The repairs were excellent. The bid was fair and insurance payed without question.One caveat; clarify details about payment. We made the incorrect assumption that Carstar would file the claim which was not the case in our situation.They will be our repair shop of choice regardless.

My 2 year old son took a hammer to my car THE. ENTIRE. CAR. I took it to CARSTAR for an estimate and to schedule service. Within 2 weeks, my car was finished! Just look at all these good reviews !These people are very great to work with. They have great prices too. They painted a spoiler for my civic and did a marvelous job. They also installed it for me.They are very friendly too.Thanks !!!!!! I would definitely recommend them.**I forgot to add: I gave them my car dirty, they returned it clean!

Can t thank enough how professional, speedy and courteous they were. Recently had some body repairs and hail repair and they were diligent about working on my car and getting it back to me as quickly as possible. Liked how they kept me informed throughout the process. After my car was repaired, I was about to drive away and my car had anotherIssue which was completely unrelated but they stuck around to help me until it was all fixed. My auto insurance scheduled an appointment with CARSTAR Collision at 12:15 pm today as soon as my husband arrived he was asked what they could do for him (with an unfriendly attitude/tone). There was a gentlemen and lady that were unprofessional and rude. He was informed that they didn't schedule any appointments at that time eventhough we had email confirmation. All he needed was an estimate and they kept asking questions if he had 1k for the deductible and that it would take months for the insurance to sort it out. This is none if their business, the only job they had to do is simply take pictures and provide an estimate. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I hope someone provides them guidance on how to treat customers. Steer clear of this place.

AR Star Collision Center was very professional, organized and I am completely satisfied with their work. They even took extra time and redid the hood because they were not happy with it.
