purchased 4 Toyota Corollas here over the years (a 1999, 2009, 2013, and 2018) and have salesmen who have been more flexible and willing to negotiate. I also have a credit score of 787. After this experience, maybe I ll start buying my cars from Concord, Tracy, or any other Toyota dealer other than Antioch.

Overall, I had a very good experience at Antioch Toyota. I called Jim to reserve a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid XSE , and I wasn't required to put a deposit like other dealerships. When I got to the dealership Jim already had my paperwork printed out, overall I spent about 2 hours at Antioch Toyota which included signing out Auto documents, looking at the car, and test driving the car; it wasn't long at all! Jim and Laura were my Auto Sale Representatives, they did a great job at communicating and helping me purchase my first Toyota; I highly recommend them if your in the market for a Toyota.

Have been leasing with toyota antioch for a while now, and have always had a good experience. They always work with me to make sure I get the car I want with an affordable price. All the staff is really nice. I always come back here to lease or purchase my cars. Always satifisfied with my purchase. rodney has helped me in the past, hes a really good sales rep that can help you with whatever car you need.

We recently purchased a 2023 Prius Prime at this dealership. The biggest positive was that the vehicle was available to us within a few days of contacting the dealership and there was no deposit required (as opposed to other dealerships which have a much longer wait and require a $500-$1000 deposit). There was a significant markup on the vehicle (as in other dealerships), but then we were able to negotiate a meaningful reduction in it. The negotiation/purchase process was not too involved, and we were able to walk out of the dealership with the vehicle in ~2hrs. Overall, it was a pleasure working with the sales associate - Nelson!

They couldn t fix my highlander. Went in there with to check engine codes, and left the place with the same two engine codes minus $1,300 They were just throwing parts at it. At the end they said they had an idea about what could be the problem, but they would have to drop the engine, and I would have to pay $10k I walked out of there with my two check engine lights and minus $1300.Update:I took my 2015 highlander to Auto Diagnostic Repair on 10th street and took them an hour to determine the problem was the ECU . They replaced it and my car is working like new!!!!It s nice to see mechanics thinking outside the box and not just following a cookbook recipe.I m still waiting for the call from the service manager as it s stated below. I know it is all lip service, and just mere propaganda.

I recently bought Toyota Corolla 2024 from this dealer which I have been buying my cars from.The dealer gave me a big surprised this timeabout not telling me about the car already installed Safeguard tracking device. I was not quote the price before I decided to buy the car$495. When I went to financial office to pay for the car, I was forced to buy this device. I had no choice but signed the paper forvthis device as the man told me to. Now I'm waiting for safeguatd tech to come to "activate the device, the appointments time is 0840. The technician has not arrived yet . I have been waiting for almost an hour.Both are bad experiences with Antioch Toyota and startguardservice!!

Took my Highlander to a new mechanical after brining it here for years.. new mechanic couldn't take off oil filter housing because last mechanic (someone at this location) tightened it entirely too tight. It had to be broken off!! Now I have to replace it for $100.. avoid this location. The mechanics here will play you

Terrible communication. I called recently to schedule my first appointment for my 2023 Toyota Prius routine maintenance, one of the service staff picked up. I try to schedule an appointment only to have it completely disregarded, even listing the wrong day. I called the 2nd time and the appointment was not even scheduled, though one of the other staff ended up actually scheduling it for me as per the confirmation through a text message. It took 2 attempts to schedule a quick first maintenance appointment listing. Also had a rude experience, not long after I bought my car from this dealership back in August, with how they seem to not want to help if you even say anything that may try to put them in the limelight for any car malfunctions. I had a car accident and I was trying to explain the situation. I was not trying to deflect responsibility at all, but all they heard was "I'm trying to put the blame on them." Not really focused on customer experience, more focused on pumping out sales.

My experience at Antioch Toyota was phenomenal! Carlos Lara made the experience so smooth and really helped me get the car I wanted within my budget. He is enthusiastic and kind and a great addition to the Antioch Toyota team. I am beyond happy with my new car!

The last time I was there for preventive maintenance, they set my car to indicate "Maintenance Required." I called to set an appointment. John said just an oil change for $150. I scheduled an appointment. The Service Advisor said $575. I told him John said only $150. He back peddled and said the $575 price is just what the factory recommends. You can do whatever you want. I asked that he review my Maintenance history. After he did, he said all I need is an oil change for $150. I said fine, and include the free car wash. When I arrived to pick up my car, he was not present to compare as found vs as left. My car was NOT washed, either. For the prices they charge, I would expect better service.

Called the have a service performed. They said sure, schedule an appt. Scheduled an appt for same day. Drove all the way in for appt and then Carlos in service said they couldn't do it. Lame dealer. Either tell me before I drive in, or do the service you said you'd do!

