The staff at Springdale Ford are so friendly and helpful! They re not pushy and they truly want you to make the best decision for yourself in buying a car. A big shoutout to Brandon Moss and Jeremy Phillips for being so patient, honest, and kind towards me throughout my recent purchase. 10/10 recommended!

Everything was ready for me upon my arrival and my paperwork went through very quickly. All involved were very friendly. Scott Davis went the extra mile in helping get my last minute things from my trade-in as well as finding a suitable step stool for me! Great experience overall!

Outstanding service, Springdale Ford goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. And they don't might telling you the service is free. That's right sometimes, what you think is a big problem and going to cost you a lot of money turns out to be nothing at all. I highly recommend Lewis Ford Springdale for all your services needs.

Best experience ever buying a car! My husband and I worked with Jeremy and I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car.He is not a pushy salesman at all which I really appreciated.I customized my Bronco in April and Jeremy assisted my husband and I through the entire process. Even when we moved across country before receiving my car he stayed in touch with us and answered all of our questions every step of the way.Five months later I am receiving my car and Jeremy worked with us to see that our new Bronco was properly loaded onto a trailer and transported to us across country to our new home.This guy stayed in constant communication with us, he was always very transparent, very polite, genuine, courteous and we felt great working with Jeremy the entire time.Ford you all have a rockstar!

Robert at the Springdale Ford location was fantastic. We had discussed that I was a lengthy way away from his location. He and his team stayed an hour late to make sure that I was able to test drive and purchase my new Truck. Hopefully he sticks around for future business

Robert helped us out and stayed late to meet with us about a truck we were wanting to look at and we ended up getting it. Brandon and Scott also stayed late to get the loan and paperwork through! They were all very nice even though they were all staying late for us! They made the process quick and easy and they were all personable!

I came to the branch unannounced and after meeting Jeremy, I was out the door with my new truck in record speed. Everyone I met with at the branch was very helpful and truly went out of their way to make this an awesome experience. Jeremy and Brandon both made sure to ask some great questions as well as pointing out features that I was not aware of (so much for all my research) and showed me where to find any answers to new questions in the in-truck owners manual. A truly great experience!

I will try to keep short...but these guys were so amazing....I was in the area on vacation and wanting to relocate from Oklahoma so had a lot of exploring to do....They got me in very quick, got the part ordered and expedited it on top of that!Fixed within a day! I am back on road and when I move here and need assistance again (hopefully not) I know where MY FORD is going!Thanks Again Guys!!!Kimberly

Scott Davis was very helpful. He was not even close to pushy. He would keep in contact with me and send me vehicles I may be interested in. If I had a question he would be honest and say he didn't know and would find the answer. I liked working with Scott! Thank you

Springdale ford is my new go to for all things Ford! They came and pickup the car from our house. Performed the service and returned the car in a day. Not like the other guys. The service guys were super nice and even told me where I can get cheap propane for my grill. Talk about full service!If you like the way a small town dealership feel and tired of getting the run around from the large corporate dealer group. Then Springdale Ford is your new home! Thanks again fellas - I ll be making my next appointment at Springdale Ford.

My daughter was coming home from college and was hearing a rumbling sound underneath her 2023 Bronco Sport. It was Thanksgiving week and I knew I only had a small chance to get her vehicle in to the shop due to the holidays and she had to be back the following Monday. Service department said they could fit her in so I met her coming home at the shop, dropped it off and was fixed the next day before Thanksgiving. I thought that was serving the customers right. I appreciate you guys doing that on a holiday week in making sure my daughter was safe.

Springdale Ford Service may not be as fancy as other locations, but the service cannot be beat and the people are fantastic. We love Ronnie and Tim and highly recommend coming here, especially instead of Lewis Ford in Fayetteville.

The part was on back order, so it delayed the repair, thats not Springdale Fords fault, they did a major repair to my transmission quickly and it drives great . Dana S.

Great experience and excellent service from Scott and the dealership as a whole.My order took a while to get here, but understandable considering the constraints on builds. Once it got here the service was excellent. No extraneous fees or "market adjustments" on the car I ordered. They honored the price I locked in when I ordered and that says a lot about this dealership.The process of picking it up was very quick, it feels like most dealers keep you there for hours on end just waiting to be able to get your vehicle but I was in and out in just over an hour. Overall very pleased with the transaction and I will be coming back!

Ronnie is the best. We have always been extremely happy with the service that Ronnie and his team provide. After purchasing our latest vehicle from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, we attempted service with Lewis Fayetteville. The difference between the two are night and day and I will never go back to the Fayetteville location.

Absolutely fantastic service!My sister was in from Minnesota & and had a issue with her Escape. She needed to be back soon & none of the other dealers would even look at it for at least a week, that wouldn't do. Since it only had 12k miles on it & under warranty, I needed to find a dealer to take care of this ASAP. That's where the Service Manager stepped in at SpringdaleFord & made time to diagnose & solve the issue.My sister made it home on time.

I have purchased 8 or 9 cars so far in my life and this was by far my best experience. Jeremy was honest up front and low pressure. I walked in without an appointment after searching high and low all week and I was instantly taken care of. Front desk guy whose name I forgot called over a free salesman who treated me very well. When looking at several different cars he took the time to get to know my needs and specs I was looking for. He was able to tell me "you might like this one but it has a problem with X, Y, Z."He helped me find a super cheap vehicle that still runs great and I'm extremely thankful to him and this location. Put a new battery in the car and handed me 20 dollars cash from his own wallet when I asked if they could throw some gas in the deal. Seriously I recommend this place very highly

Brandon is the most TOXIC unprofessional person I have came across. He is very rude and should NOT be in sales or a general sales manager. Please consider other reviews and take your business elsewhere!
