Napa Auto parts has quality built into their electrical and mechanical parts to where I can trust it'll last, be correct, and is equivalent to O.E.M. components. NAPA auto parts counter personnel doesn't make me wait for them to answer 5 phone calls about antifreeze and batteries. They value the sale standing in front of them. Extra cost is not that expensive if you leave with what you came for! Almost every car part store don't carry everything ON HAND/HAVE TO ORDER. The other stores are a Walmart equivalent in auto parts.

These guys are awesome. They were extremely helpful and friendly when my car battery died from the cold. When they saw that I walked from my apartment I was given a ride back instead of carrying it back the half mile in 7�. Above and beyond top level service! Kudos to the Kelley street NAPA.

Husband ordered a part online. Website said ready for pick up in 30 mins. We drove from Bella Vista, only to find out that they are closed.Yes, it is Christmas Eve, but Google and website says they are open, and website processed.

I went to this Napa store to get a battery which the Fayetteville store didn't have and I was told the price was the same except for sales tax,,,,I had my core which they unloaded and I was still charged 18 dollars more and even went back in and asked why it wasn't showing core deposit on my receipt,,they said it was added in,,,I have shopped at Napa stores all my life and asked my local store about it and they told me it as supposed to show core deposit on receipt,,I was told it was state law,,,so with all that said,, please be aware of this store,,they took me for 18 dollars core deposit,,, who knows what else they might charge you for

Had exactly what I needed (everywhere was sold out). The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice. I'll have to remember this hidden NAPA in the future.
