It's so hard to find service places you can trust! Agoura Car Care and Giovanni are the most honest and reasonable place I've found! We've been taking our cars here for several years and they do excellent work and charge, not only reasonable rates, but exactly what they tell you they'll charge you upfront. One particular thing sticks out from a recent trip there...my daughter's car needed new tires, they were worn down to the lining! Chris got us new tires for a reasonable price. He then told me the cost with balancing and alignment. However, he said, the car may not even need alignment. I'll have it checked and if you don't need it, that'll save you over $100, which is always welcome. Every other place I've got tires, they tack on alignment whether you need it or not. As it turns out, we didn't need it. The car was properly aligned and we saved the money! You can't beat that!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Stripped the oil drain plug on my moms lexus a while back. Did not tell us they rtv d the drain plug back in. Only realized the hack job they did when it was leaking a ton of oil on the ground a few days after. Refused to fix or replace the pan saying it was wear and tear. Agoura car care was the only place that did the oil change on my moms car for years, would not doubt one of the techs over tightened the drain plug. Have not gone back since and will never go back.

5 stars and if I could give more I would. Chris was absolutely amazing. I had an emergency come up on my tire with limited time on my hands and Chris was able to take me in and solve my issue immediately with grace and kindness. Thank you. I highly recommend to all people for tire needs, local and beyond. In addition, the operation and property was clean, well organized and tidy which says a lot about a business!

Went to change a tire, as I got a flat on the highway, staff were incredibly friendly, received an exceptional price and overall great experience! Highly recommend!!

Recommend highly! My friends car was making a strange noise when she hit the breaks and she wanted to get it checked out before our long drive home. These guys took a look at her car at 4 pm on a Saturday! We were surprised they could fit us in at such a time. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Chistopher, the manager. He was so nice and took great care of us, a true king :)

Only second time using this place but both times have been amazing. Each time I felt like they treated me like another mechanic. Their prices were what I would hope for, but rarely receive. Will absolutely return

We ve been using these guys since we moved to the area almost 10 years ago. They are honest, personable, trustworthy and do good work.My feedback is to the new corporate owners - what the heck making them stay open on New Year s Day? Who expects a car care place to be open on a major holiday? If you don t take care of your staff and respect that they need and deserve time off you re going to have a challenge keeping them.Service: Auto maintenance

I had a terrific experience with Agoura Auto Care. Their representative, Chris was amazing. Update! Our beloved Agoura Car Care is under new management. The original employees we know and trust are gone, replaced by a new team that wants to charge over the top prices. Be warned.

Great service experience. I had a nail in my rear tire which needed immediate attention on a Sunday. Christopher fixed the tire right away and I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Thanks again and great job!

Love this place. My wife and I have been coming here for years. Bob is always helpful and professional. They also have great referrals. The mechanic, Eddy, fixes my cars right up. This is a dishonest place to go to. Don't waste your time and money. These people supposed to work with my insurance company, but they keep come to me. Also, the invoices that they supposed to send to the insurance company is also all incorrect. This guy has been holding my car hostage literally 8 days such a shame on them and this shop unable to work with the insurance company and these guys are one of the preferred repair shops for this insurance company. They are not honest, and they never told me the truth. They talk to something with insurance company, and they would come back and tell me something else. When i call the insurance company they tell whole different story. I am not how these people are managing this place and their billing mechanism is terrible. Importantly I did not even know whether this shop really repaired the issue I had with my car and I no longer trust these people. Importantly this is a scam shop. Bob and Sariah Cruz are not professinals they are dam cheap charactors and scammers. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM PLACE. Agoura Car Care will scam you with the work you don't need on your car.

Place advertised work on transmission as well letting me know when I called them. Had my car towed there and when I arrived they say they don't do work on transmissions.

I went in because I thought I needed a new tire. Guy told me I just needed a patch. Fit me in right away, took 15 mins, and patched free of charge. Will be taking both my cars here forever

Very nice staff! Worked quickly, went in on my way home from work for a nail in my tire, needed a patch and the air in all tires checked. I highly recommend this place, the staff are very good at what they do as well as customer service. I love this place! I've been taking my Jeep and Scion here for years now for maintenance. Bob is always there to greet me and helps me figure out exactly what my vehicles need. Whenever there are any repairs needed to, these guys not only always fast to respond with findinf a problem and the solution, but I've also never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn t need, as a woman, that is very important to me. I have also recently started bringing my work truck for things like tires and maintenance. I got my catalitic converter stollen from it, and even though they don't replace those here, Bob provided me with a great reference where I got it fixed right away. Wow. From the moment I walked in, feels like I ve known them all my life. They were on time with my appointment and completed the work while I relaxed on their reclining couch with coffee in hand! I m driving up to the Bay Area, so I came in for a complimentary safety check. An unexpected treat not to pay. Also, noticed they don t try to sell services which I may not need. I ve experienced this at other places, so I ll definitely be back!!

I have had the pleasure of going to Agoura Car Care for automotive services for 9 years plus. I can't say enough about this operation. They are qualified, courteous, helpful, efficient and honest. I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever. I've sent my daughter, my son-in-law and friends there. If someone asks me for an automotive recommendation, it is always, Agoura Car Care!! Thanks guys.
