I really like Orschelns, and I have been a customer for several years. I feed Everything wild and they have all of the feed, etc.., the people are always helpful and nice and even their other customers are helpful and nice adding extra information and interest. I've been to other feed stores and they fall a bit short of Orsclens. I highly reccomend.

Was looking for an American made Hummingbird feeder. I found a couple (& purchased). Found several cute, decorative American signage but sadly... not made in America. Same for cute bird bath. (Did not buy any)Great selection of rubber boots, priced well. The workers were friendly and helpful. The store was neat, clean & organized.

Well to be honest I'm not to happy with the store for a couple of reason , to start I bought a pair of boot s for my husband in the spring to give to him for his birthday which was in. Aug but then they split a part and you or the manufacture would stand by your product ...,too I ve try calling the store like 3 time in two day and no one is answering and it does not go to a answer machine..and I'm just wanting a simple answer on a ?

What a joke. I drove over an hour to pick up a couple of items and a sale item from the current flyer and I was informed they didn t always carry ad items. Manager on duty acted surprised I wasn t accustomed to deceptive practices.

I love this place. It's kinda pricey, but what farm store isn't? The people here are always friendly and it's always fun to just go look around. Clothes, boots, pet food, plumbing supplies..whatever.

Prices are pretty high but such is the case every store here in NWA like I've never had to pay 20 per bag for fox farms soil, it was 8 in Oregon where cost of living is very high but that being said this is a great store with a variety of goods like gardening supplies, tools, work and western wear clothing, animal food. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Well stocked store,farm and livestock supplies,pet supplies and vet supplies. That being said great supply of jackets and hard to find flannel shirts at a very affordable price

I usually love shopping at Orscheln but this visit was fraught with problems. I have never seen a store rip apart their floor in the middle of the business day. I traveled 70 miles round trip and they had the dog section of their store in a million pieces. The workers didn't know where anything was. I was unable to even find our dog food or everyday items. They should have used the 20 workers at night and finished this relocation in the store. It impacted the whole store and you couldn't even get down the aisles of many departments. It was not well thought through and the customers shopping were the ones that paid. I had to drive another 20 miles to go to a competitor.

Was looking for the hammock swing chairs and asked the young man at the checkout if they still had them in stock. He hesitated for a second and said Well, I don t know. If we do, they will be over there with the other lawn furniture. You might look again . So, I walked out the door and probably will not be going back. Service there is really bad.

This place has a ton of great stuff. I needed washers and Kotter pins to work on my car and couldn't find them anywhere else. They had a HUGE selection of washers bolts pins nuts and that was just the hardware section. They also all sorts of other cool stuff from farming essentials to clothes. Also a decent amount of automotive parts and supplies.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Took me straight to what I was looking for. Also, they do have one of the electric carts for a disabled person like myself. I've never seen one in other stores in this category.

The employees are very friendly and helpful the questions that we have had for any of them were answered quickly and knowledgeable.love the farm and ranch store .the variety is outsiding you can get pretty much anything there.from plumbing supplies pet supplies motor oil.shoes clothing jewelry you name it its probly there.

I don't know why in the world they hire mean people to work the register. I guess the pay is so low, they don't care who they hire. I know a few of the managers and they are great, but the people on the registers need a good talking to about manners

Very polite and helpful crew was on duty today. First time was asked if i needed help loading all the bags of dogfood and bird food I bought. I so appreciated the help I received today.

I always like this place I know most of the faces I see that are working, and they are always so nice no matter what. Downside is that they let there customers walk in unprotected without a mask. Plus side is they allow your pets to come in with you.

A great place to go for ranch and farm equipment, however, I'll only go here for something I know I absolutely need. My only complaint is the lack of organization and that I can never seem to find prices on items I impulsively want to grab (which is probably a good thing for my pocketbook).

Only place in Northwest Arkansas that we found insulated bibs, complete face mask, double layer thermal suit, and work gloves for my husband... he works in construction, out in the elements.... now he won't freeze, and I won't worry about him as much

Apparently I offended my checker Dennis by wearing a mask in his store. I come up to check out and he doesn't say a word to me after I hear him yukking it up with everybody else. The hand sanitizer bottle was empty. At the end tell him that I appreciate it. All he says is yeah. To top it off when I get to my car part of what I had bought was expired. At the end of the day Dennis doesn't give a damn about your or my safety. Is generally not a good idea to bring your political views to work with you. Orscheln should be embarrassed of this store's lack of concern and tone-deafness.
