I stopped by to get a bulb for my front blinker light. Jerry (i think his name tag said Jerry S.) was so sweet and helped me find what i needed. After getting the bulb i went out to the parking lot and was watching videos on how to change it. While i was doing this Jerry had gone to his truck and looked like he was about to head home for the day. He saw me struggling though and parked next to me and helped me not only change the bulb but taught me how so now i am able to do it. He was so kind and didn t have to take the time to help me. I will be using this store when i need stuff for my car now, all because of the kindness he showed me today.

I bought a windshield wiper at the Sherwood location after verifying that it will fit my car. Drove 30 min away to find out it doesn t fit. Drove to Bowman location to return it and apparently the guy in Sherwood store rang it as wrong type (B instead of A and same price) so they couldn t want to return it. Had to argue over a $14 wiper and they finally returned it. It s unbelievable that I got sold a wrong item and had this much trouble returning.

Always helpful even if you put your windshield wipers on yourself and one flies off. They will put them on for you in the pouring rain lol

Great customer service. Couldn't tell if they had what we needed because he didn't see what coolant was listed for a 2022 but they tired to help as best as they could according to my husband.

I don't come often, however when I have shopped here everyone has been friendly and helpful. I usually have my kiddo in tow and last visit an employee changed my headlight bulb before we left. Really appreciated it!

They were fantastic they ran a code on her car told us what it was found out that the part we just put in last week so they wanted the part make sure they call the store in Cabot Arkansas and told them what they needed to do so I could have my part and get my car going the next day. I appreciate your help very much!!

They had a very helpful crew that helped me make a purchase and really didn't bother me more than they should have when it came to check it out. The cashier was very helpful and took his time to actually give me more information about my vehicle and how to fix and repair certain parts even though he was not required to I will recommend anybody come to this place because they will do a great job and there is a friendly atmosphere.

The employees here are helpful and honest. I went in to buy a new battery and they reminded me that mine was under warranty. After I brought it in for them to test, I was able to quickly get a replacement without even getting my wallet out!

I love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable! One of the managers Justin has always been a huge help to me and to others from what I've seen and heard. Any time you need advice on a car part or need to get something simple like a car charger. Go here!

Richard helped me locate my turn signal and buy a new one. When I went to replace it we discovered I just needed to reconnect the light I dodnt need a new one and allowed me to return the bulb. All in a it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Richard is amazing at his job.

If you have a car with a battery location in your back seat, they will not replace the battery for you. I'm on day 2 of trying to find someone to help replacing my battery. Other than that, great place. This is my first problem with them. Been using this store for years.

Had problems doing a merchandise return. Got problem resolved however it took going through several employees and a couple days to get the issue resolved which was ultimately their fault. Otherwise, open early and good selection of products.

Great experience. Needed a headlight for CR-V and was quickly helped and Mr. Brian Green even installed it for me. Will definitely go back and recommend.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. They ran a diagnostic test on our vehicle, gave us a print-out that indicated what the problem was, made suggestions for how to fix it, and directed us to the necessary products.

Received fantastic service from Mr. Isom at the Sherwood AutoZone this morning. Very courteous and changed my battery in the hot parking lot with a smile on his face. I would recommend this store.

Quick in and out for most of you vehicle parts and fluids. Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help, and if you do encounter an issue speaking to the manager of the store will almost always resolve it.

I absolutely hate the AutoZone in Sherwood. A bunch of people who have no clue of what they are doing. Last week I went to get my windshield wipers changed and the guy had no ideas how to take them off or put them on. Also replaced the bulb in my head light and didn't put it in correctly. Had to go to Jacksonville location to have this issue fixed.

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and let me know when buying new rotors it's best to buy new break pads.

Guy was pretty pushy trying to get me to buy additional items. I said no 5 or 6 times before he finely stopped and let me pay.
