Let me start with terrible communication. I knew the paint job wasn t going to be perfect because I read the reviews and the price wasn t too bad. I paid $1900 to repaint my truck. This place is not where you want to go for a repaint job. 3 separate times they told me my truck was done and when we showed up the truck wasn t even close to being done. I don t know how that s possible?! The manager told me he would go over it personally before I came up the last time. My wife and I showed up at the time he told me and he wasn t even there. I get a text from him saying 10 minutes and my truck will be done. It took them 2 1/2 hours to get it done for me. Done is not the proper word to use. The truck was a mess, over spray on every window, hand bars on the interior, and every rim. I spent 3 hours detailing my truck after. I didn t clean my seats that they stained with sweat because I had to take it back to get touched up. Set an appointment and brought my truck back one day before that day. They had my truck for 3 days and didn t touch it! I have school and work I can t just let them have my truck for a week or more. Not happy at all. The paint job alone would get a 2.5 stars out of 5, but the process was soooo bad I had to give 1 star. Also, Korey the manager wouldn t text me back or call me back. I called 3 separate times to talk to him and he wouldn t talk to me. I m a veteran, so I understand people treating others like trash, but I m the customer who paid. You need to treat customers better than this! My truck is going to have to be fixed at another MAACO.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pleased with the outcome of my truck. Wasn t at first but they fixed the issues I had with no problems at all. Would use again. Just be ready to clean up some overspray. No big deal for the price

If you give this people money and you totaled your car before you get in to get the work done , wave good bye to it!If you expect the so call corporate office to answer or return your call, don't hold your breath!Totally dishonest and shabby work in my opinion from what i saw come out.Get a few cans of spray paint and save your self some money!

I took my daughter's car in to be painted and it was surprisingly completed and ready within 48 hours. The customer service is outstanding and I recommend auto paint service. Ask for Kory,and he'll get you taken care of.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had been waiting for years to get my camper shell painted but hadn't found anyone who could do it for a reasonable price as it was a small job. Looked up paint shops in my area and found a Maaco in Sherwood. On a whim, I drove to their shop, honestly expecting the same old story; too small a job.I gotta say Dan and Britany definitely took care of business. Scheduled an appointment, the shop guys carefully removed the shell, had the job done in less than 24 hours for about half of what I anticipated and the paint was flawless! Additionally, not enough can be said about the techs in the shop. They were motivated, respectful and professional. All in all, a great crew.Needless to say, a complete paint job on my truck is on the horizon with these guys! The Sherwood Maaco is now my go to when it comes to automotive paint.Service: Painting

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product I received. I took my car to get the front bumper replaced and for a color change. I waited to give an honest review but it has been a little over a year and my paint is chipping in multiple places (it began chipping only a few months after the paint job was done). They took the letters that spell "OPTIMA" off of my car and handed them back to me in hand and told me to find some glue to put them back on. The KIA emblem on the back and the front of the car were scratched up when I got my car back. The color never was the actual color I was looking for. I was quoted one price initially then once I began the process was quoted a higher price. I can't speak for their skills in other areas, but I will say that the paint job is not something I am satisfied with and has not been from day 1.Service: Painting

I took my vehicle in to have the top and trunk lid painted, and the paint job was outstanding! The work was completed in a day and a half. Kory has a unique sense of how to provide quality customer service along with quality work results! This was my first trip ever to this establishment, but I will surely return if an occasion requires it...thanks guys!

BEWARE!! No matter how small the issue do not take your vehicle here because the damage will be much WORSE. Went in for minor door ding repair. Was told that a PDR could not be done. Traditional repair was required which would entail the door to be painted. I agreed to that work and that work ONLY. Never asked for anything additional or to paint my left side of my vehicle. It was two little spots!! Told car would be repaired Tuesday by close of business and it was not completed until mid Thursday. Upon going to pick up my vehicle, dust was inside and outside my vehicle EVERYWHERE! I didn t complain just went home and cleaned it. At first look, it appeared the ding was fixed but standing at certain viewpoints it was not nor was the paint colored correctly. (It was pointed out by FOUR other auto body PROFESSIONALS and my 16 year old). Overspray was everywhere and paint peeling. The entire left side was painted and/or clear coat was used for entire left panel WITHOUT my permission or without the workers communicating what was being done or the procedures for this process. The rubber that separates the door was painted too! Cleaned some of the overspray myself but returned to the location to have them clean overspray on window frame and it was further damaged. Overspray was on wheel arch and bottom door panels causing further damage. Went to get three estimates - damage assessed and to have it PROPERLY FIXED is 4,400 at one location, another location 4,200, and another at 3,400. One of the office workers stuck his tongue out at me after a heated conversation (I went in earlier with a witness but the second time when this occurred no one was with me - he didn t have that negative energy). What adult sticks out their tongue at a customer? Additionally, he video recorded me without my permission which I do not appreciate at all. Painter told me his paint job looks better than factory. Actually, wanted to argue and go back and forth about his stellar work which I wasn t going to do. (Well, I guess those other 4 professionals are mistaken). Vehicle is peeling already, looks like a metallic party on one side of my vehicle, and paint runs. I specifically asked BEFORE (during the estimate) were they able to match the paint and was assured they could. Several people are still trying to understand why a simple door ding caused them to need to paint or clear coat a WHOLE side of a vehicle! AND no, I don t want Macco to fix the work themselves that they messed up as they did offer. The three employees seemed baffled at my anger? If the ding couldn t be fixed or if they had to go through such great lengths for this to be done correctly then they should have said that! Manager seems generally concerned about the issue. Overall, poor communication and I plan to take swift legal action if this is not resolved to my standards.

