They did an awesome and timely job for my Mazda. Paul is a nice guy to talk to and gave me the quote. He s understanding and try to help me out as much as possible. I would recommend CARSTAR if you re indecisive.

CARSTAR EMW auto body turned out to be the best decision I have ever made regarding auto body work. After my car was clipped significantly while parked, Amica insurer supplied me with a list of approved vendors. CARSTAR EMW was on the list, close by, And had great ratings. The manager Paul was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt in returning calls, and in completing work by the promised date. My car was clean when I arrived the work impeccable and the invoice clear and readable. I highly recommend their auto body services. Laurel, owner/driver of MB E Class Sedan. My insurance company towed my car in for repairs after it was stolen, they repaired it back to the point of brand new and had it detailed nicely, the owner is honest, funny and give you the truth from the hip, thank yall for helping to get me back on the road after such an ordeal, I appreciate you.

I have many body shops work on my cars over the years. I have never had one make the car look better than when it came off the showroom floor. These guys are real artists and are incredibly reasonable. They know how to work the adjuster madness with insurance companies painlessly and effectively. Get into an accident and call these guys for sure.

I m so happy to share my experience on this Auto Body shop as I heard about them before I choose them to fix my car. At first Mr Paul saw my car and gave me the estimate and ordered every parts my car needs to replace. He didn t even hold my car on the shop. I brought back my car on my appointment date and They fix it before the estimated time he gave me ( everything was done with in 24 hours) honestly I didn t expect that much faster. The job was done fast, clean and perfect. I definitely recommend them for everyone who loves his car to fix his car on time and perfectly. Thanks again

The folks over at CARSTAR EMW Auto Body did a great job at servicing my vehicle. I took my car in after my catalytic converter was stolen from the Richmond ferry terminal.Making an insurance claiming has always been easy especially knowing that Paul and his guys would be putting in a new catalytic converter. They made me feel like my car was in good hands and they were very realistic with expectations and when my car would be ready. Paul the owner, told me when he would be ordering the part(catalytic converter) and when his guys would be servicing my vehicle. He let me know as soon as possible when my car was ready to pick up. I had no complaints and appreciate his business. This is my second time taking my car into that body shop and I would go back again without any hesitation.

Did a great job from start to finish on the repair of my 2021 Jeep due to an accident to the passenger side of auto. Paul the owner is knowledgeable and great at customer service which is mostly rare to find these days. Car looked great when I picked it up as detailed as well along with the passenger side work looking perfect like the day I got the car. Excellent work and communicated with us so well. They asked if we wanted the car a day early, or if they could keep it one more day to tweak the color match because they wanted it to be 100% perfect. I was refered to them by my insurance company for a broken mirror cover. I originally took it to a Honda dealer for an estimate. They wanted to replace the whole mirror for about $1600.00. Paul was able to order the cover and repair it for less than my $500.00 deductable. It looks and works as good as new.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Paul at EMW was great to work with. Very honest. Work was done as scheduled. Results were excellent. Repair of front bumper and paint on 2019 Subaru Outback. I m very happy with Paul s work on my Subaru Crosstrek. After I was rear ended earlier this year, I brought my car into a few different shops, and Paul was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable. He was transparent with his pricing and I didn t feel like I was getting ripped off, unlike some of the other shops I visited. When I got my car back, I noticed the bumper was not masked properly, so I contacted Paul and he offered to correct the issue that same day. Now the car looks great. Thanks again!

Paul is THE BEST! I have had the pleasure of having my car serviced here twice in the last year. They are reasonable, professional and on time. They are well respected by many auto insurance companies and rental car companies. They come highly recommended in their industry. I know when I drop my keys off with my car it is in the best hands. This is an awesome place to take your car for repairs. Paul and his staff are very professional and friendly. I felt like I was leaving my car in the hands of a friend. The prices for the job was also very reasonable and beat other estimates I got that were a minimum of $2.5K more expensive. The best part of it all is they return your car in like new condition with a complete car wash and wheel shine. The best repair shop I have been to in the bay area! I got into an accident in my Subaru Forester and these guys were able to fix my car quickly and for a fraction of the price of anyone else in the area.
