If I could give you guys .0 stars I would. You have my car it's been over a month. When I came to pick my car up it didn't start. Now you still have my car and I can't get a response. I have no car and no way up there. And you guys keep putting me off. This is bad business. Iwonder if I will get a response now. Daniel and Thomas From the service department.

We had a great experience with Orr! Hunter was our salesman and was amazing. They don t pressure you any. They make you feel like family and extremely easy to work with! We will be back in the future for the next car

Used this place with oil changes for years. This time the service manager ignored me for some time while he was on the computer. Nobody was there except me. Seemed odd not to at least say "hello" or something. No problem with any work done in the past. Will I go back?? Maybe, maybe not. Sorry ORR, all my reviews are honest.

We had the best vehicle purchase experience at Orr on 5/27/2023 that we have ever had at any dealership! Samuel Olive our salesman, was knowledgeable & went above & beyond to meet our wants & needs! Linda Del Real the finance manager, was organized, informative & made the experience fun! We will happily make all future purchases at Orr. (As long as the staff continues to be amazing!)

I personally worked with Kelsey. I really enjoyed how hard he worked with me in finding the perfect car. He was very friendly and always there to answer any questions that I had. Overall each and every staff member I encountered was very friendly and willing to help any way they could.

UPDATE: I should have made an update 2 years ago after the ordeal me and my husband went through after getting our car, but I never did. Down below is an old review before the issues we had with this place. First off, the guy who sold us the vehicle ended up lieing about several things on the paperwork without our knowledge so he could make a sale off of us. We didn't find out until after we bought the car and he told us we had to lie if anyone asked. Then the car had issues and we had to bring it several times up to the mechanic to be worked on and they said it was no charge on us and they would fix it. They never fixed the issue so we had to go somewhere and pay out of pocket and just have it fixed. We still haven't been back.2 year review: Very very nice staff that are very accomodating. Highly recommend them if you need any vehicle repairs! Mechanics are very quick and do an amazing job.

I love the sales rep I worked with, he deserves 10 stars. But, the incompetent and selfishly motivated management is enough to make me never buy another vehicle from Orr. Eliazar Vega is untrustworthy and a crook. One would think that getting the title of management would be earned through respect and honestly, not cheating and screwing people over. Not even two days after buying a $35,000 truck, a part of the transmission went out. Despite efforts made by the sales rep and myself, I am now having to pay $2,500 out of my own pocket only to find out that Eliazar s response was He should have bought the extended warranty followed by a shrug. No vehicle should have a transmission go out two days after leaving the lot. Is Orr only interested in selling dysfunctional vehicles, pushing owners to buy extended warranty in order to funnel more money into the business? I hate that my last resort was to leave a poor review. However, it seems this is the only way I can make contact with anyone of importance at Orr. Take my advice, save your time and your finances and go elsewhere. I have been in contact with the Motor Vehicle Commission of Arkansas, and they are taking this matter seriously. Word of mouth goes far, and Orr should be more concerned about customer satisfaction instead of seeing how big of a commission check they can get in a week. Pathetic.

Had an EXCELLENT experience!! Lance took fantastic care of us and went above and beyond our needs! Finance person (I can remember his name) was also a phonomal help! I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Lance and Orr!!! I will definitely make the 2+ hour again to deal with Lance and Orr!!!

I bought my ram in 2017. After purchasing I took it in for a recall. Tne service dept put on the paperwork that I wanted the auto park enabled. Whwn i caiught em the suppoadley took that off and asked me to reaign. Do ti my trusting natire i did not read the oaerwork a 2nd time they had slid the auto park back in the work.order.When i found out they claimws tbat itbwas a safery recall. After i rpovided em with the notice that states it was not a safery issue they refused to correct the issue.Cakked and spoke with their corporate office and they could nit understand and did not try assist me in getting the issue resolved.Ainc then I have been called several times saying that they wanna buy my truxk hack becauae they can not get good uaed Rams on the lot.I have adviaed em that I was not interested and to thia date I have recieved 15 mire class from aupossed salesman asking me to trade in my truck. I am unable to comprehend why Orr in Searcy d9es nonunderstand whwn i ask thwm to quit calling me

Great customer service. Helped me take off locked lug nuts only they had the key to no charge at all and get back on the road in no time at all. Couldn't ask for better service this time around.

Same story different place. I asked for a service on 4wd system and they run and charged me for a diagnostic. I'm done with type service. Selling my truck and buying something I can work on .they didn't even ask my permission to run the diagnostic

Quite possibly the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Dwayne was helpful, knowledgeable and had the most professional air. The managers were happy, competent and understanding. My Jeep is beautiful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Currently they have had my vehicle for 92 days... yes.. 92! They have given it back to me 4 times saying it was "fixed" none of which was true. I had to video tape the issues I had to make them take me seriously. I got the car back and had it for 5 days.. and my check engine light came back on. I was PROMISED by the General Manager and Service Manager they would be on top of it, take care of me, make sure it was fixed. All empty promises. It has been 21 days today since I have last heard from them. They are HORRIBLE. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They are full of empty promises and do not value their customers. I will NEVER do business with them and would NEVER recommend them. I could go on and on about the things I have been lied to about and the horribe communcation and WORK...their work is terrible. Hopefully one day I'll have my vehicle returned and fixed properly. Although it is highly unlikely.

I will start by saying that I did not purchase my Ram from Orr. However, with the dealership close to my office, I decided to give them a try during my factory warranty period. I was impressed with the customer service provided by Tony in the service department. I have sense taken my truck back 3 other times for minor issues covered under warranty (factory and aftermarket) as well as recalls. Tony has provided the same level of service each time. Never before have I been so satisfied with a Dodge dealer's service department.

I have been taking my 2015 wrangler here for years now and decided to give them a shot at selling me a Gladiator. I had already been talking to another dealership before I ordered it through Orr on Audust 27th. I was told it would take around 8 weeks to come in by both dealerships. Honestly I should have stayed with the other dealership because they new where it was throught the entire build and it was delivered to them on October 29th. Now no one will return my calls and tell me where or when it will get here. They are really being hateful whenever I do get through to talk to anyone. There is no customer service whatsoever. Sad to say that if my Gladiator ever comes in I will never do business with Orr again. It was ordered the end of August and here it is 16 December and I still can't get an answer as to when it will get here. I have been told since the end of October that it is at the rail yard in Memphis waiting on transport.

A good dealership is best graded on how it treats it's fellow employees and people who are not "buying customers". I can tell you the way the "sausage is made" at this dealership" is not something I would want to experience in a buying situation should there be any misunderstanding or difficulty in any department. Dismissive and cool treatment are the best ways to describe their countenance toward anyone who is not a prospective buying customer.

I recently purchased a 2016 ram 2500 big horn from them. When I looked at the truck it had half ton mirrors and they told me it would be no problem to swap them out for tow mirrors. So after I picked up my truck after a day or so I noticed my power folding mirrors didn t work, so I called to get it looked at. They told me they didn t have any loaner vehicles and they d call me when they did. After a week I called and they still had no vehicle but told me a lady was bringing one back the next morning and they would call me. The next day around 3 pm I still hadn t heard from them so I called they said they still didn t have it in but I could come in in the morning and wait while they diagnosed it. So the next morning I drove all the way up there (I live two hours away) for them to tell me they put mirrors on that wasn t capable of power folding. So I messed my salesman I saw where he read the message and never replied. Needless to say I won t be doing business with them after they sale you a vehicle they won t help you out if there is a problem.
