We got a flat just north of Alturas in our Class C RV. It was Sunday, and everyone was closed except for Pioneer. They came to our rescue in about 15 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We were back on the road within an hour.

A bit pricey and might take them several days longer then expected to get your vehicle fixed but they do amazing

I'm really grateful for Dean, he went above and beyond to assist me in getting my things from my totaled car after hours when I got in an accident hundreds of miles from home. He was helpful and compassionate working with me around a difficult situation, I really appreciated the human kindness.

Above and beyond! I needed a tow from 5 miles out on a muddy forest road on the weekend. Nick was there quick with a great attitude and the right equipment! Wonderful experience! Great service!

Great place amazing customer service. So thankful for dean who works there not only did he make sure they could fix my car windshield but he helped me find someone to take the trees down at my house that were causing all the damage.

I was a stranger passing through the area when I hit a deer. It was dark, no cell service, and the car was totaled. Thanks to AAA and State Farm, I was put in touch with Pioneer Auto Body and everything changed for the better. They took care of me, took care of the car, helped with insurance, found me a place to spend the night, and helped me get home. Thanks to everyone.

They were GREAT & have ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. They have gone way beyond needed. Took care of May 90 year young nana to get her home safe & sound. THEY ROCK!!!

Was the night of my Birthday . Stuck in Altura! At 3 am they came and took me back all the way to Reno. Amazing service ,amazing people!!

Sat for an hour and a half on the side of the road waiting for them, no one ever showed and roadside assistance said they told them they never excepted the call. So thanks for the miscommunication or just not helping ppl when your the only one in the area, whichever one it is.
