I took my work van to get the transmission replaced and get a tune up. They overfilled the transmission fluid and it s been leaking a lot. I took it back twice to get the issue resolved. Now it s leaking oil from where the transmission connects to the engine. Awful experience!.Not to mention when I show up to pick up the core. to take it to the auto part I had to pack it myself because was all over the place. They replace the transmission retainer It s what they told me and charge me for it. and that s cool. I m not a mechanic But I don t think they did.

Went in for an alignment but was told I had to get new front tires first. Np, called around and they had them so went right there and got 2 tires. Next day go back for the alignment and again the shop can't do it because one of the tires they sold me was worse then what I started with. Went back, they claimed it was an old tire that split and gave me a different tire. 4 days later that tire left me stranded on the side of the road. Had to have my car towed home and will never deal with them again. Never ever never!

Always super fast and efficient. Had to bring my own tires in for mounting and balancing on my truck. At one point 4 guys had been working on it. Total cost for the mounting and balancing - $80! I will always come here for my tire work when I m in the area.

Yesterday was a bit of a doozy but we got the Truck all squared away . Sitting there for 2 1/2 hrs was killer for me. Thanks to Jesus at Latinos Tire Shop for always fitting us in and doing an awesome job with great prices

Very quick, reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, this was my first time at the springdale location, and they the same as the siloam springs location. Very fast and professional.

Had a blow out on our boat trailer this afternoon on the interstate. They got us in right away and had us back on the road in less then 30 min. Great prices and friendly service!

Horrible service. When I arrived there there was only one car in front of me, three showed up after, and were attended before me. The owners wife was who I first spoke to yet seems to be opposed to helping me specifically.

Latino tires really came through for me. I was broke and stranded and a long way from home. They just wanted to help me get on my way. On the other hand, Walmart turned me away and wouldn't fix my tire. It was more important that they try to make me buy a new one than fix the one I already had. So needless to say Latino tires have mine and everyone in my families business over walmart from now on. Thanks guys for your fast and excellent service.

Every time I have to visit I always experience excellent customer service. Staff is super friendly & helpful. They also have some of the best prices on new&used tires. They are also amazing when it comes to getting things done quickly yet sufficiently!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Friendly courteous staff. They are customer focused. Best prices in town. This is the place to go for your tire needs. I was informed that my truck needs brake work. I will be returning to have them complete this repair also. Thanks guys for your awesome service!

I have been going here for awhile and have only ever had great experiences. Prices are better than the other places I've tried. The best thing is that they are very honest. It is hard to find an honest mechanic, but these guys will never try to hustle you by telling you that you need to fix things that you don't really need to fix. I would recommend them to everybody.

This place is the best! My size tire is hard to find used, but they found them for me. The tires were almost like new and they told me it would be $28 each mounted and balanced, but charged me only $56 total! (2 tires) It only took them less than 20 minutes and I watched as they worked, they did a great job. So fast, extremely friendly, and quality work and parts. I will reccommend them to everyone I know!

1st I only got an alignment and it was good. I replaced parts myself and I work on cars regularly. I needed inner tie rod swapped and a alignment. They called said all the parts were wrong and they couldn t do an alignment. I said can you get it close. don't go to this place they sold me a flat tire I had to go to another shop to fix the tire today and they ended up breaking my tire key that I'm going to have to buy for $200 now because I can't remove the wheel without that key I don't recommend this one place the first time I had been I was already frustrated

They give very honest assessment of what you need and what you really don t need at all. They stay very busy because honesty is a hard thing to come by in auto repair. We ve gone there for years and put our trust in their service even if it occasionally takes a little longer!

you get what you pay for here. was super psyched about getting tires for cheap but they were bare after 10k miles. Showed the owner and of course they come with no warranty, acted like it was normal and due to my driving. Paid $400 for 4 tires that needed to be replaced in 9 months. Went to Discount Tire and spent $550 for 4 tires with 60k mike warranty, free rotations, etc. I learned the hard way that tires are not something you want to cheap out on

Left my car for 4 days for a diagnostic not thinking it would take that long in the first place. Never received a call to inform me about anything. I had to call multiple times to see how the "diagnostic" was going. Always got the run around. Finally, I just gave up and picked up my car. Which was still sitting in the same parking spot I left it at. Very poor

Veeery busy place with lots of customers, probably due to cheap pricing. Doubt mechanics are certified. "Fixed" my sister's car, paid $300 but we could still hear the same noise coming from front struts every time car drives on bumps. It's a bit better but still feels unstable.

Been sitting in my car for good 30 mins and they were standing there looking around and not even bother to ask if i needed help and there were no cars there at all. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

THE WORST!!! DO NOT come here. I went to change my BREAKS ( you hear it right breaks!!!) on my car which they did. However the day later the front wheel started making smoke. So I took my car to the nears mechanic. while there for my surprise the mechanic there show me and told that they installed the breaks the wrong(front brake pad backwards) . The breaks come in 2 plates INNER and OUTER side which go respectively which each other in the same wheel. But they put inner and inner plates in the same wheel and outer and outer in the other wheel. I went next day and only to be said that they were sorry. This is so BAD!!

Dropped my truck that was running and needed spark plugs changed. They kept it for 3 months. I went to pick it up this week and it is not working and they said they won t put engine back together. Their mechanic dropped something in engine while changing out spark plugs and ruined engine. They won t fix or restore engine back to working order. I have used them a lot in the past and spent a lot of money there. Will not recommend or go there ever again. Bad service.