I had my Tacoma painted and was very pleased with the outcome. Kory ,the manager, was very communicative, and clear on what was going on during the process. I was not in a rush due to having another vehicle to drive, and having it done right was more important to me, so it did take a couple of weeks from start to finish. I feel that I got a good value for my money and and very happy with how my truck looks now.Service: Painting

Gets 1 star because zero isn t an option. Upper management is a joke. Calls or should I say berated me 24 hours before the vehicle was done saying it was complete only for me to show and, you guessed it, hadn t even seen the first coat yet. Thanks Michelle (Upper manager who took zero responsibility and gave no apology for her wasting of my time). Next I show up to half done paint job that was the best we could do and body imperfections that were promised repair untouched and painted over. Oh and finally, emblems. Apparently Maaco paint needs at least one week to cure before emblems can be added because they will mess it up. Ok, never heard of that but I can make the drive again. Come back the next Friday (today) and called an hour before to be sure they had the stuff to do the job and could do it today for me. All met with oh of course we can should only take ten minutes. Well are we surprised by now that they were out of emblem glue. Had the secretary glue on one with JB Weld before running out of that and then said give us 30 more minutes for the auto parts store to bring us some when of course I m on a time crunch, that s the reason I called ahead. Needless to say would not recommend. They are free to try and make it right but the effort has been nil at this point.Service: Painting

Thoroughly pleased with Maaco in Sherwood! My 2008 Nissan had significant sun damage to the clear coat and paint. General Manager, Kory, and Sales Rep, Harley, were most helpful in explaining the possible levels of service, and that the car would need extra prep because of the extent of paint damage. I chose the highest-level service: two-stage paint (color and clear coat), five-year warranty. Dropped the car off on a Friday and got a call the next Wednesday, letting me know that the car was ready. It looks fantastic! I highly recommend Maaco in Sherwood, AR!Service: Painting

Don't go here, lots of impurities and bumps in the paints. It looks like they just slapped paint on no matter what was underneath it, dust dirt, whatever. Seriously the worst paint job I've ever seen. Doesn't seem to have much of a finish either so no clear coat I guess. Also, lots of holes where they never filled in the repair that was supposed to be done. Was told it would be an easy job. Guess not. All I had painted was my quarter panel. It looks horrible. I will add photos soon.

The Service here is Horrible, They have Had My Car Since July. They did a Horrible paint Job that had over 5 different eye Sores. Then Got a Attitude with me When I wanted It Fixxed So they Decide not to Fix it an didnt Even Finish putting the Chrome on my car went on the back burnerfor months. I'm positive that Several Cars have Skipped mines an I Paid the bill in Full Within less than two weeks of dropping my Car off $2100 +. They been Having my Car for 6 Months an is Still telling me The Same BS how they Short handed but 6 months is Way to long Not to Mention one Manager Named "C**y" tried to Scam me for $800.. My Patience is Completely Gone, I've asked to Speak with the Owner off the Shop Several times even Gave then my number so the Owner could call me, but No Response. I Live almost 3 hours away an I Am Not Friendly If come Up there an My Car is Still Tacky its not Going To Be Nice. HONESTLY I Feel Yall Owe Me Atleast Half My Money Back for the Unprofessional Delay an im Willing To get a Lawyer to Stand on that. I just Want My Damn Car Finished Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was awful ! Truck had hail damage and painting. We agreed on a price. I was contacted periodically at first. 27 days later truck is ready. They missed several dents on the hood. The franchisee Bill, agreed to fix it. No contact at all after two weeks. I emailed Maaco direct for help, Courtney responded with an apology and offered to help. 20 days and two unreturned phone calls to corporate, I went to the Maaco Sherwood. Had not started on my truck. Brittney called the manager Monica. She thought I had picked my truck up. Said she would get it done. Total of over 50 days I got it back. Worst customer service ever from Sherwood and corporate!!

Poor customer service and impossible to get anything resolved. They done damage to one of our cars while working on the repair, and refused to do anything until they speak to their own manager. After 3 weeks, multiple calls to the location, and leaving multiple messages with the staff, there is no resolution. There is also no response from the corporate office regarding this. Very poor company culture. They do terrible job on body trim repairs, fail to take responsibility of damage they done, and their front desk person is absolutely rude. Go to someone more reputable than any MAACO body shops. If I could give 0 stars to them, I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My sister and I were trying to surprise our Mom on her b'day and get her car painted. Cory (the manager), gave us an awesome quote that we couldn't resist and during the quote, he buffed out some scratches that he noticed. Kory (in the office), was even better. He scheduled us quickly and made sure the car was ready in time for her actual day. We had 1 small miscommunication but Kory fixed that issue quickly and professionally. We got the car back a day before it was promised and my mom was so pleased and surprised with the paint job. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to change the color of a car or just to touch up the coat on their car.Thank you Cory and Kory your services were greatly appreciated Service: Painting

Corey, the manager and staff were friend and professional. Corey actually removed my pin stripe on my Ford Flex free of charge. My husband is getting his truck painted their now and the manor in which they handled themselves was very welcoming and professional. We're excited to see their work. They're very sincere and you could tell they work extremely hard taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
