My 2016 Chevy z71 8L90 transmission started acting up in January and threw the Check Engine light. I got it scanned and the codes were p0700 and p0711 (Transmission Temperature Sensor). The check engine light went off a couple days later and my transmission temperature reading seemed to be normal so I kept driving it when i should have taken it into the shop then.Fast forward to April and now transmission is starting to act up again and the check engine light has come back on. I called several transmission shops on Wednesday and the earliest anyone could get in for diagnostic was 2 weeks. Thursday morning I decided to call some more shops and called Accurate Transmissions in Springdale and spoke to Chris. He seemed knowledgeable about the issues my truck was having and said it would take about a week to get to me and then quoted me an acceptable price estimate, if that was, in fact the problem.I decided to take my truck to Chris and Accurate Transmission that day and was very pleased when he called me Friday and said they were able to getting it in and completed the Transmission Temperature Sensor change, filter and fluid service, and programing... my truck was ready to go!Thanks Chris and Accurate Transmissions!

Took my car here because of a recommendation, great customer service and very helpful. Chris informed me quickly of my situation and gave me multiple ways of how I could fix my situation. They were very considerate, but I sadly still did not have the financial aid to fix my car but I do appreciate all the help they provided.

I've had 4 vehicles serviced here in the past year, two of my own and two of my family members' vehicles. Chris and Michael have been great. I have had a range of great experiences here: simple fix, full replacement service, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and the occasional creative budget solution. Sometimes we need simple service, sometimes we need a lot more. These guys do it all. Highly recommend.

I called today and spoke with Chris about the transmission on my daughters car. He was very knowledgeable and honest about whether I should get it repaired or not. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Good guy!

Michael I hope that you are aware of the horrible job that Chris is doing following up and getting back with customers. I called 2 weeks ago about a transmission he took my phone number and said he would call me back. Never heard from him I called back yesterday and he tells me he had no luck. So I guess that is a reason not to follow up with a customer? He also tells me to let him check on something else and he promises he will call me back in 5 minutes that was at 2:18. Guess what no phone call with a follow up once again. I decided to give your place a try because of all the positive feedback. Well when your manager doesn t do what he says he is going to then it s not very positive. Getting busy and not calling back until a day or two later is one thing. But to simply not call someone back and 2 weeks go by then at that point it s the lack of caring.

Had to have a new transmission put in, and Chris worked w me to make it as affordable as possible while getting the work done quickly. 2 weeks later, I ended up having to replace the transfer case, too. MID SOUTH DISTRIBUTION - Accurate Transmissions did a complete transmission replacement on our 15 foot box truck. Chris and the team are lifesavers. My Jeep had the check engine light and I was worried my transmission was a goner. They shot me straight and saved the Jeep! Will definitely return anytime I have engine problems.

This was the best experience I have ever had with auto repairs. I live in SW Arkansas and my son is in NW Arkansas and his car stopped on him. I had his car towed to a location other than Accurate, well two days later I was still looking into repairs. I saw the great reviews for Accurate. After speaking with Chris and originally being told that he was booked up a month out, so I had to stick with the first repair center. Well, I guess Chris heard the worry and concern in this mamma's voice, so a day or so later I get a call from Chris saying he could try to get it in within two weeks and didn't try to run the price up on me for simply being a woman and not being there in person. Stand up guy! After speaking with him a little more and asking if they accepted extended warranty plans, I told Chris that I was going to have the car moved over to his shop and that if the extended plan would not cover the repairs, I wanted his shop to make the repairs anyway simply because of how personable and patient and understanding while speaking to a "hyped up" mom over the phone. He was very thorough and took the time to call me and my son with updates on what was going on and time lines. He went above and beyond while dealing with the extended warranty company and was just and overall joy in such a stressful situation. Thank you Chris, you are the best, with best pricing hands down. They did an amazing job. Very polite, professional, and quick to service. Had my vehicle towed in to them and they had it diagnosed same day. Repairs were completed 2 days later as they had to wait for a part to be delivered. Very competitive on pricing as well. When I called them, I mentioned the vehicle and that it had transmission issues. They proceeded to list the symptoms that I was experiencing, and then listed out all the things they would do to rebuild it better than OEM. Exactly what I was looking for. They had the work done in just over a week, and were very courteous and communicative throughout the process.It cost about 15% more than other local quotes, but they did a rebuild with quality parts, and set some computer settings to make it run better than original. The other shops were just going to swap out with a remanufactured (OEM) transmission. We'll see what the longevity ends up being, but they warranty their work. Well worth the little bit extra paid!Service: Transmission

I decided to choose Accurate Transmission after reading the reviews on google and I am not disappointed. The staff is very courteous and professional. I came in to get my transmission serviced and the let me know I was due for a 4WD service as well. They made me a great deal and I have since brought it back for some other work that has nothing to do with transmissions. I will likely bring my truck back here if there is anything at all that needs to be done because they get it done fast and are trustworthy. Outstanding experience with AT. They hunted down a used transmission to save me some money. Installed it and did some extra work I asked for. Transfer case service, rear main seal, and valve cover gaskets. Communication during the process was great. Driven it a few hundred miles now, including off road, and everything is working perfectly. 10/10 will do business with them again if needed.Service: Transmission
