This place is a joke, made an appointment @7am to unclog an AC vent, which had already been determined issue. Pull in, with an appointment time on a routine 1.5 hr job. And having already made arrangements for the remainder of the days schedule to allow for the hour and a half. Explained that I had already been in contact with their service department to fix this issue. Sat in their waiting room for 2.5 hours and the guy comes in and says the air conditioning vent needed to be unclogged. And it would take an hour and a half to do the work. really? And now I am here an extra 2 hours because they did not do what I asked them to do in the first place? I guess I will have to cancel the jobs I scheduled to do today because of incompetence and lack of listening. I spent $3000 to get my vehicle fixed and when I got it back it pulled so bad that it would almost take you off the road if you let go of the steering wheel for a second. I called about it and got told "we can't prove that you didn't cause it to be out of alignment so we can't fix it." Well. You just lost a customer forever because I take subpar work on my vehicle seriously. Another shop put it on a laser alignment machine and found both sides were equally out of spec. That means it was adjusted to the wrong spot. ALignments are basic service with step by step guides in the machine. If they can't even get that right I wouldn't let them do ANYTHING else. Especially after basically calling me a liar. ....ps...we were going to buy a new car and I gauruntee it won't be from you.

Took my 06 hummer in to have some work done. Got it back with gear shifter loose and trim broken. Skid plate bolts falling out. Oil leaking. Dead battery which they warranty out for another new one. But dinged up my hood in the process and just used touch up paint that didnt match. But they did fix the skid plate and the gear shifter. Told me they couldn't figure out why the battery light was on. Took my 07 gmc 3500hd in for oil change and they replaced some line and when i got it back the skid plate was draging on the ground do to loose bolts. I took it off and had them reinstall it on next oil change after that the truck was leaking oil so i crawled underneath to see what it was and the oil filter was loose and the drain plug was loose as well. They did offer to do another oil change but after the 3rd time of me spending almost 10,000 there and there Mechanics just cant seem to tighten up bolts and stuff i told them i would not be bringing my trucks back because i do not trust there mechanics to do a good job after all i did give them 3 chances. The service advisors are great people and do everything they can to make things right but at the end of the day there mechanics just dont care to do a good job they just want to turn out as many trucks as possible to make money. The manager i talk to told me there's the door that i could leave since i wasnt going to let them work on my stuff again. I think i was reasonable since i did give them 3 chance but at what point should you get rid of a poor quality mechanic.

They always take care of what I need and I take advantage of the shuttle service so that way I do not miss too much work, and that is really what keeps me going back. I have bought our last 2 cars there also and will go back for our 3rd.
