Been going to Armen for over 12 years because he is genuinely the most honest, thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic I've ever encountered I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Went in because my AC wasn't working right. Told me free diagnostic. He checked the pressure, said my compressor was weak but still working. Told me if I replaced it, that wouldnt fix it. He said if i go somewhere else they would charge a lot and it wouldnt make it better. He asked if I put freon and I said yes recently. He let some air out and told me to come back next week to see if that helped. so far so good.

I had my car smog check and failed at fix n smog. They wanted 100$ an hour just to discover what was wrong. I came to Armens and he checked my car for free reset the sensor, made me drive 30 miles then told me to go back and pass the smog test. He didnt charge me a penny. He just earned a lifetime customer.

Worst customer service. They were yelling. Arguing. The worst environment specially if you have kids. I couldn t believe I was sitting there through this mess but what could I do, my car was being serviced already. Prices are high for this type of customer service. I would expect a little professionalism.

The only place I can trust for my car repairs and regular maintenance. The owner is a great character. I highly recommend everybody who lives close to Anaheim to give a try to this bodyshop.
