I bought my car in January 2021 and insured it with Berryhill Insurance Group. My agent, Mr. Ricky Davis, helped me get a good rate with them through Nationwide Insurance.Last week, on April 1st, we were driving to visit our newborn granddaughter for the 1st time. A few minutes before getting into town, while driving down the highway, a rock suddenly came flying at our vehicle from a car ahead of us and hit our windshield, cracking itWhen we got to our destination I immediately contacted my agent and let him know what happened. Ricky was quick to respond. He gave me the information I needed to make a claim. I called the number . To my surprise, they had an option just for auto glass claims. I was connected to an agent who got me set up with Safelite Auto Glass. No waiting. No hassle! The representative was professional and courteous. I got the appointment set up for Monday with no trouble. They emailed and texted me all the details.Today is Monday and I had the windshield repaired by noon!!! Satellite was great. The service technician was professional, and polite. The place was extremely clean and the staff all friendly.From start to finish, this was, by far the greatest customer service experience I have ever had anywhere.I feel so reassured to know that Berryhill and Nationwide have my back!I would definitely recommend them both to anyone in need of insurance. Great folks. Great service. Great experience!