My greatest regret in life is that I came here. I just swapped in two cars for a Prius Prime 2022, which isn't worth it, and put down $2,000. I still owe the other dealership (from which I traded the second car) money. Richard Quader, the finance manager, told me he would take care of it when I went to his office. I bought the Prius on June 16, 23, so it has been four months. Even though I've been phoning and getting no response, Richard Quader personally told me he would take care of issue when I visited the dealership. Now that it's October 27, 23 and months has passed, I still owe the other dealership money. Furthermore, you should not trust Frank (also known as Mohamed Faeizi); he will tell you anything to trick you of your money. The fact that my $2000 remaining debt for the previous car was added to the cost of this Prius Prime 2022 my bill ended up reaching $59k with various extra fees was not disclosed by him or Richard. Please read at your own pace; unlike most dealers, do not feel pressured to finish quickly.Update:October 28, 2023Since I am unable to react to your post, I would want to address the owner who replied: I have been contacting your dealership for months, and every time I leave a message, I never get a response. I'm sorry, but if I could go back in time and tell myself not to trust your dealership, I would. You may search your system for LAUREN OCAMPO, and Richard Quader ought to be familiar with the person I'm referring about. Thank you.

The staff at Antioch Toyota are excellent. Sales Person Tanya Kimes did an outstanding job throughout my entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. From start to finish all of the staff at Antioch Toyota were courteous and very helpful. If you are looking for a Toyota vehichle, I highly recommend this dealership.

Jessica did a wonderful job by making my purchase for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport easy. She was very professional, relate able, and she had such a wonderful personality. She didn t make me feel pressured like some sales rep does. It was an easy process. What stood out the most was when my family and I arrived she was inside of the building while 3 other sales reps was outside she came right up to me while the others just looked at me. That is why Jessica deserved her commission like my family and I deserve this beautiful car. I will be coming back in the near future if she s still working there to purchase another one from her. Nah. I wouldn t go here for services. Takes too long even if you have an appointment made. I called and asked for updates and I think that when they started on my car. Ridiculous. Absolutely waste of time.

Jim Benham and Anne Benham were awesome! I have been avidly looking for a new Rav4 which has been the best selling SUV for many years running (translation good luck finding one and getting put on a waiting list). As fate would have it, Jim was able to locate a Limited model in pearl white and I had the vehicle in my garage in 2 weeks! This is my 7th Toyota, Thanks again to Jim and Anne for making this experience one to remember.

Said they'd charge $195 for 2 hours worth of inspection on a 4Runner pre-sale and ended up looking at it for 30 min and missing a cracked exhaust manifold and signs of rodent infestation. Take my word or see for yourself. They exist to convince you to let them take your money by lying. Who would agree to a $195 pre-sale if they knew it was 30 min worth of labor, if that.

Update to their yelp response:They are full of it I haven t received any call from Antioch toyota or spoke to anyone in the management they also lying again , and yes my car is salvage title with or without extensive damage you guys took it had it for days to inspect the problem and if you guys are professional wouldn t diagnose it wrong from the get go and diagnosed it wrong and wanted me to pay for parts that my car didn t need they still have my car as we speaking,Guys take your business somewhere elseI own a 2012 toyota Camry that i bought like many other cars in auction I'm a tech and i can fix cars but when it comes to programming and other dealer related i take my cars to dealer if they ever need any fixing:This car had airbag light and srs light and its not passing smog or chp inspection i took it to Antioch toyota dealt with the buggiest scum bag "carlos" took the car in for diagnostics he said today end of the day j will have some answer anyway 2-3 days passed then he call me said you car need this n this n that i said ok go for it how long would it take?? He said give till tomorrow said ok ... Tommorow passed and on week passed bo calls called him back he said we got good and bad news i said whats it ? He said problem is fixed however passanger seat warning is on i said why i will not take the car after spending all that money and time he said your car need this part i said how much he said four hundred and change i said do it he said ok will call uou today or tomorrow to pickup 10 days later no call i called him and didn't answer lvm and he called me two days later said your vehicle is done and there is something that i would like to disclose in person i said what was it he said the same warning still there so not fixed however we replaced the part ??! You car is garbage and got body damage and we are not a body shop i said my car didnt have no damage i have pictures and proofs and u need to give me my car and refund he said parts already replaced but didn't fix the problem??? So carlos hunged up on meGuys take your car to hell or to the worst local mechanic but not to this scam dealerCalled me 3-4 times with each time asking for more money and a job was estimated to br 2-3 days now its been over a month i will sue these guys very hard and they can keep my car .

I went in to have my vehicle serviced today for a regular maintenance and the advisor assigned to me (Kevien Dillard) was extremely rude. He started yelling at me, saying "you are not listening to me!" As he was reading off of what the service will entail. Some of the services he was reading off from his print out, I had already gotten done elsewhere. I figured they get paid commission. Took my car and left! I can take my business elsewhere.

Job well done from the service center employee Nikko L. from this dealership. He was diligent and patient with all of my requests! He communicated every needed details and even gave me a briefing of the fine print of the contract I was signing! Who does that now a days, not many! Thank you to Antioch Toyota!
