I ve only been coming here for a few years but will never go anywhere else. So satisfied with their work. No B S with them. They have always been up front and never tried to sell me anything I didn t need. Never had any problems. The girls up front are so helpful and knowledgeable as well. I know going there won t be a hassle like most places. I recommend to everyone I know, and they all go there.

I found the service to be very good and reasonably priced. I was lucky to walk in and have my car smogged because the person with the appointment didn t show up. They are busy, so I suggest making an appointment.

I have been going here for years, for all my car problems and everyone is absolutely awesome except the blonde old miserable lady in the front. I walk in with an appointment set and she tells me, with a miserable face on, she's busy and already helping a walk-in customer, all while her coworker had no idea I was there waiting. A little bit of communication or self awareness would've made my wait 15 minutes shorter. Other than this one person, who's always in a terrible mood, the place is awesome!! If you don't want to work here then don't! Find a job not in the service sector so you don't have to deal with people is my only suggestion.

I brought in the coupon I always use off their website for a "45$" oil change. I walked out spending 170$ on an oil change for a 2012 Volkswagen golf. Never have I spent nearly this much in the 10 years+ of going here but they said they had to use a special oil. To top it off I had an appointment set in the morning and it still took them almost 2 hours to change my oil? When they were finally done I said, "ya'll are busy today," and the two front ladies nonchalantly go, "no believe it or not we're super slow today!"I was too astonished to say anything. Hahahahah I could have changed it myself and recycled my old oil, in the 1 hour and 50 minutes it took them.

Great place for all you vehicle needs!! I needed a regular service and they took me in, gave me my options via text and let me pick the services I wanted. I came in today to install new wheels and the staff was very friendly. Johnny did a great job and took the time to explain a few things worth knowing when it come to inspecting and a maintins your Vehicule. Very thankful for that. A small business with employees who care about customers is a business that wins! Would definitely recommend and return in the future!

Always helpful. I ve had major and minor service problems (replace catalytic converter, replace battery etc). The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and the work is reasonably priced. I went here for an oil change and they were very nice. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They have free WiFi. My oil change with synthetic oil came to just under $54.

I didn't end up getting any services.I went for smogging with a coupon and was told that they couldn't diagnose my car due to a malfunction of my car's computer. (They kept the coupon for some reason.) I took it to the maker's dealership the next day and didn't mention the computer, but I came out with a passing certificate.While I was at Akey Brakey, I overheard someone who brought their truck back because a part the shop replaced in his truck "fell off."It's hard to give a definitive review since I didn't actually receive services there, but I doubt I'll return.

Disappointing, unfair business practices.Took my previous car there a few years ago for a smog check and it went well and easy, so I thought I'd take the newer car this time.I paid the fee which included the test and an option to re-take the test for a lesser fee if it failed initially.Even before starting the test, they noticed the check engine light was on, and told me to fix or it will not pass (which I was not aware of).Fair enough, what's the point in wasting time doing a test if we know an engine light will invalidate the test in the end... So I went to take care of that.When I took the car back for the test, they told me I had taken too long to come in for the second test, so I have to pay again the full price.Given they have not done anything at all in the first place, it's an unfair rip-off. They got me in quickly. They were able to fix my car's A/C and get me on my way. They were polite and helpful. They even took me back to work, very locally, and brought my car back to me when the work was completed. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again for problems to general maintenance on my car.

I brought in my 2004 Acura that was literally gonna fall apart. I brought my car to Acky Brakey Auto and they did such an incredible job that my car feels brand new. They are very professional, thorough, and most importantly they are HONEST!!!! Paperwork and invoices are professional and easy to read and understand. Had trans gasket and serp belt replaced along with front engine mount bushings replaced. New trans oil and full inspection done. Truck running like a champ again. Always take my vehicles here.
