Toby and his team took great care of me, and my vehicle. Price was reasonable, especially when you consider the dealership wanted to charge me significantly more. The work was done in a very timely manner too. I will be coming back for all my tires and wheel needs.

We had the experience of working with Kevin Reyes, Asst. Manager of this location. We have a 2013 traverse, and the blinker light went out. Normally, one can access the light bulb from under the hood and change it themselves, however it was our first experience changing a blinker in this 2013 traverse and we re told u have to take off the tire to access the bulb box. We asked Kevin to jack our car up, take off the driver side tire, replace the bulb wherever the spot was, put the tire back on, and all within the 15 minutes we had until we had to be in line to pick up our kids from school down the road. Not only did he do it, he got us out in 10 minutes, and didn t make us pay the labor price. He was beyond kind and helpful. I m so extremely grateful for his actions and showing us how to do it for next time. After the experience we had, we will probably return to Plaza Tire Service and request Kevin Reyes if it ever happens again. There should be more people like him in the working world! Thank you so much Kevin!! You made our day and are the only reason we want to give a 5* review!! Everything was great! Not only do they keep my tire, that is a special order everywhere else, in stock, but the customer service is top notch! Toby knows what he is talking about and truly cares to get you in and out as fast as possible. They have become my go to place!

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Building is clean and comfortable. Dropped my car off and received a text when finished in about an hour. Thx to all of you that made this experience fast and easy!

Came in for a rotation, and got my tires rotated within 10 minutes. Office staff was friendly but didn t offer any other services. Techs were obviously well trained as they didn t over torque when zapping the lugs on and made sure to use a torque wrench set to spec on each lug. Air was set to my specification. Always a quick experience at this location due to less congestion and customer count. Overall good experience.

got in & out pretty fast and they found out the problem with my rims/tires. they even showed me what's wrong and why. great service way WAY better than some other places. thank you

The trailer tires that I was needing were in stock. They had gotten to my trailer in a quick, timely manner. All people at Plaza tire involved were professional and courteous.

Went here for the first time today, after running over a screw in the road. Their service was fast and friendly. Additionally, they were very up front about pricing, so there were no surprises when everything was finished.

Amazing crew. Took me as a walk-in appointment and fixed a leak in one of my tires. Professional staff, clean waiting room, and were quick to get it fixed and have me back on the road. This is the forth or fifth time I ve used this location and it has always been a positive experience.

1 &1/2 hr before close place was very busy Friday before 4th July weekend . We had 2 sets of tires to be put on. They had it done within a hr and a half. Super clean restrooms. Was not pushing us out the door at closing time.Best tire buying experience I have had. Will be back.Update still happy with my tires purchased approximately 9000 miles ago I bought the warranty that is well worth the money had my tires rotated, and it was a great experience in and out friendly service. Today I got a piece of metal in the tire about a mile from the shop and pulled in these guys are great got me fixed up very quickly and always with a smile. Great job guys. Thank you
