I came here because my battery didn't start my vehicle. So the guy checked the battery and let me know I needed a new one. I bought one and the car is working great. Great customer service...

Had a dead battery, spent the night in the parking lot, but they replaced it the next morning. If I ever see a car parked at an auto parts store, I'm going to see if they have blankets cause it was cold

Helpful young crew, not everything you need, but atleast they do have in stock most stuff, or can order if it's in their system. Glad to have a Napa available, when needed.

Great service! I'm not a mechanic but any means and the gentleman who helped me went out of his way and also helped me install my taillight. Very nice, polite, helpful, and exactly what any store with excellent customer service should be. Very impressed and happy.

Couple of guys aren't very friendly probably because they're the only game in town and the prices are sometimes out of control go down the street to Modoc steel they have a auto parts store but I haven't had a chance to review it yet but they're still better than NAPA, as far as customer service.

Very lazy people gave me wrong oil filter and did nothing to correct the problem... now my car is sitting in my driveway I have no other means of transportation I have no friends here cause I jus moved here 6 months ago so dont know anyone.. very disappointed in customer service here.. I mean if my car is a transition year shouldn't that be one of the questions to ask????

Said they had a part, so I hitched a ride 25mi over the pass, only to find out they didn t have what they said they did. Then, another person trying to help me out, that didn t know I already came here, stopped and they tried to get him to buy the incorrect part as well. Garbage!

Disappointing Napa affiliate. My daughter and her friends got stranded in Alturas on their way to Oregon, the car wouldn't start after fueling (probably vapor lock as it started some hours later). They were tired and frantic, and said the people at this Napa offered no help whatsoever, were even rude. They got great help in Susanville and are in their way back home now.

They almost always have what's needed at fair prices, although some of the employees are rude on the phone and in person. The rest are very nice and helpful.

I have lived here for 50 years NAPA Auto Parts have some of the most knowledgeable people they've ever had in it they are great auto parts store

They had the parts I needed to keep my truck on the road. The senior partsman really knows his stuff, and was able to give us the part numbers for what I needed.

Had all the parts I needed in stock to do a full 100K service on my Silverado and were open on Sunday. Good service too.

They seem to have most parts if not they can order it ,they try to take their time to make sure you get the right part the first time thank you I had a good experience there
