Called to get some estimates and get a little more knowledge as to what's going on and the guy on the other end of the phone was just done right rude. No customer service whatsoever. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience!!The Mehanic threatened to vandalize my vehicle when I asked him what he did to fix it after he told me he had bad news. He also called me a dip s____,along with numerous other names when I told him I would take him to court. So, I had to pay for their incompetence as well as their verbal abuse and threats of vandalism that would require me to tow my truck away, (by his own admission).This exemplifies everything that could be wrong with a business that claims to be legitimate. Now to consumer protection agency before taking these scum bags to court.

I was gonna take my car to get my transmission work done. I was just genuinely asking question as of someone who never worked or had work done on a transmission. Worst customer experience ever.

Be very cautious of these people They give a cut rate labor quote just to Jack you the price on the parts Not to mention the PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIPULATION they use dragging their feet to get your vehicle in to figure out how much the parts cost by the time it's all said and done you would be willing to pay anything to have your vehicle back

Fastest turnaround I've ever seen. Brought my driveshaft in around 830 and 2.5 hours later they called and said it was done. Excellent work. A special thank you to Randy for understanding what I needed as well as wanted. Great job everyone.

Excellent service! The crew that works here, is the best. In the last year, I've had a Transmission repaired and a clutch put into one of my tractors. Both times I visited, they did what they could to save me money. I will continue to do business with them. I was all shops had the integrity they have.

The crew at JAB are great, Dustin the manager was very pleasant to work with. Good work from the shop, good at diagnostics and rebuilding. Transmission shifts like new. Had a starter issue and they figured it out. After 2 bad brand new starters they kept trying to repair my truck!! Starts every time and no driveline or transmission issues!Get work will recommend!!!Services: Transmission, Electrical

Excellent service! Wonderful customer care! Definitely the go-to center for heavy truck rear differential we needed built same day service. Excellent workmanship! Great attention to detail! I'll use them again!

Got quoted total price over the phone to install races, bearings and seals. Install pinion and carrier to spec. Overcharged for rebuild kit($141.76)and charged extra for seals($29.26). National brand rebuild kit with everything is $73.99. Ended up having to pay significantly more than quoted at pick-up. Brought it in completely disassembled with a brand new paint job. $769 to do a simple install is BS! Chewing up my diff cover sealing surface BS! Messing up a brand new paint job BS! Give a quote on the phone HONOR YOUR WORD!!!! Still have a rear axle, 2 drive shafts and a transmission that need rebuilt..... by somebody else!

Larry from Access Motorsports recommended me to go to this shop when I needed to get my Ford 8.8 rear end work done for my drift car.They helped me to weld the axle tubes (previous one was twisted), welded the diff, and transferred all the parts from my old diff housing to the new one.The staffs are very professional, and John, who worked on my diff, did an extent job to get all the things done in a very reasons timeframe. The price was reasonable too.I definitely recommend JAB, and will definitely go back if I need any other transmission work.Service: Transmission

Had a CV joint put on drive shaft and shortened. Drive shaft fits perfect! Very professional and friendly. Price was very fair. Will use them again for sure!

Normally a good experience, however my last experience ended in spending $700 and not fixing the issue. I would recommend doing your own research, otherwise you could end up spending money that doesn't solve your issue.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

A good friend referred me to JAB. These guys are the real deal. They kept me updated so there were no surprises, I saved thousands as Ford wanted $5600 to rebuild the differential when it only needed bearings. What a blessing!

Took a transfer case to JAB to rebuild. Wanted to charge me double the price to rebuild it when I could get a brand new one for less. Then when I went to get the transfer case the guy told me to come back next week cause his guy that was working on it wasn't there. It was taken apart and he said " I don't feel like looking for it right now". So I come back the next week to get it. The guy said the transfer case was still in pieces even though I gave them 4 extra days to put it back together and they lost some of the parts to the transfer case. The techs there said that I lost the parts even though they told me they set the parts in a certain spot. To me the place is a scam and a waste of money and time.
