My daughter s car had been rear-ended. From the beginning, 412 Route Collosion were quick to get her in and start working on the car. They were proactive in contacting the insurance company, ordering the needed parts, and consistently communicated updates daily. They protected any inside areas well while working and my daughter said they even vacuumed the inside of the car. They completed the work quickly and it looks great! It was a little tricky getting to the shop since they are located behind another business, but I would recommend them for sure!

If anything should happen to your vehicle (like a deer running out and into your car) this is the place you want to take it to be repaired. Our suv looks like nothing ever happened and they fixed my car in less than 5 days! The entire staff was so kind and Brenda was amazing. She kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had. They also detailed my car for me and if you need your car detailed they do an amazing job! Everyone at 412 Collision was great! They were able to get me in for an estimate the same day when other shops couldn t get me in for about a month.As far as their work, my car looks brand new! I stopped in for a repair estimate. Everyone was polite and friendly. The estimate took about 15 minutes and was explained to me. The price was very fair. I'll update my review if they end up doing the repair work

We had extensive damage to our vehicles from a hail storm. I was referred to 412 Collision and I am glad I was. This is an amazing family run business with the kindest owners and employees. The did everything they could to meet all our expectations and more. If I ever need additional work in their field I will come to them.
